am met and truly exceeded every expectation. Our wedding was in early June and by the end of wedding season, all of our close friends and family agreed that our food was still the best. Our wedding was about an hour and a half away from the From Scratch normal operating area and you would never have known that they traveled with everything. There was not one single detail missed. Timing was perfect, food was delicious, the drinks flowed, and Ryan was a masterful conductor through it all. We can not thank them enough and would not hesitate to use them in the future. Simply outstanding.

They were extremely flexible in letting us choose from both their plated and buffet menus to make a perfect family style combination for us. The appetizers they had were creative and delicious and were honestly some of my favorite choices we made. They made sure to have plenty of apps waiting at the head table as my husband and I were busy with photos our whole cocktail hour and I was so grateful for that! Day of the dinner service went smoothly and the staff took special attention to make sure my husband and I had time to eat between greeting guests. Everyone raved about how amazing the food was, especially the beef. Actually, the first text I received the morning after our wedding was from one of my bridesmaids who said “I will dream of that mac and cheese for the rest of my life.” From Scratch’s close relationship with The Treasury made our day so seamless and I’m so grateful for an amazing food experience as I know food can make or break a wedding experience.

He was responsive to all our questions and even went to our venue (family cottage) to make sure he had all the logistics down. Food- I am a foodie in every way and the food is some of the best I've had. His catering staff were on time, friendly, and made it a great experience. Every single food item from appetizers to the main courses were executed perfectly. Bar - they supplied us with 2 of the most friendly bar tenders I've seen at a wedding. They were quick, attentive, and never wavered in their attitudes even tho it was 90+ degrees. Overall - Everyone said this is one of the best weddings they have attended and a lot of that credit goes to From Scratch. Thank you all for helping make our wedding day perfect.

Some specifics, I cannot personally stand food trays all about the floor, they heard my concern and we had enough servers and expediters to move the food quickly and elegantly. When it came to picking our main meal, Jeff worked with us to hand select each item, and build a unique plate. We chose a duet plate for everyone, and he allowed us to pick the sauce used, how it was plated, and even hand selected our veggie option from what was fresh that week! We absolutely cleaned our plates, and so did all of our guests! We had guests telling us the night of our wedding, and even weeks after how AMAZING the food was!
