She not only made me feel so special throughout the entire appointment, but she also included my group of six every step of the way. She truly made each of them feel like they were part of helping me find my dream gown, which made the experience even more memorable for all of us. I never imagined I'd be able to create a completely custom wedding dress, especially while staying under budget. I couldn't find exactly what I wanted in a single gown, so Maddie helped me bring my vision to life by combining a fun, bold beaded floral bodice with a regal, elegant satin skirt and a long train. It was everything I had dreamed of and more. We also personalized my veil with beautiful sparkle and matching floral details, making the whole look feel uniquely mine. Since I was from North Carolina, I wasn't able to do my alterations through the boutique, but even after I had my dress back home, Maddie continued to be so responsive and helpful. When I reached out about needing extra flowers for my alterations, she made sure they were sent to me. That level of care and communication meant so much and made the distance feel so much less stressful. Being an out-of-state bride definitely came with its challenges, but every bit of it was worth it because of the experience I had here. Maddie's expertise, creativity, kindness, and communication—even after I was back in North Carolina with my dress—made me feel supported every step of the way. I truly can't recommend this bridal boutique enough. They made me feel heard, created the dress of my dreams, stayed within my budget, and gave me an experience I'll cherish forever.
