She researches the trends and puts her own spin on them that is classy and elegant. Even her simple cakes leave you amazed at the beauty. Eating one of her cakes leaves you wanting more. The icing is a light, moderately sweet taste. I usually scrape off the icing on most cakes, but hers get eaten completely. I've been very impressed with her customer service. Cakes are finished on time and set up beautifully. She makes every effort to make the cake magical and it shows. I've seen and eaten many of her cakes and will have many more in the years ahead.
