My husband and I can not say enough great things about Funomenon Entertainment! They were amazing and they really impressed us and our guests the day/night of the wedding. They played a lot of our requests and they made sure everything went smoothly! Our MC was amazing and he really got the crowd pumping! We did not want the night to end and they played a huge part in this! Thank you for helping make our fairytale wedding a dream come true.

I definitely made the right decision when booking Ken and his staff for my wedding at Stonewall Resort on 9/12/15. Ken was so incredibly organized with me during the whole wedding planning process. They are more than a DJ service, they are truly an entertainment company that gets everyone up and dancing. I highly recommend Ken and his staff for any event.

We were referred to Funomenon (particularly Ken) by a friend who bragged on the company by saying that they were fantastic to work with, motivated guests to dance the night away, and ensured that everything ran smoothly. She was absolutely right! Our emcee DALLAS and DJ MITCHELL were absolutely incredible. Dallas was the best emcee we could ask for. Upon our arrival, he met us outside and immediately began coordinating the first set of events. He lined up the wedding party (including 2 three year olds and an 8 year old) in a small stair case with emence patience. For the rest of the night, he consulted with me (briefly, ensuring that I wasn't getting overwhelmed with questions) confirming the next set of dances/activities and meanwhile, dancing the night away himself! He was ALWAYS on the dance floor inspiring others to dance and leading the more common dances so that guests could watch and mom mimmick him rather than one another. Before leaving, he checked and double checked with me that there wasn't anything else that we needed from them. I must admit, when I spoke with Ken a week prior to the wedding to confirm everything I had asked him (more of a confirmation) if he himself were going to be the emcee at our wedding and he told me no, I was pretty bummed. My first thought was, "$1700 and you're going to send a rookie to do our wedding?!" With our wedding a week later, I chose to not let that upset and just go with it. I am so glad that I did and am actually so thankful that it worked out that way. Again, I couldn't have asked for a better DJ and emcee. On another hand, I hate to say it but DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE CLOUDS. We were maybe 30 seconds into our first dance before they started coming out and only lasted about 30 seconds. I have seen several pictures of my first dance where the clouds are up over my shoulders while they did last. We decided to call Ken afterwards to brag on the gentlemen that did such a great job and to ask him what the problem with the clouds was. He told us that they weren't working because the door to the hallway behind the machine was open, therefore, the clouds were being sucked into the hall. We were never told that the door had to be closed or we would have closed it....in the middle of our first dance.... $300 sucked right out into the hall. I would also like to add that I called a few days before the wedding I called to make a few changes in the order of events. Ken called me back immediately and rudely told me "I already have everything packed up in the van for the boys and I am on my way out the door to go out of town. So what are the changes?" I told him and he said that would be fine. We just made sure to tell the men when we arrived at the reception. Overall, if you can get past Ken's poor attitude over the telephone, I would absolutely recommend Funomenon Entertainment as a DJ for your wedding and please, request Dallas and Mitchell. You won't be sorry!

I had Funomenom Entertainment at my wedding and they were amazing. Definitely worth the money! The emcee was hysterical and really added something extra to the reception. He really interacted with the guests and got them dancing and having a great time! My husband's grandmother was even up dancing! I highly recommend Funomenom Entertainment to anyone looking for a DJ! They even discounted the price because it was a Friday wedding.

Funomenom is a great DJ service for the area. Ken Maisel is a spectacular Emcee and definitely gets the crowd going. Everyone complimented about how good the music was during the reception. During the planning, he'll do whatever you want him to do, and also throws out suggestions for you to consider, which I took him up on a few. The only bad part about them is the price. I didn't want to pay that much for a DJ, but everyone else was booked, and was kinda stuck. However, it was worth the money to have an amazing time. I even got to dance!

This DJ was great! Took care of everything and kept events moving! Highly Recommend!
