I was not on her books... As the cherry on top, they are now too busy to accommodate my alterations and she said, "I just have a hard time saying no to people." Well I held back my tears until I got to the car and just bawled. I cannot stand when people or businesses go back on their word. I had high hopes but this boutique let this bride down HARD.
