Truly SO wonderful to work with… James was organized, quick to respond, and so kind. They worked with us to accommodate several types of dietary needs, and the food was great! Chef Liana was able to think on the fly and adapt our menu last minute to keep us within budget based on the venue kitchen available. Day-of staff was on top of it, and my husband and I never had to worry about a thing—they handled 120+ guests without issue! Highly recommend!

From The Ground Up is the Hudson Valley's first mobile cafe. Our mainstays are sandwiches, soups, salads, and freshly-brewed espresso beverages. We also have a great range of menus and can create a custom menu for your wedding dining. We're happy to draw on culinary styles such as classic American, barbecue, Southwestern, Hawaiian, Latin American, and more. From The Ground Up offers you a menu tasting ahead of your wedding day. On the big day itself, we can deliver, set up, and clean up your meal. We offer passed appetizers, chef stations, buffets, family-style dining, and seated meals. If you or your guests have dietary requirements, we will work to accommodate these. We can provide dish options that are vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, kosher, nut-free, sugar-free, or organic.
