Had the pleasure working with Pibeny for my wedding desserts!
Everything from the email communication - to cake tasting - to the delivery was: professional, timely, yummy, just perfect.
We had a random idea of doing a matcha tiramisu (because...
I'm Japanese and my husband is part Italian) and she made it happen. We tried 3 flavors at the cake tasting: pistachio, matcha tiramisu, and passionfruit... and we literally couldn't decide because it was all so good.
We ended up doing a 2-tiered cake with matcha tiramisu on top, and passionfruit on the bottom. We also consulted with Pibeny since one of our guests was allergic to gluten, dairy, and coconuts. And she came up with doing french macarons in special flavors that avoided the ingredients one of our guests was allergic to.
I had the BEST experience with her, and I'm probably going to ask her to make a small replica of our wedding cake at our 1 year anniversary (since we didn't get a chance to eat any of the cake besides the little bite we had at our cake cutting!). Can't wait!

d Ideas from design, flavoring, display, etc. throughout the consultation. The tasting was amazing, I never eat cake, but I must say I devoured the samples as well as the wedding cake much to my wife surprise.

Pibeny did an amazing job on my baby shower cake. We gave her a picture of a design we wanted and she made it beyond incredible. She was accommodating and responded to any questions we had. I look forward to having a future cake made by her!

The appearance of the cake (and of the macarons ) was exceeded only by the taste, moistness, and of each.

The macaroons are likewise in a league of their own. Also beautiful to the eye, the flavorful was real . Better yet, they didn't fall apart as do most macaroons.
There are big differences between appearance and taste. Frosted by Pibeny has mastered both!

e to have at our tasting so we actually paid a little extra to have six flavors. AMAZING all were fantastic. We decided to go with a vanilla and matcha filling and chocolate with coffee and butterscotch fillings. I repeat these were delicious! Everyone raved of how amazing the cake was the design was exactly as we had imagined. She really does put her all into her craft. We could not be happier! Thank you so much! Definitely ordering from her again.

My daughter wasn't interesting in having a cake but I had envisioned a beautiful cake for her wedding. We agreed she would have a small cake and she found Pibeny online. The tasting went very well and Pibeny was open to all of our suggestions. ...
