Chris was so amazing to work with! I asked for recommendations from my wedding coordinator who has worked hundreds of weddings. She said Chris was her first pick and gave me a fe...
w other recommendations. He sent a detailed questionnaire that really helped me figure out what we wanted for our wedding. I could actually picture the time line and how it would actually play out. On the day of, it was absolutely perfect from ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. I wanted him to engage our guests and keep us on the dance floor. He truly delivered, we danced all night. We had such an amazing time! Highly recommend, Chris. He is highly professional, quick to respond when you have questions and skilled at working the crowd!
I used future sounds for assistance with lighting outside at a museum I held my reception at. Chris had several lighting options. He came out and trialed the option we selected t...
o make sure it met our needs. His wife was present throughout the event. They are professional and courteous. I would use them again. Pricing was reasonable as well. I would use them again for any future event. I did not use his DJ services, but I heard he was good.
Future Sounds DJ service is great! We used them for my husband and I’s bon voyage/reception party and he did an awesome job. I requested country during our dinner and then a mix of...
music after for people to dance too. I highly recommend Future Sounds DJ for whatever your party needs are.
My parents’ 50th wedding anniversary was so very important for many reasons. My parents have been through many difficulties and their party was including many people of various wal...
ks, beliefs who were also bringing their own silent challenges.
As we prepared for this special day, Chris Koval from Future Sounds stayed in contact and took in all the songs, requests with professional ease and active listening. He was like a silent , giant reason for the success of the anniversary party that night. He didn’t bring the attention to himself, although he was amazingly present through each moment.
A couple years later, we are still hearing about this party, especially as a couple of the dear hearts dancing have since passed on. Videos and stories are still shared. Chris Koval not only honored our parents with the songs they cherished, but also left room for others to place their requests and feel connected to the celebrating. They still remember the music, the dancing, and the good feelings so incredibly evident that comes not only with loved ones and friends honoring my parents, But also because Chris Koval helped to facilitate this environment.
The respect, fun, joy that Chris Koval, from Future Sounds, brings into the proverbial and literal arena was worth the money and trust placed with him.
Chris went above and beyond making sure the music, projections, and slideshow were perfect for our wedding reception. He was a great communicator during the planning process, which...
helped us go confidently into our wedding day knowing things would run smoothly for the areas he was in charge of.
We were really impressed by how Chris actually went to the event venue and sent us mockups of potential wall projections. This was so nice because we actually could visualize the projections and make a choice we knew we would be happy with.
Overall, we highly recommend Chris. (Side note- He is great for type A personality planners, which we were!)
We were so happy we had Chris to dance the night away with. Thank you for making our wedding day so much more special.
Chris with Future Sounds is AWESOME! If you would like state of the art equipment, someone that is talented and CARES about people and his business, give Chris a call.

Chris was so awesome! I am really picky about how I wanted our DJ to be and Chris fit the package immediately. We got to see his work in action at an open house and we liked the wa...
y he knew how to transition songs at the right time. We gave him a list of what kind of songs we'd like him to play and he hit the nail on the head- it was hard to keep me and my now husband off the dance floor! He really followed our requests on the paperwork we filled out and helped us through any technical trouble in the music planning process. He also did our ceremony and it went so smoothly. We will recommend him to any of our friends because he did so awesome.

e night! Our experience was extra special as he helped me audio record my song to my dad for our dad-daughter dance and gave us a CD with the recording after. Tears! He was truly amazing and will not disappoint you. Very thorough, great communication, great attention to detail, and overall does a wonderful job making his clients happy. 100/10 recommended!!

e really wanted a projection on our wedding cake, something we hadn't seen in San Antonio before, and he made it happen. The cake looked beautiful and was everything we hoped for. It was incredible, our guests are still talking about it!
He was an amazing MC/DJ, our guests loved him and the music he played; he kept everyone on the dance floor! He is very professional and was amazing to work with. He was able to edit a song for the mother/son dance and was very helpful with planning our timeline. He helped us keep on track and made sure it was exactly what we wanted. Overall, he was absolutely incredible and we can't recommend him enough!

ackyard bingo bash and Future Sounds absolutely gave us a show we had hoped for. They launched the party with a wonderful playlist with so much variety and energy. They began to learn all our guests names so they could interact with them throughout the festivities! Each game was unique, well executed and super competitive. Their level or professionalism and enthusiasm made it so easy for us to engage with our guests as we had hoped and they kept the good times rolling. We are so grateful for their service and look forward to working with them once again.
Chris Koval with Future Sounds served as DJ at our wedding last year. I am in a similar industry myself as a photographer. Chris brought nothing to the table but pure precision. Th...
ere was not a single detail missed. We had a high confidence level in him from the first time we met. Our venue, the Hotel Emma in San Antonio initially recommended him to us. That itself should say a lot. Honestly though he over-delivered. As a DJ he is not there to just play music, he MC'd the event perfectly. Guests need guidance on where to go and when during events such as weddings. I can't recommend Chris and/or Future Sounds highly enough. Patty Hoenig
Chris was SO amazing! We met him at a bridal expo in San Antonio and from the very first moment he did an incredible job communicating with us and sharing information about all of ...

The songs he played were excellently selected and matched well with our requests, he was flexible with last minute timeline changes, and he did a great job adding little details that made our Wedding day even more special!
The DJ worked with our budget and kept the place hopping. He was creative with song choices as well as responsive to our requests. We recommend him highly.

He was professional, personable, kept everyone out on the dance floor and handled the entire night perfectly. My favorite part of the night was when he helped us organize playing a short video from our wedding by using his projector and screen last minute. Such a special moment for my husband and I and our family and friends. So so grateful for his work!
Chris of Future Sounds is dialed in! He is so very knowledgeable as far as venues in San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country are concerned. My husband and I got married at Southwest...
School of Art. Chris sent photos of prior weddings he had done at SWSA to help us figure out the best setup for us. He also knew the specific rules and parameters for SWSA and made sure we were aware of applicable city ordinances and what not. He knows what he is doing and it translates to how much stress he removes from situations! Go with Future Sounds! You will be happy you did!!

he spot .... one of the best decisions we made! Chris provided links to all of the music, which made selecting what would be played at our daughter's wedding and reception so easy for her and her groom. He also provides a questionairre so that a client can select his manner of dress (tuxedo, semi-formal, casual), along with other specifics. He tailors his services to his clients' preferences. Having used his services, we know why Chris has been so successful in his 20+ years in the DJ business. Our daughter and her groom, and our families couldn't have been more pleased, and the great remarks we received from guests confirmed that hiring Chris was an excellent decision !

We can't thank Chris enough! My now wife and I are not dancing people at all, so going into the wedding we were very unsure about what kind of music we wanted or what kind of music...
we didn't want. Chris made the entire process so easy and painless. He was willing to meet with us if needed and had an easy to follow sheet that broke down the entire wedding for us. We chose the songs that we for sure wanted and then let Chris have creative control for the rest of the music and it was perfect! Having an outside wedding we had music playing as guests found a seat, during the ceremony, and after. And since we were in front of a waterfall, Chris was able to mic me up so that every guests could hear our vows and "I do's". I got so many complements for our music and I loved that everyone could enjoy every word of our big day! And during the reception, I never danced so much in my entire life! The day was perfect and Chris went above and beyond expectations!
Most importantly Chris kept the party going! Chris is an experienced professional.

's wedding and reception were perfect, exactly what was asked for; Chris can be as reserved or as outgoing and fun as you ask him to be. He can dress to the nines or be casual .... your wish is his command. I am so glad we contract with Future Sounds DJ Service. It made an amazing night even more so !

how I felt stressed and anxious with all of the decisions that came with wedding planning and he kindly lent a listening ear and advised me to stay true to what my fiancé and I wanted as a couple (ex. do and don’t do the traditions that you like or don’t like). He was even able to work with us in editing our first dance song, which we wanted shortened. All in all, a great guy, and a great DJ. :)
Chris was so great to work with, and music was really important to me. I had a few entrance songs I wanted to mix and he nailed it. He made the entrance I had been wanting for over...
a year come to fruition. He even incorporated a particular theme song I wanted for the bridal party entrance. Chris was very personable and easy to talk to, so it just made the experience low-stress. Because the wedding ran a little late we had to change a few things around and he was really flexible! He played the jams we asked for and kept it moving. Great job, Chris!

sic. We even had a 30min phone conversation at 11pm to finalize everything because it was my only free time. He handled our ceremony music as well as reception. He is a wonderful and kind man who truly loves what he does. He played the perfect songs at the right times so the dance floor was never empty! I would recommend him and his services to anyone who asked.

big day and pick the best setup. We live out of town and he was beyond helpful. He kept in close contact with us, responded to all of our calls and emails, and stayed on top of everything throughout the process. He also kept the dance floor lively the entire night for our very diverse guests ( from Fargo ND all the way to Mexico and Peru) and the entire celebration could not have gone any better, we were so happy with our music ! Easy five stars! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Chris was wonderful to work with and did a great job for both our ceremony and our reception. He took the time and care to work with me on small details that make a big difference ...
(certain versions of songs, start/stop times, pronouncing our parties’ names correctly, etc.). He also had a great sense of the crowd and what to play. I was planning this wedding from out of town, and Chris made it so easy with his accessibility and professionalism.

Apart from the great dance music played, the limbo competition was a hit! He gives great customer service and even met me and my wedding planner at the venue a week before the wedding to make sure I liked the color of the uplights in the venue space. I would definitely recommend Future Sounds to all of my friends and family.

rtantly, he has a good voice which carries well through the venue and provided a pleasant sound for our guests. He made all the announcements we asked of him and had a great event asking all married couples to the dance floor to find a special couple, I’ll leave it at that. We will absolutely use him again. I’m sure you will be as pleased as we were.
Chris was the DJ for our wedding at Kendall Plantation last weekend and he did such an amazing job! He helped to direct the flow of everyone through out the whole day. And then he ...
