We even had a special 30 minutes performance from the outside, and I must say Fusion DL team was very cooperative and ensured that everything went smoothly. It's one of our favorite things to do so we knew that our wedding had to encompass that for us. We were worried that dinner would be too long, or not enough dance music would play and Manny and his team made sure to wash all of our worries away. We had he BEST. TIME. EVER. One of my favorite moments from our entire wedding day was sitting down to dinner in our dreamy backyard tent as Amber by 311 played. It couldn't have been timed more perfectly. Not only did Fusion KILL all of the music we asked for, but they also surprised me with a rendition of Despacito on sax!!! Fusion also carried out all of our requests for ceremony music and they sounded so perfect I could cry just thinking about it. Take a picture by filter played as our bridal party entered the ceremony space and for myself, wonderwall on guitar. You know when you watch an awesome movie and it's just so much more awesome because the music in it is so good and you want to buy the whole soundtrack? That's how my wedding day felt. Every moment was enhanced because of a song and it really did feel like we were the stars of the most magical movie. Manny and Fusion DL thank you thank you thank you a million times over! When we decided to add another band member a few months out, there was no issue at all, and once we explained why we wanted one (for our first dance, to Frankie Valli), they loved the idea. From the second we walked in the door to "formally" sit down with Manny and John, they just blew us away with their contagious fun attitudes and passion in what they do. We got married in November 2016 and the entertainment was flawless. From the flute player for my ceremony, Bongo drums for cocktail hour, and to the very last song of evening, It was absolutely perfect. Fusion Dl paid attention to every single detail and made sure my wedding dreams came true. They are absolute crowd pleasers and they were definitely the best part of my wedding. People can't stop telling me how incredible the music was. The dance floor was never empty and they did such a great job with engaging all my guests. To this day people are still asking where I found them. We were very happy with what they were offering us but had a few concerns. We definitely wanted a band option, and Fusion was giving us this. However, the band component had only done 1 gig and this made us unable to reach a decision and put our trust into the option without seeing them. This was the main reason we didn't end up going with them. However, if you are looking for a Non- full band option and would like the very cool option of having your music re-styled with live instruments, vocals, AND a DJ/MC, we definitely recommend working with John and Manny. We are hoping we will have a reason in the future to. Great company guys!

Manny arrived to the venue early to set up the microphone for the officiant and I knew that the day of I didn't have to worry about anything with the entertainment, he had it all taken care of. Manny was extremely accommodating and professional as I had specific requests regarding the first dance song and he suggested that instead of shortening the song, we invite other couples onto the dance floor to share in the moment with us. This helped to break the ice and get people up and moving, and it also let people share this special moment between my husband and I. Throughout the night Manny continued to play song after song that had people up and moving which was important for us and we stressed in our initial meeting. The dance floor was packed the entire night! He was also very concise and organized with the schedule of events throughout the night. Guest after guest raved about how amazing Manny was and some guests even took business cards for their upcoming weddings. Overall, I am so happy that I put my trust in Manny, he's been in the business for so long and definitely knows what he's doing. My wedding was a blast and I am so thankful for everything Manny did! The week before my wedding I was of course stressed out about something when I got a phone call from Manny to review what would be happening on the day of the wedding. He had me completely relaxed about all other aspects of the wedding because I knew the music would be amazing. Plus, when you talk to Manny you feel like you've known him for years... he's a really easy and calming person to talk with. We had a guitarist and flautist for the ceremony and it was so beautiful. For our ceremony they performed Fields of Gold, Here Comes the Sun and When I'm Sixty-Four During cocktail hour we had Fusion for a Jazz quartet. My one year old niece was in love with them and it really set the mood for a beautiful afternoon on the water. During the reception the band played songs from "Galway Girl" and music by The Pogues to The Cure and The B-52's. Most of our guests fell over the 45 years+ category and Fusion most perfectly set up the music to have the big crowd pleasers through the bulk of the night and when they new the 20-somethings (and okay my parents and an uncle or two) would be left we rocked out to "the younger" stuff. In addition, an assistant would go around checking the volume to ensure that people who wanted to chat at their tables could do so and people who wanted to dance their heart outs had a great time. For days after our wedding the biggest compliment we received from all age attendees was that the band was awesome. Then we'd have to have a twenty minute conversation about how awesome they really were and everyone favorite part. I personally think the two most important vendors you hire for your wedding are music and photos. Your musicians are the entertainment. They will give you those lasting memories for years to come and the photos will of course jog your memories of that special day. Thanks FUSION!! When the reception started it was non stop dancing. Manny played all the songs that we wanted and was able to cater to the crowd. We got to hear the original artists but also had live drums, saxs, and flute. The musicians did not play over the song, but instead played the music as if they were alongside the original singer. They added so much depth to our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. I highly recommend them if you love music. Simply put, they made the night better for everyone.

He made us right at home in his office going over every detail of what these guys do. we walked out and said, ok we will wait till tomorrow but these guys are HIRED! We cant stand the sound of a corney wedding singer, who really does like that? well these guys have something really special. They play live music to whatever songs you want, meanwhile you have the original artist doing all the singing! its sick, it really is and there is nothing else like them around. we thought ok a band we have to have, we love live music, but then thougth ok but a DJ really spins up the mixes and gets things moving, well these guys are both at the same time. Manny is a great MC. there is enought stress in planning a wedding these days with all the small details, this part can be made so much easier for you if you choose Fusion DL for your music. They dident everything for us, including all the room lighting which really made our room look special! The most important thing about these guys is they LISTEN to everything you have to say. Im a sax plyer and wanted to play a song at our wedding, which i did and it worked out great, and thats only because manny and johnny really worked out EVERY single detail with me on that. they are great at what they do. IF money is an option they have a package for everyone. We took the biggest package that we could that included everything including the photo montage, and it was great, everything was just great. Not to sound like an infomertial but these guys really are the best. The night of your wedding goes by so fast and your being pulled in so many directions to have these guys really running your show is the way to go. they made everything very easy for us, and to top it off you feel so comfortable with these guys that its like your buddys are doing the music at your wedding, and very professional. Our party was so great that even thought we had an after party at our location our guests(including my wife and I ) were yelling, ONE MORE SONG ONE MORE SONG. Before you book a band or a DJ check these guys out, i think you will be happy that you did, in fact I KNOW you will be happy that you did! They also mentioned in our first meeting with them that they liked to play with the dyanmics of the crowd and they gradually raise the energy level throughout the evening - this turned out to be very true and we brought in New Years Eve with a serious bang! They also organized a jazz quartet for cocktail hour which was excellent. The MC was just what we were looking for - toned down but also very excited and able to raise the level in the crowd. . I have sung in community theatre so music was a large part of our wedding plan. We are a mixed marriage so we wanted the cultural elements to play a role. Also since we were not having a religious ceremony, we wanted spiritually appropraite music to set the tone for the entire day. The ceremony was also at the venue- De Seversky Center on Long Island. We met with the owners the first presentation was at my home but my then fiance had to go out emergently. So he had missed it. I thought it was perfect so we went to their studio to take a second look (for me). We had other special requests sine this was not the first marriage for us. We have one grown child and one youngster between us. We handled special DANCES and for our first dance we sang to each other Sappy but TRUE!! All of our expectaions were exceeded !!! I cannot say enough superlatives about them. The level of professional ism as the emcees for the day were wonderful. When we go over the events of that beautiful day what we remember was the fabulous entertainment that people spoke of again and again. On a sad note my mom's sister attended. She had cancer, and said that was the best wedding she had been to in years thanks to the music. Thereafter she became sicker and passed away. I have her on my wedding DVD dancing and singing.
