I wanted for my cake design, but after asking us a few questions he showed us a picture of a cake that matched our wedding and personalities perfectly. He even gave recommendations for the decor around the cake to make sure it all flowed perfectly (which it did). Jeff was recommended to us, and we will continue to recommend him to our friends in the future!

cake with alternating vanilla and chocolate layers to serve 200+ people. We met with one of the owners, Jeff, about 2 months prior to the wedding for 1.5 hours for the tasting and design meeting. He is so personable and fun, and he really took his time to get to know us and talk through details and different variations of the cake so we could get exactly what we wanted. You cannot beat the customer service, design, or taste of Frosted Pumpkin! My husband and I can't wait for our one-year anniversary to eat the topper ... but maybe we will dig in before that!

Both cakes were fresh and so amazing! I cannot brag enough about Frosted Pumpkin. We are now looking for more reasons to order more cakes from him in the future. We discussed our movie theme and he gave us great ideas on getting movie reels for the cake base which was a lot of fun. Everything went very smooth and the cake was DELICIOUS!

d about designing my wedding cake because deserts are just not my thing. OH MY GOODNESS!!! Talk about to die for wedding cake!!! We met with Jeffrey at his home and designed the cake in 30 minutes -- it was literally that easy! He took a couple of cakes I liked and put them all together and the cake is still talked about among my wedding guest! The salted caramel is unlike anything I've ever had and the vanilla buttercream is out of this world as well! We will definitely be using them again and we live over an hour and a half away. He was prompt, professional and easy to work with! I highly recommend the Frosted Pumpkin Gourmet!!!

The cake was beautiful & people could not stop talking about how delicious our cake was. We had multiple people tell us they went back for seconds & thirds. We're so happy that we chose Frosted Pumpkin.

The tastings were phenomenal when we met him originally but the best part is the wedding cake the day of was just as moist and delicious as the tasting. When we got back to our hotel room that night we polished off a slice of each. Totally gluttony and totally worth it. If you want a crowd-pleaser that is not only great tasting but beautiful beyond words then Frosted Pumpkin/Jeff is your guy.

we arrived he had 6 cakes ready for us to try as well as a lot of different pictures/ cake models for us to look at. We showed him pictures of what we were thinking and it turns out one of the cakes we had seen on Pinterest was actually designed and created by him. He definitely understood what we were looking for and was really easy to work with. We also got a Groom's Cake to which he provided lots of suggestions and past examples to look at. The cake itself was DELICIOUS- so much better than wedding cake I've had in the past. We went with Red Velvet and Vanilla with Lemon Zest for the Wedding Cake and then a Chocolate/ Salted Caramel cake for the Groom's cake. The day of the wedding when we saw the cakes, we were blown away. The cakes looked and tasted better than we could have imagined. Our wedding guests also agreed! The only thing I will say is that it does normally take the company awhile to respond to emails/ phone calls. As a bride with no Wedding Planner, I wanted to make sure that everything was organized and ready to go, so it made things a little more challenging. All in all, I'd definitely recommend The Frosted Pumpkin to others- his cakes surpassed our expectations!

on here? Then I tasted his cakes. Good gracious. They were (truly, not exaggerating here) the most delicious cakes I've ever tasted. The are EXPENSIVE! We couldn't afford to buy our whole cake from them but our strategy was to get as much of their cake as possible. We ended up buying a much cheaper wedding cake so that we could get this as a grooms cake. We didn't care much about the design but they did do a custom design and all of the options we talked about were beautiful. I will say we had some slow turn around in our communications about the cake. They were sometimes hard to pin down. But all in all, we ended up with a fantastic final product. I was really glad we were able to squeeze some of this deliciousness into our budget!

My parents and I went in for a tasting a few months before the wedding to pick out flavors and design. Jeff was wonderful and knowledgeable (if a bit flustered by weather, driving across town, and technology issues). The cakes we sampled was delicious and were perfectly replicated (if not better) in the final product. We were able to pick out four different flavors of cake to make everyone happy. Because the top tier is packaged up for the bride and groom, we had a separate "kitchen cake" to make sure there were enough pieces. We got a vanilla with raspberry fill for the big tier (as a simple, crowd pleaser), a carrot cake middle tier (my mom's choice and amazingly delicious!), and a coconut kitchen cake (my dad's choice, who is the cake lover of the family). My husband's request was lemon (my least favorite of the samples we tried (because of my personal preferences)), so we have a lemon/raspberry top tier in the freezer for our first wedding anniversary. The cake was beautiful AND delicious, which isn't always the easiest combination. We ended up paying $25 for carrot cake (TOTALLY worth it!) and $150 extra for a lattice work design (the design was beautiful, though I wouldn't have spent the money; my parents paid and my mom wanted the lattice work). The only thing that was frustrating was a $50 rental fee for a cake stand. My parents don't own one that would have been big enough, and the venue (conveniently?) doesn't have a cake stand either. The stand was beautiful and perfect, but I wasn't happy this was an extra fee. Although I didn't necessarily have a choice in bakers (which I really appreciated - I was over making decisions!), I HIGHLY recommend Frosted Pumpkin for brides looking for a beautiful AND delicious cake!

Ours had sparkles and a flowery design that was gorgeous! He let us taste 6 different cakes and gave us his honest opinion when we told him what we wanted to do. We decided to go with a chocolate salted caramel cake which was to die for! Everyone at the wedding loved it! We also had a layer of lemon and raspberry on white cake which was also incredible. Jeff even allowed me to surprise my now husband and order a groom's cake as a surprise. I emailed him a picture and Jeff was able to create it on the red velvet cake that my husband just adored! His prices were a little high in comparison to say Publix, but the personalized attention we got from Jeff and the peace of mind knowing that Jeff and his wife bake, design, and deliver made it completely worth it!! Jeff was on time and made his delivery on the day of the wedding without my ever seeing him. He was super awesome and we would order from him again in a heartbeat!

ted Pumpkin is the cake vendor for weddings at the Georgian Terrace. We had to use them for our wedding in July 2014. We were pleased with our initial tasting and agreed on some design ideas for the cake decoration. A few weeks went by and I didn't hear from Jeff; when I called the paperwork had been lost so the information for our order was gone (decor, cake flavors, etc). We talked by phone and got a new order in. Come wedding day, it's time to cut the cake and I see it for the first time--- 3 layers of plain white with no decoration at all! I was so crushed, but what could I do at that point? I'm still sad every time I see the pictures of it. I called Jeff to see what happened and it turned out he never coordinated with the florist to get flowers for the cake! His disorganization resulted in a major fail on my wedding day.

Jeff was difficult to get ahold of and he often seemed aggravated with any changes or requests. They showed up significantly late to the venue. Although I received all that I had requested in my order, I felt that they were over priced and had terrible customer service.

Only problem -- we requested to have the cake delivered to our venue at 2:00, and the cake didn't arrive until almost 7. (Cocktail hour started at 6:15). This was a little frustrating considering multiple people had followed up with him several times prior to the day of the wedding. But, once the product did arrive, we were pleased! As the bride, I didn't know the cake was late until afterwards. That all being said, I would definitely use them again. Just be strict about when you want your cake delivered!!

My now husband, my father, and a couple of the other wedding guests actually told me that those cakes are the best they've ever had. Now that is a compliment, especially in an industry where many cakes are a little dry, have thick icing, and can be very dense. Jeff's cakes were light and moist and just plain amazing. I cannot say enough about how delicious his cakes are. We're already trying to think of an excuse to buy another!
