Our guests are RAVING about our appetizers and taco bar! It was so delicious and flavorful, giving our guests a true TEXAS meal. We worked closely with Dena to coordinate the tasting, menu, and service. She was timely, professional, and truly cared that our day was special. On the big day, they handled everything wonderfully. The waitstaff was so attentive and kept checking on me and the groom, they even saved some of our passed apps from the cocktail hour that we missed out on due to photos for us to sample. We could not have DREAMED of a better experience with a caterer!

Our guests are RAVING about our food and bar! It was by far the most delicious food we've ever had at a wedding, and close to being top of our list ever! The bar service was absolutely perfect :) We worked closely with Dena to get everything set up and get the menu to something perfect for us and our family. Nothing says "welcome to Texas" like some perfectly cooked brisket! We could not have DREAMED of a better experience with a caterer!

Loved my food from G Texas Catering! We had different stations to appeal to different guests' food preferences and it worked out perfectly. So many compliments on the food. Definitely recommend! Can be pricey, but everyone loved everything.

G Texas Catering provided WONDERFUL food for our wedding. Our guest said that it was the best brisket they had ever had. The fried catfish was a little too gourmet for my taste, but it was still wonderful none the less. Everything was cooked and presented with perfection. The attendants were friendly and very helpful. They also supplied a bartender who was also very friendly which is just what we needed for our guests. The attendants had no issue with packing up leftover food for us to take back to the hotel and also helping with our cake since our baker didn't leave us anything.
