We have Chris booked for our wedding on August 7th and we can't get a hold of him. Does anyone have new information for him? I see a lot of comments about him not delivering on his or or anything at all. Any information helps, you can email me at amrios89@yahoo.com

Do not go with chris we paid chris over $4000 for our wedding pictures and video back in 2019 and had our wedding august of 2020 we have received our pictures but have not received our wedding video and its been 10 months last time i talked to him was april and he kept giving me the run around. I do not recommend him one bit this has hurt me and my wife and we want our video.

Chris Seibel has completely screwed my fiance and me over, he took 6K completely in full, and we are left without any money, a photographer, or a videographer for our wedding day. Now I am coming together with all of the past and current people he has affected. I was informed there was a class action lawsuit pending against him, and I am trying to bring everyone together to stand trial against him and try and get everyone's photos, videos, or our money back! My wedding is in 3 days and I cannot reach Chris. His number is disconnected and not answering emails.

DO NOT BOOK THEM! We hired Chris in 2019 initially for July 2020 wedding. He made a great first impression. Then, once COVID hit, we decided to postpone our big reception to July of 2021 and started beginning the process with our vendors. Chris was difficult to get in touch with and took forever to confirm our new date. Later in 2020, we decided to cancel our 2021 celebration altogether, and reached out to all of our vendors. Chris is the only one we're still having trouble with. According to the contract, we should be getting back everything we paid him minus a $1000 deposit. We've been dealing with him for over 6 months now, and he does not respond to calls or texts and when he does, it's the same go-round of not having the money to pay us back. I understand COVID has been hard for the wedding industry, but many couples and families have also been hit hard and the lack of communication and professionalism, not to mention breach of contract is unacceptable. STAY AWAY FROM FROST AND CHRIS!

Chris is the worst. Never answers your calls or calls you back. DO NOT BOOK HERE

There were a few decent pictures out of the ones we got so I won't give them 1 star. But I am extremely disappointed and wish we had chosen a better photographer. We booked 2 photographers for 10 hours for our wedding day thinking it would be nice to have 2 people so we can get pictures of everything. We even gave them a list of the pictures we wanted putting an emphasis on wanting as many pictures with family as possible. We asked them to get pictures of guests and others as well, basically to get as many pictures as possible. The photographers spent about 4 solid hours sitting at a table working on other stuff, not bothering to take any pictures. We had to call them over multiple times to get pictures and each time one person would come, take a few pictures, and go straight back to their table. Super frustrating. We have almost no pictures of guests, and they missed family pictures that we had specifically asked them to get. We had them scheduled to leave right after the bouquet/ garter toss. They asked to push this earlier so they could leave sooner. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed in their service considering they spent almost half the time doing absolutely nothing.

Chris was AMAZING on our wedding day. We worried pictures would be too forced and take a lot of time. Chris made us feel at ease. He was so much fun to work with and we felt as if we had known him forever. He has such a great eye for photos and helped us stay on time on our big day. He was such a great addition to our day! Can not recommend them enough! You won’t regret choosing them to freeze your forever!

Our photographer, Courtney, was fabulous! She was very personable. Multiple members of the wedding party also voiced similar praise. Her photos brought me such joy.

Chris is an amazing photographer! We chose Frost Studios International after considering a few other photographers because we wanted a professional group that would manage us through the process of a very stressful day. Chris was happy to help with planning and timing out the day, and when it started running late (through no fault of his) he kept us relaxed and on time. He clearly found quite a bit of joy in coming up with angles and shots and was a pleasure to spend time with during the day. Our pictures (all of them, on Frost's website, downloadable in full quality!) arrived a little over three weeks after the wedding and we feel they did a great job capturing our feelings and the story of the day, as well as really taking advantage of the beauty of the locations we were at.

When my husband and I got engaged and were in the beginning stages of our wedding planning, we knew finding the perfect photographer and cinematographer was one of the most important things to us. I watched the cinematography videos and fell IN LOVE and knew this was the one. We met with Chris for our consultation and immediately knew we wanted book. He not only gets straight to the point, but makes it a point to know and connect with his clients personally. His work is incredible and he’s got a personality to match it. Chris is a very talented photographer and cinematographer! He definitely goes that extra mile to truly get to know you individually, and as a couple. We worked with Chris for photography and cinematography for our wedding. His cinematography skills are truly unique and one of a kind. Wedding photos are important but video is equally important to capture in my opinion. Our families were thrilled with how wonderful everything turned out. Do yourself a favor and BOOK THEM! We first met Chris for appetizers and drinks in a comfortable and easy going setting. We were on the fence about having video for our wedding but after seeing his work and getting to know him we were sold! Our wedding video is like a movie ad. He used a drone for beautiful aerial views of our venue and is so passionate about his work. Everyone that saw our video immediately asked for his name. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Chris shot our wedding in November and from the very first consultation to the end of our wedding day, everything was beyond our expectation. His approach to cinematography brought such a unique and creative spin on our photos and wedding video! He made everyone feel so comfortable and got me (the bride) to laugh when the nerves started to kick in! Chris is AMAZING!

From our first meeting with Chris, my wife and I knew we wanted him to capture our day. He didn't just sit down throwing numbers and a profile book at us, he took the time to get to know us on a personal level, so he knew exactly how we wanted our pictures and video and it would be natural instead of the awkward posing. The finished product was just awesome!! We now have amazing pictures and video that take us back to that day, as if it were yesterday! I highly recommend Chris!

Chris his team were just awesome! We couldn't have asked for a better experience with them! They were there for every step of our wedding, moving us along, while staying professional and creative! Chris is absolutely AMAZING at what his does! Tony is an AMAZING photographer!!! He has great packages, and can do wedding albums also. We booked him three months after we got engaged, and he scheduled a free engagement shoot with us. He was very flexible with time, and really gave us a lot of great pictures!! On our wedding day, he was very tentative to our whole bridal party, and communicated well with everyone. He got to our hotel so early, and had so much time to take pics of the groom and groomsmen too! And the quality of the pictures were just amazing....he really knows what he's doing. He was with us from early in the morning until very late at night at the reception, and we were so grateful! He got awesome footage of everything that happened. I would definitely recommend him for any future brides/grooms!

We worked with Tony Pardilla for our engagement shoot and wedding day, I can't recommend him enough! He is personable, funny, and incredibly easy to work with. A veteran in the photography industry, I was confident he could handle everything, and he went above and beyond by periodically checking in on me to see how I was doing. I loved his attention to detail and helpful input on how to set up certain shots. We loved our finished photos and would definitely work with him again!

Chris worked with us at our wedding this past March. The images he provided are amazing and we still get tons of compliments on social media as well as by anybody that sees them. Frosts professionalism is second to none and they made sure our every need was met; often not even photo related. When my wife and I saw our first images, which the quickly provided a slideshow at our wedding, it made my wife and I both tear up. Best day of our lives and they captured every detail.
