om them - and I know why...they made timing seamless! They knew their way around the grounds (Pleasantdale Chateau) and were beyond efficient. They gave us great insight on pictures we should take, and helped to ensure we had a smooth day from start to finish! They were not only professional, but fun and energetic! I am a pretty awkward person sometimes, and they made me feel like a princess! They also moved my body and told me how to pose for optimal angels...this in itself made the world of difference to me because I felt like they cared, not just snapping pictures.. can't recommend them enough!

ne day. Needless to say this was definitely an important decision to make. Because of the distance we met John through a zoom call for our initial meeting. His personality alone sold us on booking him. He and his team, yes Gabby I’m talking about you too, we’re so responsive and helpful at every turn. Every detail was meticulously planned out before our wedding. Day of our wedding John and his teams showed up A few minutes early to set up, and take pictures of the details in each of the houses we were in. John promptly came and introduced himself to me while I was getting my make up done and continue taking pictures of the girls at my house until I was ready to get ready ready with him. John was absolutely amazing! My veil was extra long, and everywhere we went he held both my train and Val making sure it always looks great and it wasn’t falling out every 10 minutes. He did a fabulous job with my huge family. He was patient with all of my aunts uncles and cousins as well as nicks family coming in and out so we can get all of our family portraits. He even got close to 80 people in one picture for my side. I was so amazed at everything that he did! The rest of the weekend the only thing my family and friends wanted to talk about was how amazing and fun and funny our photographer and videographers were! Even with my family being amateur photographers and videographers themselves, our professional team allowed them to take their pictures and videos, and they had fun together! I would recommend John and his team to Annie soon to be bride!

The studio has so much to offer with their photography packages and their photographs are absolutely stunning!! Personally, I was looking for a very classic look when it came to my engagement and wedding pictures rather than something more trendy because these are moments we will look back on for the rest of our lives and that is exactly what we got. Our pictures are breathtaking and you receive SO many photographs to look back on-- it's really amazing how much was captured during our entire engagement and on our wedding day. My wedding day was so special and it really helps having photographers who make you feel comfortable, beautiful, and bring a lot of joy in these special moments. My wedding party, family, and friends loved all of the photographers. There is something to be said when you feel like you've know a group of people your whole life after only knowing them for a short period of time-- you definitely want this feeling for your day. Definitely book with Gabelli Studio, they were our very first vendor we booked after the venue and it was our best decision by far!

y say that you need to feel comfortable with the photographer, since he will be with you all day. And that’s what we felt with Jim. Comfortable and at ease. Jim has a great sense of humor and a calming, relaxing energy. Plus, he knows the Park Savoy, inside out. He took my husband and I to all the perfect spots at the perfect times. My parents and my bridal party also loved him! Prior to our wedding, we did our engagement shoot with him (and our 2 dogs). After seeing those gorgeous pictures and the way he captured us and our pups, we were certain Gabelli Studios was the choice for us! The day of the wedding, Jim arrived with a second photographer, Sal and assistant Terri. They were wonderful from start to finish. Jim stayed with me, while Sal photographed the guys down in the man cave. I wanted specific kids of shots (think flying veil) and Jim did not forget! He took so many pictures and so many natural ones, not just posed. So many pictures on the dance floor and I never even saw him! He was perfect at blending in and I was never really aware of the camera being on me! We incorporated our dogs again, and Jim was so patient and easy going with the pups! He knew how important that was to my husband and I and so he made it important to him. We saw a few shots and needless to say they looked amazing! I cannot wait to design our albums. My only fear is that Jim and Sal may have taken too many amazing shots…how will I choose? Gabelli Studios was a pleasure to work with and they do amazing work. I knew that we were in good hands and it was just one less thing to worry about during the already stressful wedding process. Even when my original videographer had fallen through, John and his studio were able to step up and save the day (insert Superman anthem) a mere 3 weeks before the wedding. John is calm, cool and collected, but can also be assertive to keep the day running on schedule, especially when you have a bridal party of 30 people! He was able to rally the troops and take incredible photos at Liberty State Park and the hall. He took all the pictures that I wanted (and more!) of myself, husband, family and friends. The same day edit was also a great addition- it was a movie-quality video everyone kept telling us how amazing it came out! It was a nice clip to play at the reception for everyone to get a recap of our wedding. I kept telling John throughout the day how happy I was to have him there, and I truly meant it! 10/10 would recommend Gabelli Studio to any bride getting married in the tri-state area! John truly understands how important a couple’s wedding photos and videos are.
