Their website is not super clear on some of the products I had to call and ask a lot of questions. Once we booked with them they were wonderful and answered all of our questions. The only problem we had was tent sidewalls. We got to the venue after the drop off and noticed there were only 4 sidewall panels, I had ordered 4 because when I called and asked they told me it would cover all the walls, not just 4 panels. They were able to bring up the extra sidewalls for us but they still charged us for them, even though their rep told me how many to order originally. Overall a great experience, but a little stressful with the tent wall issue.

We worked with Front Range to rent tables, chairs, linens, cocktail barrels, lighting, and a few other odds and ends for our wedding day. They were timely with their delivery (to a cell-reception-less venue up a narrow, curvy canyon road!) and handled the setup of the string lights. No problems here, and the cost was meaningfully lower than other rentals companies we looked at!

I rented several items for a wedding from Front Range Event Rental. Their selection of linens and glassware was exactly what we needed. All of the items were clean when I picked them up and I appreciated that the linens were provided in hanging bags to prevent them from getting wrinkled during transport. I also rented the 2-speaker sound system. The battery powered speakers sounded great and made it very easy to move them between our ceremony and reception site. FRER was very accommodating to changes with what items we wanted to rent (we added a bunch of glasses at the last minute). I opted to pick up the rentals myself and the warehouse staff helped load up my car making sure I had everything I was supposed to. Returning the items was just as easy and I was happy that I could have everything for an entire weekend for the cost of a 1-day rental. Very easy to work with and they have everything we needed. I would definitely rent from here again. Thank you, Becky!

Front Range Event Rental was GREAT! They were super organized, early to their delivery time, and delivered what I ordered! My only ask would be that they upgrade their stock room with newer stuff as you can tell it has been used.

So easy to work with and took care of business without bothering me. I ordered the chairs over the phone and that was all I had to do. They contacted the venue, delivered the chairs, picked up the chairs, etc. They left me alone and were very officiant

Front Range Event Rental was prompt, professional, respectful, and had everything exactly as I had ordered it. It was delivered on time and picked up on time. I highly recommend them if you're getting married in the Ft. Collins, CO area.

My phone interactions with this company were great. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They delivered on time, but there was a major problem with the tent; the morning of my wedding it came open at one of the seams! So, everything had to be taken out, and moved back in the day of. Thankfully, most of this happened without my knowledge until after the fact, but it was still very stressful for those involved. Front Range did have excellent service though, and as soon as they were called and alerted of the problem, they came out to fix it. So, in the end, the reception was on, but it was a crazy day.

This company is great at events. They show up early and pick up when promised. The staff and delivery crews are professional and efficient. The only thing that was annoying to me was the payment process. Great company!!

The ladies working here were fantastic. This was one of a couple companies I had come to the venue and give an estimate, and Front Range was much more professional, provided recommendations, and was thoughtful and thorough. They were very accommodating with my changes to the reservation prior to the event, and everything was delivered and picked up right on time. Would definitely recommend!
