Frozen in Time Photography

We worked with Angie for our engagement and wedding photos and they turned out beautifully! She has a way of making you feel very comfortable in front of the camera (even if that's the last thing you expect to be). It rained for most of our wedding day, but Angie made sure to come prepared with umbrellas and was ready to capture the moments regardless of the weather. She makes sure to know what you're looking for ahead of time and is always willing to answer questions quickly and completely. We couldn't be happier with her work and talent and recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent photographer in the Maryland area!

We can't say enough great things about Angie! She shot our engagement & wedding photos in 2015 & 2016. First of all, the pictures are fantastic. Angie clearly has a strong knowledge of the craft and everything from the lighting to the composition to the posing is amazing in her prints. Photography was the item in our wedding budget that we were willing to splurge on to make sure that these heirloom pictures were exactly what we wanted, and Angie provided exactly that (without us really even having to "splurge"! We felt her prices were extremely reasonable for what she provided!) Second, Angie is such an easy-going, relaxed person to work and communicate with. She's chill, she listens, and took everything I said and asked for into account. Despite being quiet and laid back in the planning process, she 100% runs the show when it comes time to direct bridal parties and families to do what they're supposed to do (which is no easy task!). She made everyone feel at ease and happy, even my very camera-shy husband! Our entire wedding party & family was talking about how wonderful she was all day, and long after the wedding. I could go on and on, but basically you'd be silly not to book Angie to shoot any event in your life! We're counting on her to hang around and continue to document our family for years to come!

Angie was amazing! She photographed our engagement photos 12/19/16 and our wedding 6/3/17. She truly knows how to capture a moment. Our engagement photos were perfect in December even though it was freezing cold. We love every single one of them. I cannot wait for our wedding photos. I know they are going to be perfection, and everything I wanted them to be. My fiancé and I are not the biggest picture people, but she made us feel comfortable and not awkward. Angie did an amazing job at our wedding in Frederick! She took a lot of pictures at our wedding but she made it so much fun and so stress free. Words can’t even express how happy my husband and I are for choosing Angie as our wedding photographer! With her warm personality, she has a way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. She is incredibly talented as a photographer and was able to capture those perfect candid shots and match the style we wanted for our photographs. She was amazing to work with the day of the wedding. We hired Angie for photography coverage for our engagement photos and our wedding. The engagement photos were amazing and the sneak peaks (its only been 2 days post wedding date) have all looked incredible. Everyone keeps complimenting on how great our engagement photos look. Angie was also very helpful with directing us for our photos--which I'm very grateful for since I usually don't know how to pose in front of a camera. She is good for both candid/ journalistic photos and staged photos. And we felt she was really good value for money esp for a high quality photographer in the MD/DC area when good photography can be a large chunk of money.

Angie is a wonderful Photographer who manages to capture the importance of your day in a beautiful way. I found Angie online and loved that her blog posts actually show a whole wedding, not just the best 2-3 photos, it gave me confidence that she could capture all those important moments. We corresponded via email to customize our package to exactly what I wanted. Her pricing is extremely affordable and included in the package was a free engagement session. I love that she includes that in the package, because it gives you a chance to get comfortable with being photographed and also gives you a chance to get to know her a little better. Leading up to our wedding day we talked about specifics, went over my crazy OCD timeline and list of all the photos I wanted to make sure that we got. On our wedding day she was on time, ready to go, all of my bridesmaids, my mom, my MIL and some others commented to me how nice she was, and she made sure to bring my list of photos and actually checked them off so we were sure everything was captured. By the end of the night she came up to see if there was anything additional I wanted her to photograph before she left. A little over a month later we received our photos - first via a website gallery that we can share with anyone, that allows people to see all 900+ photos of our special day, and purchase if they would like. Then a few days later we got a USB in the mail with our engagement photos and wedding photos. I cannot describe how beautiful the photos are other than to say that they are everything I dreamed they would be and more. We will be contacting Angie in the future for any photography needs!

My husband and I chose Angie for our wedding day! I spent over 14 hours looking for the perfect photographer! I was looking at price, quality of photography, and uniqueness when capturing the usual (dress,cake, family). I contacted her and was very fast in responding to my email and emails moving forward. She included engagement photos before our wedding day and it got a chance for myself and husband a chance to become more comfortable being photographed! She did a great job, very focused, and captured EVERY photo I ever wanted on my big day! I highly recommend Angie to capture any occasion!

BELIEVE THE HYPE!! Angie is phenomenal. When we were looking for a photographer she booked a Skype session with us since we couldn't make schedules work.. She was patient with the bajillion (real quantity) of questions we had and answered them thoroughly. Then she met with us in person to go over everything at the time of deposit and we actually got to know our photographer. At first we didn't really want the engagement session that came with our package but I'm so happy we did it. Angie is up for anything! We threw out the idea of our engagement session being on a lighthouse in the bay and she was not only game, but excited about it! She had no trouble taking thousands of dollars of equipment on a small boat just so we could have the pictures we wanted. She gave amazing direction but wasn't overly pushy, and our pictures are fantastic. Her work speaks for itself on her website. At our wedding she was the perfect mix of providing great instruction and being a fly on the wall. She rolled with the punches and accommodated the zoo that can be your wedding day. She was the best decision we made for our wedding; I can't recommend her enough.

Where do I start? When planning a wedding you want everything to be absolutely perfect. It can be hard finding vendors that you know will do their best to make your day go smoothly, and genuinely make you feel like they care. With Angie it was so clear that she genuinely loves what she does. In fact, meeting her and picking her as our photographer was one of the easiest and most enjoyable experiences during our entire wedding planning process. We were originally planning a more traditional wedding for May 7th of 2016, until we suddenly decided we wanted to do something much smaller and sooner! Angie was the first person we contacted once we decided to change our date because we wanted to see what dates she would be available to capture our wedding. Right away she searched through her calendar to find a date that would work.. and we found it! October 23rd it was.. So yes, having Angie there to take our photos was so important to us, that it was a big factor in how we picked the date of our wedding. That is how you know how truly amazing she is :) Needless to say on the day of the wedding Angie was so helpful. She was punctual and ready to go. She helped make sure I was calm and anytime I needed anything she was there. She helped calm down our flower girl when she started to have a fit. She also watched her while my Sister (maid of honor) helped me get in my dress. A perfect example of how easy she was to work with: we accidentally picked our ceremony spot with the sun to our backs. While our videographer was noticeably not thrilled, because the sun can be difficult to work around, it didn't phase Angie one bit. All of our friends and family loved working with her. She is an absolute five star recommendation and we look forward to working with her in the future!!

We are so thrilled that Angie was available to photograph our wedding! She was excellent to work with - extremely professional and flexible, not to mention fun! We really appreciated her desire to capture the images we wanted from our special day, while using her artistic expertise! Angie was a pleasure to work with in so many ways. She was fun and easygoing to have around all day on the day of our wedding and engagement shoot. You won't be disappointed by using Frozen in Time Photography - Angie is the best! Angie makes you feel SO comfortable! My now husband and I had such a great time at our engagement shoot. Angie was flexible and we got to shoot where we had our first date! On the wedding day, Angie was a "ghost" because you never saw her. She wasn't in your face at all. And when she got us the photos back - WOW! We were so impressed and so, so happy with them. She captured every moment perfectly! I HIGHLY recommend using Angie as your photographer for any special occasion. She is super sweet, down-to-earth, and has a fantastic eye.

Angie was amazing as a photographer at our wedding! Angie was with us from 8:30am to after 10pm, capturing every moment of the day! The second photographer, Ashton, she brought was also amazing! Angie worked with the bride to make sure all the shots she wanted were captured, and Angie delivered! She is very easy going, and made everyone feel really comfortable, making the whole process easier, and I'm sure making our photos look better. We got our engagement photos, and boudoir photos through Angie previously, and plan on using her in the future for anniversary, family, or any other photos we might need. I would highly recommend Angie for your wedding, or for any other photo needs!

When looking for a photographer for your wedding it can seem like a very daunting process. There are many photographers to choose from, but you are always looking for the one that can capture your day the way that you want to remember it. My now-husband and I struggled with this for a few months before a friend showed me the photobook that she received from Angie for her wedding, and I knew I had found what I was searching for. Before I get into the mushy stuff, let me just say that Angie was very professional during the time when my husband and I worked with her, yet she immediately felt like an old friend. She was easy to communicate our needs with, accepted and welcomed any suggestions that we had for pictures, and was very flexible. She made the over and hour drive to our venue with no complaints - to which I give her many kudos! For the price of $2500 we got 12 hours of Angie's (and her TWO camera's, because the lucky girl can write her toys off on her taxes - jealous! lol) precious time and full rights to all of our photos! A HUGE bargain compared to what I had been quoted by others. Now on to the mushy: To put things in perspective, the friend that showed me the photos of her wedding was and is a friend with whom I attended nursing school, nearly half of which I spent without my now-husband because he had been re-stationed in AZ, and I had to stay and finish my degree. It was a hard time for me, not only because I was away from him, but because I was cramming for exams, looking ahead to taking my boards...and also to leaving home. I'm not sure if, whoever you are, you have been or know anyone in a nursing program, but they become more than friends. They are family. And with the prospect of moving to AZ just two days after our wedding, I was looking at the reality of leaving not only my flesh and blood, but a whole new family that I had come to love very much. This made it even more important to me to choose someone who would capture everything and everyone I hold so dear, because it would be the last time I would be close to these people for quite some time. And I have to say, Angie outdid herself. She not only captured everything I could have wanted for my wedding, but, I am here to tell you that her photos truly moved me to tears. Seeing them is remembering every moment of that last day with all the people I truly love. And for that no amount of words can describe my thanks to her. Angie truly has a gift for capturing the most beautiful, moving moments and if you're smart then you will take full advantage of it - I'm sure she doesn't mind, she is so obviously passionate about what she does. And if you're not smart, do yourself a favor and find someone who is, so they can help you find Angie's number ;)

We used Angie for engagement photos as well as for the wedding day. We love every single picture she took. She was able to capture our wedding day perfectly through creative portrait shots, family shots, and candids. She spent the entire day with us and even gave us a few sneak peak pictures within a day. It was fun to see some of the pictures while off on the honeymoon. I recommend her to all my bride friends and definitely plan to use her for any future photography needs.

Angie was perfect for our wedding! She is very friendly, polite, professional, and we knew that we could count on her to provide us with great images from our big day. In full disclosure, I am a wedding photographer myself, and I have worked with Angie before. But being a wedding photographer that has to choose a photographer for their own wedding wasn't easy and was not a decision I took lightly. In that way I'd say Angie was under even more scrutiny, and she did great! Angie took every request we threw at her on the wedding day and gave us a ton of photos that showcased her own creative vision too. My wife and I are in love with so many of the images from our own wedding! It's hard to explain how great it felt to me as a newly married man to hear my wife oooh and ahhh over the photos and how happy they made us both. Angie's photography is already at a very high quality and she still manages to get even better all the time. Do yourself a favor and hire her while you still can... then you can say you "knew her when"!

Really was pleased with the great pictures taken and the time she spent with the wedding party and guest...great selection of pictures to choose from and was able to capture great pictures for fond memories :) couldn't be happier with the service :)

We could not have asked for a better photographer for our big day than Angie. Angie was professional before, during, and after our wedding. We have been very pleased with her quality of work, as has all of our family. We have wonderful candid photos, posed portraits, ring photos, cake photos, and more. Angie really went above and beyond to make sure that all of our wishes were fulfilled. Of course, the quality of work is really only half of the equation. Professionalism is the other half. We are very pleased to report that Angie is a true professional in every sense of the word. It was easy to work up a contract with Angie and she delivered fully and flawlessly. I went to elementary school with Angie and it wasn't until the lady who cuts my hair told me about an amazing photographer that I should consider, that I realized it was Angie! I am so happy and forever grateful that I contacted her and used her services! She's such an amazing photographer and has an eye for detail. She's an absolute pleasure to work with and so easy going. we had shopped around a bit for a photographer, only doing an extensive amount of research. I finally gave in to my to-be husband when he told me he had set up an appointment with a photographer. This was the only appointment we needed because we both fell in love with Angie's work and all that she was able to offer and her fantastic work. She spent the ENTIRE wedding day with us. Entire. She arrived at 9am and stayed until midnight. Then she shocked us with some sneak peeks the next day!! Her turn around time was amazing and the pictures were worth the wait. We are still in the process of having pictures decorate our walls but we are so ecstatic to have such great pictures to relive the memory of the best day of our lives. Our day was truly frozen in time!!

Angie is amazing!! She did a wonderful job for our Fall 2013 wedding. She had great ideas and she really loves what she does. Everyone at the wedding asked me who the photographer was and has since hired her for their wedding, family, maternity, and even puppy pictures. She rocks!

As soon as we looked through Angie's albums, we knew she was the photographer for us! She is extremely professional, responsive to emails, open to ideas, and loves dogs (which is a plus since we had two of our own in the shoot). We recently did our engagement photos and Angie was willing to do several locations around Baltimore and gave us some creative ideas. I love the fact that she is willing to take risks and try new things, while making sure we get all of the poses/styles of pictures that we want. My fiancee's father studies photography and was in awe of her raw talent. I would recommend Angie to anyone and we can't wait until she takes the pictures for our wedding!!

Angie has photographed many of the milestones in our life! I think our wedding was probably one of her first. She captured so many awesome moments and I am so glad she was there to do so! Our home is practically a gallery of her photographs because we love her work so much! Angie captured my fairytale wedding in a way words can not describe. I was so happy with all of the pictures all of the emotions that she captured. She is amazing with her camera! She works miricles. I had all my pictures on cd’s with in a month of our wedding! The online photo gallery was easy to work with and to this day I look at my photo album (that she created!) and all the emotions from that day come back! That is how great her pictures are!
