To say that dealing with Diane was a nightmare would be an understatement. Communication is not her strong suit. Professionalism isn’t either. I got several “oops!!” Or “my bad!!” ...
Emails from her. I had to follow up with her more than I should have on emails I sent. Took over a month to get a meet on the books and even then she never replied back to confirm (a week later; the day before the meeting she contacted me asking if we had a meeting...) there were red flags from the beginning. Day we met she was unorganized, stated someone else even told her she was. To say the least every encounter was a headache and in the end we decided it was best to not work together. So if you enjoy being ignored, having your wedding not seem important, playing the guessing game on if she got your email, then by all means... but on a nice note her prices were comparable to the florist I did hire.
