supplies all ready to doll us up for the big day. We really enjoyed their company, efficiency, humor, and overall company. They did an amazing job, and all our makeup and hair stayed put the entire day, from 8am to 1am (my wedding was pretty lit too lol). We would definitely recommend From Hair to Eternity, and look forward to seeing Carolina and her team in the future.

have ever hoped for I was a very nervous bride because my wedding was on labor day weekend yet she texted back on a timely manner when I had questions her or her office/Husband Carlos always was cheery and calming in responding to any changes I had in adding and changing all of the services and upgrades that I had with adding out of town guest and also making sure that they were properly staffed for all my ladies. They arrived on time and happy with a couple of other team members to accommodate my 9 ladies on wedding days. They had every shade of makeup under the sun and even when some of my bridal party members had no idea on what to do with hair and makeup they were patient and asked the right questions to make sure all the girls and moms felt comfortable and looked amazing. My girls and I look and felt like we needed to be on a magazine cover. The makeup was flawless and the hair designs looked so beautiful. Even with last minute add on's for makeup or lashes we still finished early and we all looked amazing!!! I got so many compliments about my makeup and I felt like a movie star getting both my hair and makeup done at the same time by this incredible dinamic duo! Carlos and Carolina are so sweet, you can tell they are passionate about everything they do.... The girls in their team were fun and just as fun and they double and tripple checked to see if myself or my girls wanted last minute sprays or any touchups. Even when my Mother in law tried to hate everything they did for her even though I knew that it was just because she just would have hated anything anyone did for her that day because she just was't happy about her son marrying me (That they had no control over lol) they did all the changes she requested and never complained. Went above and beyond to make her happy. She did look beautiful in all the look they did for her and all of them still looked like her. Sometimes no matter what you do to try to please someone they will always find something to not be happy about but as far as Carolina and her team... the talent and proffesionalism was shown through all of the things thrown at them that day. This was the best experiece and I would recommend this team to everyone!!! My makeup and my hair lasted through all the day and night and I will be working with them anytime I have to glam up for any event in the future

e were finally able to reach her on the wedding day well after 1 pm she said that she was with another client... No apology whatsoever. Awful, awful vendor!!

for 9AM on Sat. July 8th. I also gave her contact information to my sister-in-law who also booked with her to be done after my appointment. We were all staying at the same hotel in Haverhill, MA. Carolina was very pleasant when we spoke and my daughter and I were looking forward to getting primped for the wedding. She later called and asked what time I needed to be ready. I told her that I had to be on the 3:20 shuttle to the event for pictures. She assured me that she didn't need to come at 9AM since she had a full staff to prepare and would be there at 12PM. I also must say that I paid in advance $125 for myself and daughter, plus $50 tip. My sister-in-law was paying her in cash at the hotel. Day came and Carolina did not show at 12, kept calling her and texting and she assured me that they she and her staff were on route. At 1:15 her husband Carlos and another staff member show up, he tells me that they can only do hair and Carolina and another make-up artist were on their way. He assured me that everything will work out and not to worry, he will also give me 1/2 of my money back. I then hear him on the phone with Carolina. He tells me that she forgot her make-up bag and had to return home to get it. I have hair somewhat done, my daughter's hair is put together at last minute. It is now 3:05 and I start asking my daughter and sister to help me get dressed, grab my little makeup bag, start yelling at Carlos and run to catch the shuttle, minus any make-up, no lashes, hair half done. Carlos apologizes and says this never happens and that he will provide a full refund $300.00. Somehow they did not understand that it was not the money, it was my son's wedding and I wanted my daughter and myself to look our best. As we ran downstairs, we watch the 3:20 shuttle pulling away. My nephew runs to get our car and the make-up artist appears and says she can do quick 5 min makeup in the lobby. So now my daughter and myself are getting makeup and lashes done in the hotel lobby. As this is happing at 3:30, Carolina shows up and apologizes to me. I could not even look at her. I get home and realize that Carolina only gave me $125. credit and did not provide a full refund. She needs to provide full refund and I will work with Thumbtack to obtain, but want to warn anyone looking for hair and make-up to please refrain from hiring From Hair To Eternity, Carolina. This company is a huge disappointment for an event of such great importance.

know in advance if they needed parking. On event day, she showed up saying she wasn't sure what to do about parking so she valeted her car and charged it to my room for $50. A couple of her stylists met a group at another location. She kept telling me they couldn't find the location and they didn't know where to park. I said, I'm getting married in a couple hours and I'm not going to spend my time figuring out where your staff can park esp. when I was so organized in advance so you could have everything squared away. I know there are a lot of events but a professional would recap on each events details the week of that persons wedding before showing up to make sure they're squared away. I had to get on the phone with the other hotel to figure out for the girls how to get there. I'm not sure why they couldn't take the phone number I had already provided and call them on their own. I emailed Carolina many times with photo examples letting her know I wanted my hair blown out, parted in the middle and WAVY, NOT curly. On wedding day, she said "how do you want your hair". I said well the way I told you in many emails and like the pictures I sent you. She said well, do you have a picture? I had to look through my phone to try to find them and wasn't able to. She did my hair and it wasn't blown out and it was curly. It didn't stay put. I said its curly. She said "Its good. You don't want waves on your wedding day". I didn't do a trial because I live out of town but after the wedding I had pics redone and the new girl did my hair AMAZINGLY in one shot, no trial. It's too bad I didn't look/feel how I wanted to at my wedding & unfortunately cringe at my photos now. ..and I'm not a bridzilla! I'm so easy!

Not one piece of hair fell out of the up do all day/night, even with the wind from the beach. I would highly recommend her services.

e feeling that had I been able to attend my trial, I would've been listened to. Also, I decided a week before my trial was scheduled that I was going to need makeup and she was happy to include that portion in my trial, despite the fact that it would've lengthened the time of my visit. Go ahead and give her a shout! I'm sure you'll have a great experience! (Just a note that I would give her five stars but since I didn't actually receive a service, I don't feel it's appropriate to rate that portion.)

y flexible with me as I changed a few times how many services we would be having done. She was right on time in the morning and got started as soon as her and her assistants walking in the door. My only (small) complaint would be that although the contract did say we would get the airbrush makeup during the trail run, we did not and she said she does not do airbrush during the trial. It would have been nice to see how the airbrush looked ahead of time - but again, that is a small complaint and everybody who had their makeup done looked flawless. We had so much fun getting ready, and again, everybody looked beautiful.

As the bride, I knew I was in great hands and that I wouldn't have to worry about a beauty related thing! lasted all night. The ladies all were responsive and respectful of each girl's personal thoughts and ideas for hair/makeup and truly highlighted everyone's natural beauty. They were quick and even finished before the time we needed to be ready. They were truly the best. I would love to use them again for an event!

THis team is a hidden jewel!

nce and made us all look 10 years younger - in my opinion both are MUST DO. I wanted my eyes to stand out and I wanted color (our theme was purple/teal/silver and had peacock feathers). Carolina made up my eye with the colors from a peacock feather - it really looked awesome (not over the top at all) and photographed so beautifully. Guests at our wedding were all commenting how how great our makeup looked. Honestly, the makeup was so great I'm a little depressed now because I cannot even come close to doing my own makeup half as well.

She did a beautiful job not just on me, but on my mom, my mother-in-law, my sisters and all my bridesmaids One recommendation: If you have extreme dancing, ask for extra hairspray. In my bridal party not all of us did this and we had super crazy dancing so not all of our hair stayed in place, but the people who asked for extra did.

Also I had a HUGE wedding party (10 girls, plus 3 additional people getting hair/makeup) and the team got all of our hair and makeup done in a little over 5 hours. It was incredibly efficient and they did everything they could to make sure we were all happy once they finished. The only negative was that they added an extra layer of moisturizer over the airbrush (i would HIGHLY recommend the airbrush) and after a few hours it started to peel. But we used a soft makeup pad rubbed it in and the makeup looked perfect the rest of the night. Overall I was INCREDIBLY happy and impressed with the quality and speed of the work they did. Also the value for what they offer was incredible compared to most other makeup and hair vendors in Boston. They came on site which made everything much more convenient for us. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

On the day of, I had a few changes and she was more than accommodating and I've never felt as beautiful as I did on my wedding day. We even had some people request additional services and they made it work. She is extremely affordable for the service she provides and I wish I had a reason to use Carolina and her team again. Please make the right choice like I did and go with this group! I could go on and on about how amazingly beautiful she made me and my bridesmaids and my family look and feel!
