I could not be happier with the level and quality of service that I got from From Scratch for my wedding! Katie is absolutely amazing and the desserts were so delicious! The thing that really took Katie's service to the next level (in my opinion) is that she made up a box for my husband and I of all the desserts we got for our dessert table for just the two of us to have. Our wedding day was so busy, so aside from our couple bites of cake, we did not get to try any of the other desserts, so this was a really nice touch! I cannot recommend Katie and her team more!

From Scratch Bakery delivered the most remarkable desserts for our wedding day. We opted for a dessert table with an assortment of sweet treats along with a simple cutting cake. Several of our guests had dietary restrictions, so finding a baker who could accommodate those needs was a priority for us. Not only did From Scratch offer a wide variety of flavors and dessert options, but the majority of them were accessible for all guests and still tasted delicious - so many people were in awe after learning that most items were gluten free or vegan. The treats were a work of culinary magic, but what really made our experience special was the baker Katie. She was friendly, warm, and made the planning process as smooth as possible. Her questionnaire was easy to complete and comprehensive. She supported us in deciding how many items would be needed for our guest count, how to display them, and even provided us with a tasting box to help us narrow down which desserts to select. We can't emphasize enough how delicious each and every treat was. For the few leftovers we had, they were gone within a couple of weeks. It is taking a lot of will power for us to wait until the first anniversary to dig into the rest of the cutting cake, so until then we will without a doubt be visiting for a double chocolate salted cookie and raspberry square again. From Scratch Baking Co. was incredible! Katie was lovely to work with throughout the wedding planning process. Guests couldn't muster any self control at our dessert bar and indulged on the tasty cupcakes, whoopie pies, and mini pies! Our gluten free guests were also able to share in with the fun and indulge on several gluten-free cupcakes as well! We decided to go with the small cutting cake, which was delicious. Katie did an amazing job!

We loved our wedding cake! We were able to easily pick it out by getting their to go style box, with 4 flavors we could pick. The lemon blueberry was to die for! For the day of, the staff dropped the cake off right where it was supposed to go, and although we didn't have any, they offered to put on any personal florals right there at the venue, at no charge!

We used From Scratch Baking Co. for our wedding on 6/22/24 and we would highly recommend! Working with Katie was extremely easy. She was able to jump on the phone a couple times to discuss what we wanted for our day. We got one small cake to cut and a variety of other desserts which were all delicious! She offered a tasting before the wedding which gave his an idea of her work and helped us pick a cake flavor. Guests had so many good things to say about all of the desserts! The day before the wedding I realized I didn't have labels for the desserts and I was able to call her and she took care of it! As a big sweets person myself, I would absolutely recommend From Scratch to anyone looking for a baker for their wedding desserts!

Katie was wonderful! Very responsive to email and patient with me as I changed my mind a few times about what I wanted. The cake was absolutely perfect-- looked beautiful and tasted fabulous. Overall, a fantastic experience with this bakery!

From Scratch Baking Co. Is fabulous! We had the pleasure of collaborating with their team for our wedding, and it went off without a hitch! We ordered all of our desserts (6 different treats) and our wedding cake from them, and all were absolutely delicious. There was something for everyone there, and every single item was delicious looking and delicious tasting. Katie is also an awesome person to work with. She always answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. She really helped put my mind at ease. I am so pleased with their work and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for tasty sweets for a big event or their special day.

We were married in the Lakes Region in October 2023 and Katie and From Scratch Baking Co. helped our vision come to life! From our first meeting with Katie, she was patient, warm, kind, and creative. We thought we knew what we wanted, we went with it, and then changed it, and she went with that! We had a lovely cake tasting with a bunch of mini cupcakes from her bakery and ultimately went with a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting as well as a vanilla cake with raspberry filling and vanilla icing. Both were outstanding. At the last minute (we mean WEEK(S) before), we called Katie and asked if we could possibly get 300+ cookies for our guest welcome bags. She delivered and they were incredible. Our guests RAVED about the 'sorcery' of these cookies (the molasses cookies were soft for many days after the wedding....) and everyone wanted to know where they were from. We can't wait to go back to her bakery whenever we are in town - she made our special day even more special. Thank you Katie! PS - for what it's worth, my wife and I are a same-sex couple, and for Katie that never seemed to matter one bit.

Katie at From Scratch was really wonderful to work with, and, most importantly, she made us a delicious cake! I wasn't really sure what I wanted and changed my mind about a couple of things right before the wedding and Katie rolled with all of it. She even added flowers she had grown herself to the cake that went perfectly with our decorations. She made the whole thing very easy and the cake was so so good!

Dessert table of our dreams! Katie was wonderful to work with as we selected which items to order, and she helped design the most adorable cutting cake to match our theme. Everything was as delicious as it was beautiful, and most treats were gobbled up by the end of the night!

Katie made a gorgeous cake for our wedding and it tasted even better than it looked! We did our tasting and could barely decide on a flavor because they were all sooooo good! I wish I lived closer because I would be at From Scratch Baking all the time!

Working with Katie was amazing from beginning to end! She was great to communicate with, and went above and beyond to help coordinate the delivery & setup of our cake when we had a scheduling issue with the venue. When I saw the cake my jaw dropped because it was PERFECT - it was my Pinterest inspiration picture come to life! And it was even more delicious than I could have imagined from the tasting. We got tons of compliments on it and I am so happy we saved a tier so I can enjoy it again on our anniversary. I 100% recommend From Scratch Baking Co!

Katie created a beautiful dessert table for my wedding, and was so great to work with! We rented displays as well, and it all looked and tasted delicious! We really appreciated having a variety of vegan and gluten free treats to offer our guests too!

For starters, Katie is the sweetest, kindest person to work with. Anytime we have stopped in her shop she has a smile on her face and remembers us. The phenomenal desserts are just the icing on top. She accomplished the most amazing and unique dessert spread for our wedding. Since I have celiac, we chose to have all the desserts at our wedding be gluten free and I truly don’t think anyone would’ve known the difference. Katie made a variety of mini pies, whoopie pies, peanut butter brownie bites, chocolate covered strawberries, a variety of insanely good cupcakes, and the sweetest rustic/floral 6” wedding cake. The flavor of everything was perfect, and the presentation was beautiful. We are forever fans of From Scratch Baking Co. and they unquestionably executed our wedding desserts spread.

We cannot recommend from scratch baking company enough. Katie was fantastic to work with every step of the way. She was professional and kind and listen to every request we made. We were offered a tasting to try a variety of different flavors and it was extremely hard to choose because they were also good. We had a fairly specific look we were hoping Katie could accommodate. She absolutely knocked it out of the park and exceeded our expectations. She has a creative mind and beautiful eye for cake decorating that create the most beautiful and delicious cakes. From scratch offers drop off services that made our day that much easier. Katie is a wonderful human to work with and we can’t recommend her enough!

We used From Scratch Baking Co. for our wedding cake this past February. The cake was simple and elegant, just like we wanted... and most importantly, delicious! Katie was so kind and easy to work with, even during "covid cake tastings" and we were very happy with the final result. We especially loved that we were able to chose multiple flavors (chocolate & carrot), and have a gluten free option, so that all of our guests could enjoy it with us!

Katie at From Scratch is amazing. The cake was delicious!!! She offers lots of varieties of flavors for cake and frosting. She even has vegan and gluten free options that are equally as delicious! We ordered cake, but they have lots of other options if cake isn't your thing. Communication was easy and fast. We went in to get samples and had such a hard time choosing because they were all so good. The cake looked and tasted amazing. Highly recommend!!

Katie and the staff at From Scratch Baking Co are exceptional! The creativity and quality of items (wedding cake, brownies, lemon bars, cookies, apple cider donuts) provided for my daughter's wedding were a huge hit.
