FTS Limousine was the primary transportation provider for my best friends wedding. As the best man I oversaw the communication with FTS and it was absolutely perfect. We had ove...
r 500 attendees for the weekend and FTS managed it perfectly. From airport arrivals and departures, to charter bus transportation and not once did we have an issue. Kelly & Richard were available via phone and text the entire weekend and their team on the ground attended to our every need.
Quality vehicles and kept in perfectly clean condition. The drivers were absolute professionals and very well dressed. but what really made them shine was their communication and attention to detail. We found out about flight delays from them before we knew about it. Great Job to FTS Limousine in Gainesville, FL
I was looking for a limousine company for my wedding in Gainesville, FL. After several attempts to call the company for booking, I finally gave up and utilized their online booking...
system a few months before our event. I got a confirmation email immediately. One month out from our event, I got an additional confirmation email with a price that was about $100 higher than listed in the initial confirmation. 2 weeks before our event, our wedding planner confirmed the booking and asked about the price discrepancy. The company confirmed our booking with our wedding planner and asked us to send the confirmation prices in an email so the discrepancy could be looked at. Fast forward to 3 days prior to our wedding. I received a call from FTSLimo that although our booking was confirmed with their online system, they did not have a limousine available for our requested date and time. The owner stated that he could outsource a limo to follow through with our agreement, but it would be at an additional cost to us.
I should have known from the lack of availability by phone call that this was not the right company to book, but unfortunately I had to learn the hard way. If you would like to avoid unnecessary stress 3 days before your wedding, do NOT use this company.
