are not from the area and planning a wedding out of state was an incredibly daunting task. Heidi made it feel easy and took care of everything! She was so helpful and easy to communicate with via text and email, always responding promptly. She made our wedding day flow smoothly and took care of all the tiny details the weekend of so that we could just relax and enjoy ourselves. I wasn't sure at first if I wanted to hire a planner, but in the end, I'm SO glad I did and I'm so grateful it was Heidi. She's the best and I would definitely recommend her if you're looking for a planner!!

Heidi is one of the sweetest people you’ll meet, but she also does a great job of ensuring that you are taken care of and getting a great value for your money. She ended up saving us so much on things we didn’t need in our contracts that it paid for her services. Not only that, but she was the only planner when speaking with people who asked me about my personal life and family dynamic, and she was able to build a connection with me personally alleviating my fears of family drama. My dad even reached out to her the day before for advice and to help calm his nerves and she was kind enough to help guide the way. I knew Heidi was the right person the second I spoke with her. She continued to exceed my expectations over the months that we worked together. One of the most profound things she said to me was that by the time our wedding day was here she wants to know me and my vision so well that she can be my voice so she doesn’t have to trouble me. Heidi absolutely turned my vision into a reality and 100% took the reins leading up to our big day, so much to where I was just a bride enjoying the moment on my special day. I’m so grateful to her for helping Keith and I have the most magical experience and would highly recommend her to anyone. She absolutely tailors her services to your needs and is very candid—her entire family helped at our wedding and she even completely packed everything up for us and brought it back to our room. We didn’t have to worry about anything knowing Heidi was there to support us. Thank you Heidi!!

She even drove to our house for a run through and to make sure we felt comfortable going into the wedding. Heidi was a huge help the month leading up to the wedding. and I kicked it off so well from the beginning. I knew I wanted her as our coordinator & florist after the first five minutes of our first phone call! Lol Our day was more than I could have ever imagined. I felt so lost at times while planning my wedding and Heidi was always there to reassure me that I was on track and that it was always going to be amazing no matter what. Especially when Covid started to scare everyone, Heidi was so on top of everything. Heidi was always honest, understanding and always mindful that we have an infant. She would text before calling because she never wanted to wake him up haha and I loved that. I truly feel like she was the glue in so many ways.
