We were so glad we selected From the Ground Up; Gina was great to work with. She instantly understood our vision and then brought it to life. After one planning meeting we had a co...
mprehensive floral plan and could focus on other aspects of the wedding. For full service (including set up and tear down), she kept it very reasonable and was willing to work with our budget, which we appreciated. Day of we were blown away, everything looked even better than we could have ever pictured and the process could not have been smoother. Highly recommend working with From the Ground Up, they knocked it out of the park.
We are so glad we worked with From the Ground Up Floral for our wedding! Gina was warm, personable, and flexible. We shared a few details about our vision and the floral arrangemen...
ts she created were even better than we had hoped. The flowers were the main decorative feature at our wedding and they were truly stunning. Our guests were also wowed and shared many compliments with us. We strongly recommend From the Ground Up Floral for your special event.
From the moment I met Gina on a consultation zoom call, I knew I wanted her to be the florist at my wedding. She was friendly and listened attentively to what I wanted for my flora...
ls, and she helped me brainstorm ideas. She then sent me a really cool floral mood board, which she customized throughout our wedding planning process. I would often show friends and family the floral mood board when I talked about wedding planning. On the day of our wedding, I CRIED when she brought me my bouquet. It was absolutely gorgeous and I didn't want to let go of it all day. She worked hard all morning setting up our florals all around the venue, including customizing an intricate floral arrangement for our chuppuh. I would recommend her to anybody! Thank you Gina!
Gina was an absolute pleasure to work with from our very first interaction until the final moments of my wedding day! I cannot recommend Gina or From the Group Up Floral enough! S...
he has an incredible eye for all the details and has the most beautiful florals. As a florist, she also has a really amazing assortment of products that can be rented and utilized for the day off. She cleaned everything up and took all the inventory of hers that she used with her! It was SO helpful to not have to add that to our post-wedding day to-do list. I also really enjoyed the range of her products. Anything from rustic farm to black-tie, Gina has you covered! Gina delivered the most gorgeous set of floral decorations and bouquets that perfectly resembled a warm summer sunset, it was a dream come true. I also really appreciated how communicative, flexible, and professional Gina was the entire time we worked together. She never tried to over sell or up-sell us on anything that we didn't need and she always helped serve up ways to bring our vision to life but stay within our budget. She was also incredibly well-priced. I found this to be rare with wedding florists. Gina was a vendor that took stress and tasks OFF my plate not add to it. I would use Gina for every floral need I have now and in the future, and so should you!
As a gardener myself, I was very particular about the flowers for our wedding. As soon as I met Gina in our virtual appointment, I knew I loved her vibe and vision. The portfolio s...
he created hit all the points that were important to me, perfectly capturing the look I wanted. I also appreciated that she was able to work within our budget. I actually teared up when she brought the flowers to my suite on our wedding day. They were exactly what I had hoped for.
Gina did more than just create and deliver the flower arrangements though. She put in the extra effort to make sure everything was perfect. She helped to make sure everyone knew how to put on their boutonnieres (and was prepared with a spare just in case). She stuck around to make sure all was well and everything was set up correctly. And she was helpful during tear down to make sure guests were able to take flowers home if they wanted.
Months later and I still get compliments about how gorgeous our wedding flowers were and I couldn’t agree more! Thank you, Gina, for delivering the bright garden look of my dreams!

't like. I had no idea what the final florals would look like, but they were sooo much better than I could have ever imagined! Gina created not only my wedding bouquet, but my husband's boutonniere and a flower crown for me. She incorporated things that I didn't even know I wanted and told me how to store our flowers since we were taking them out of town and needed them a few days before our wedding. Gina is extremely talented, pays attention to detail and makes sure you get exactly what you want. I highly recommend this vendor! Thank you, Gina!!

tional time between summer and fall and Gina absolutely nailed it. The planning process was easy and she works really closely with you on the overall vision, asking questions, and iterating on everything to help bring things to life. On the day of, the first thing I saw was my bouquet and it was beyond what I thought it would be. It was absolutely gorgeous I just kept freaking out and talking about how amazing it was! So amazing I am currently having it pressed into artwork. When I saw the ceremony and reception areas, I was again completely blown away. She nailed my vision and everything was so beautiful - all of our guests raved about the scene that Gina helped design and create. THANK YOU for making our wedding a beautiful day that we will never forget!
The one thing I knew I wanted in my wedding was Marigolds. Of course, getting married in late October meant that might be an issue. I knew I wanted something earthy, something uniq...
ue, a beautiful mix of a variety of flowers. What I got was masterful. Simple, gorgeous, a feast for the eyes. I didn't work with From The Ground Up Floral directly, everything was coordinated through my wedding planners, but somehow they just got "me". Thank you, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for creating an experience that we'll never forget.
Gina at From the Ground Up Floral was the most professional florist that I’ve had the honor to work with. Her artistic touch gave such a romantic tone to our day.
Gina at From the Ground Up Floral did a fantastic job with brining my vision to life. Every bloom, every piece of greenery, was placed to perfection. So much color, so much beaut...
y, I just can't stop swooning over them. Due to COVID we had to have a small backyard wedding so things were a bit more DIY than we'd originally planned. Then rain caused us to need to change to plan B. Gina was a smooth operator and was ready for anything. My mother commented how sweet Gina was the day of the wedding, how helpful (she added a few extras here and there along with some ribbon I'd left behind). The florals were the quintessential cherry on the cake of our beautiful day.
Gina was very easy to work with and super flexible with our elopement - I loved my bouquet which was wildflower themed and it truly popped out in all of our photos!

ervice along the way!
Gina knows so much about flowers and was able to help guide us to learn what was in season and in the color palette we were looking for. She even took the time to custom order foliage that we had in fallen in love with but we couldn't source locally given the weather. The day of our wedding she made time to custom label the pieces for each member of the wedding party and drop them off at our hotel. With the help of her diligent team they set up our extensive floral décor and even provided rentals for other décor elements like the alter, candles and centerpieces. Gina was a lifesaver arriving early to set up everything up, moving floral elements between wedding sites with a limited amount of time and returning at the end of the night to help break all of the elements down.
Thank you Gina for the stunning florals that perfectly captured our wedding décor.

r wedding. Gina come up with many ideas to help create the perfect setting for both the ceremony and reception while staying within our budget. She seemed very enthusiastic about working with us and told us she would send a quote right away. My daughter and I left the meeting feeling very excited and looked forward to hearing from Gina soon! 9 days went by and we hadn't heard a word from Gina. I emailed her asking for the quote. I also asked her if she was still interested in doing the floral arrangements for our daughter's wedding. We received a terse message from Gina the next day saying that she would get to us soon and that August was a really busy month for weddings. 6 days later, I reached out to Gina again, hoping for some sort of explanation. We never heard from her again. I can’t tell you how disappointed we were in her lack of communication, honesty and professionalism. We have since engaged a florist to do the floral arrangements for our daughter’s wedding. We would not recommend using Gina or From the Ground Up Floral for any event that needs floral arrangements.
My expectations were beyond met! I am an extremely detailed oriented person and very particular about things and I honestly could not have been more overwhelmed with the perfection...
Gina provided us on our wedding day. My bouquet…ugh I can’t talk about it enough. The color palette looked perfect, each flower was beautiful picked and the vines and other pieces placed in there all complimented one another. It’s like she placed each flower in my hair piece with my features in mind because they laid perfectly in just the right spots. The triangle arbor she provided?! You guys. And the flowers and greenery placed on it was to die for! Not to mention her generosity, she had extra greenery from a previous event and offered it to us at no cost and it completely pulled our event together. Her thoughtfulness and passion she puts into each event is unmatched and I truly feel she was the perfect fit for our wedding.
Gina was absolutely amazing to work with! Not only is her work stunning, she was also incredibly easy to communicate with and bounce ideas off of. We look forward to another wonder...

d was around the Seattle area near our venue. After emailing back and forth with so many florists.. I found Gina. She made it easy to schedule our first facetime and the first meeting she asked me questions to get an idea of what we were wanting. Gina sent me our first proposal right away and I could tell from the inspo pictures she attached that she listened to my ideas and was going to be spot on with what I was wanting. She was more than spot on she was above and beyond! The florals were so much better than I could have imagined! My bouquet was so detailed, it even had little raspberries in it! I LOVED IT! I loved all of it! The arbor was so beautiful, she draped hops and incorporated beautiful rich flowers to tie in our wedding colors.. It was so unique and exactly what I wanted. Gina is such a dream florist and I had no worries/hesitations with hiring her. You should use From the Ground Up Florals for your wedding/event. You will not be disappointed! :)

g was basically left up to me. Having absolutely zero clue what I was doing or getting myself into, Gina guided me and was oh so patient every step of the way. When I had my bouts of indecisiveness, Gina was there. When I realized I had overspent in other areas and needed to dial things back, Gina was there. Whenever I fell in love with a new floral arrangement on Pinterest, Gina was there. On my wedding day, Gina was there! Seriously guys, you can't go wrong with this woman. I simply told her the look/feel I was going for, and she just took it from there and over delivered. Definitely recommending her to all the future brides in my life.

to. I had a call with Gina to talk about what she could do and was super excited to hear that she was able to everything I had in mind, she was conscious of my budget, and she is starting to grow the decor side of her business as well as floral, so she was able to provide some rental pieces for centerpieces, some lanterns, and an easel to name a few. I was so excited for the decor help because it added just the right touch to my florals without having to go to someone else as well.
On the day of, everything was exactly where it needed to be at the right time, and when I saw the bouquets she created I was just so happy. Everything was of great quality and held up well through the night. I have no complaints and would highly recommend her work.

ed amazing bouquets and boutonnieres that were a perfect fit for the vibe I was hoping for. She delivered right on-time day-of and even put together an extra boutonniere on the spot for me. The process was incredibly easy, I changed my mind and modified my order many times in the months leading up to the wedding with no problem at all. Highly recommend Gina, you won’t be disappointed!!

ould be timeless (ivory peonies - yay for getting married in peony season!!) and what the most up and coming trends are that were amazing additions to our wedding (we have strangers telling us our mixed greenery and thistle bridesmaid wreathes were so amazing and unique; like none they had ever seen!)
This was a destination wedding for us and Gina was amazing at communication and easing any fears I had at picking everything from long distance. We couldn't recommend From the Ground Up Floral enough for anyone looking for beautiful arrangements and floral works of art for the wedding day or special event. They truly helped make our day one to remember!

she used looked beautiful throughout the entirety of our very long wedding day. Our venue was a Christmas tree farm so there was a lot of beautiful scenery and greenery already on site but everything Gina created was able to stand out and elevate the aesthetic. We are so beyond happy that we worked with From the Ground Up Floral and fully intend to come back to Gina with any and all future floral needs.

never once seemed to mind all of my revisions to the original proposal. She was amazing. She made it so easy for us to pick up the flowers and transport them to our remote location without any issue.

y had a few logiistical questions for me, then poof! magic happened and she got it perfectly. Being super busy and stressed out with all the other things that needed to be done, it was a blessing to just be able to say "Gina, here is what I want! " and to get a response "sure, you got it!" . I arrived at the venue to find the delivery there, on time and perfect! I was a perfect process and SO BEYOND WORTH IT! I also forgot to mention that she made this happen for me WITH 5 DAYS NOTICE! Gina. you're an angel. My family and I cannot thank you enough for what you have done! :)

r style based on the pictures from her site. We posted flowers we liked on Pinterest for inspiration and trusted she would create something pretty. When I got to the venue on the day of wedding, I was blown away! From the bouquets to the centerpieces, everything was gorgeous! We received so many compliments and from the few centerpieces our guests didn't take, we ended up using for our post-wedding brunch the next day.
Gina was also super flexible - I emailed her a couple weeks prior to our wedding asking if she could create an archway for the ceremony and it was no problem at all! The archway was beautiful and even ended up getting moved to our guestbook "photobooth" area for the reception. It was a great backdrop and everyone took pictures in front of it. :)
We couldn't be happier with the work she did for our wedding and highly recommend her!

ping for with our floral design, even though my floral vocabulary barely goes beyond "peonies" and "blush".
Through out the process she was very communicative, we messaged quite a few times to make updates, and she even asked me to help her find some display pieces that I felt matched our day a bit better.
On the day of, I was actually in a not so great mood due to a few factors not quite fitting into place, but then when I walked into our venue and saw all the work Gina had done I was instantly happy. The blooms were plush and healthy, I had told her I wanted greenery but nothing too wild and she delivered! My bouquet looked relatively large, but actually was quite light simply (I think) because of the plumpness of the blooms. The variety she used also really took my breath away.
Just so happy I got to work with Gina! Highly recommend her services!
Gina is a talented florist and just wonderful person to work with! My wedding planner introduced us to a number of florists in the Seattle area, and I was most pleased with Gina's ...
work, price, and her personality! She was such a pleasure to work with! On the big day, she made it even more special by surprising me with peonies that were out of season (when I didn't even request for them in my bouquet)! The flowers and decor on the wedding day were out of the world! I think it's rare when wedding guests remember the flowers, and our friends and family all commented on how beautiful they were!
To anyone reading this, Gina is phenomenal!

opped communicating altogether. My photographer contacted Gina two weeks out, and she was very quick to respond. More importantly, she understood our vision for the "big day". When I saw the flowers for the first time, I was blown away - From how they looked, to the size of the bouquet, to the various flowers and leaves, I was in love. In short, i would highly recommend Gina! And the hand-dyed silk ribbon (she made one that was half blue/ivory -- To dye for)!
