Very good food but part of the order was wrong even after explicitly covering it at the tasting. We wanted black icing made with chocolate buttercream and decided upon this after working directly with the owner to achieve the proper ingredient...
combination. We had a tasting with 3 icing options and the owner even wrote down exactly which one we wanted so they had a record of it when the time to make the actual cake came. Picked up the cake and the icing was made with white buttercream instead which is not what we stated we wanted and not what the bakery agreed to make. It tasted good and kept well, but the fact that the order was slightly wrong after so much work went into getting it right is a negative. Overall, I would still recommend the bakery to anyone but would advise being extra careful with making sure it is correctly made.
