Gabis Arboretum at Purdue Northwest is a unique facility due to its vast, natural landscape. The picturesque views and manicured gardens create the perfect backdrop for your special day. You can host an unforgettable outdoor ceremony in the Meyer Memorial Pavilion with up to 250 guests. The expansive lawn is surrounded by lush greenery and manicured lawns, providing a beautiful setting for any vow exchange. Alternatively, you can also host any intimate ceremony in Ed's Oasis, a smaller site yet shaded by towering oak trees and dotted with prairie flowers. After your ceremony, you and 150 guests can celebrate your forever union in the Railway Depot, an old-fashioned train station-turned-event space with cathedral-style ceilings, exposed beam work, hardwood floors, and romantic string lights. Whether you're looking to host a casual outdoor celebration or a formal gala, there is something for every wedding size and style at Gabis Arboretum.

I fell in love with this venue after the first time visiting it, and we booked it immediately after - we knew it was perfect for us and our guest count of about 70! Adara and Autum...
n were fantastic the entire time about answering our questions and making sure that our day was everything we hoped for! On the day of our wedding, we were battling rain and a forecast that was changing every two seconds. Autumn and her team worked so efficiently to move our ceremony to under their gorgeous pavilion (which I actually preferred that spot so much better in hindsight!). The railway depot and railway garden (complete with the model trains!) were the perfect setting for our cocktail hour and reception, and the bar service was perfect the entire night. We felt so spoiled the day of with the incredible scenery and excellent facilities, and we are so thankful that we were able to have our wedding at Gabis!

ed a magical summer evening experience for our guests and us to enjoy! Our guests kept complimenting the views of the matured woodland trees and water views of Heron pond. Also the photos you can capture from the venue area are incredible. The Gabis staff was amazing to work with! Autumn and Adara attended to every question asked with a smile and friendly personality. they were very helpful in explaining all the options we could do to customize our event. We went with a unique layout of tables and chairs that included both round and rectangle tables under the pavilion. We even had options for high tables to put out in the lawn. Nick our bartender, from The Great Hall bar, had the drinks flowing to keep us celebrating all night long! We went with the elite bar package, worth every penny! Also, we were able to book a golf cart to help guests get from the parking lot to the venue. Thank you to everyone that helped make our day so special and memorable!

ndemic - and it did not matter the season, it was beautiful! Flowers were still blooming in September! We received so many compliments on the venue. We personally used the Meyer Pavilion for our ceremony, which is a bit more expensive than the Rose Pavilion, but both are very affordable and pretty. If you are worried about rain (we had NONE - not a cloud in the sky for us), definitely spend the extra for the Meyer Pavilion. Peyton, the event coordinator, was also very helpful and super nice! Loved this location! 100% recommend!
Nearly impossible to get ahold of! Have gotten one response in four months for trying to get ahold of them via phone, email, and just showing up
