Passionate about cooking and baking, Rachel has always loved creating new and delicious treats to share with friends and family. But after developing intolerances to certain food groups, this baker needed to get creative and explore vegan alternatives for her signature homemade treats. Rachel is not only an amazing person to work with but also MAN she can bake! I was so impressed with Rachel's professionalism, ability for vision and creativity, and her sweet nature. I absolutely loved having her help me design the grooms cake...

and was blown away at all of her different inclusive options from gluten free to vegan cakes. We had a few people attend that were gluten intolerant and Rachel worked with me to make sure I had what I needed to include those with restrictions in our planning and that they had delicious dessert! It not only meant so much to me, but even more to my guests to be included. Thank you for being apart of our incredible day Rachel! We love you! PS: Between Rachel and the other vendor we used -- Rachel was the only one who left a box for us to take leftovers home in which was a HUGE thing! Rachel was so easy to work with, and the cake was not only beautiful, but tasted phenomenal! I will continue to use her for other celebrations, and send friends and family to her as well!
