I first had Frosted Frenzy when they were in my neighborhood in Gilbert over a year ago, and ever since, I knew I wanted to have their mini cupcakes at my wedding. I’ve been talkin...g with Tami about this for over a year!! My wedding was last Friday, and the cupcakes were of course a dream. Tami is so genuine and kind, and she just truly makes the best cupcakes ever!! We had 300 minis for 88 guests, and we had a couple leftovers to enjoy afterwards, too.
