If you’re interested in a less traditional reception spread, you will find party trays with an assortment of cupcakes, tarts, cookies, and whoopie pies. Breakfast trays, which are perfect for brunch the morning after the big day, include a mix of danishes, muffins, donuts, and sticky buns. Cookie carts come in three and six dozen, and include flavors such as chocolate chip, oatmeal butterscotch, lemon crinkle, snickerdoodle, and more. Cheesecake bites and macarons are also available for you and your guests to nibble on late into the night. e cost. The addition of the small cake included in this package created the perfect set up and allowed us to still have a cake cutting experience without having to order a massive cake.
Jenna was so helpful and sweet while we made all of our dessert decisions. The tasting was a lot of fun to experience and they were very accommodating when it came to various options and the overall display. The best part of our wedding desserts was being able to incorporate our dog into the small cake. It was such a fun touch and he was definitely the star of the dessert table. He unfortunately was not able to be at the wedding so being able to see him on the cake brought a huge smile to our faces.
The final sweet touch from Gable House was discovering that they put together a little Bride and Groom sample box of all of the desserts we chose and left it for us in our suite. It was a really nice surprise and made us happy since we were not able to try everything during the reception.

I had a Pinterest floral piece to go around my dessert stand and they assured me the cake and desserts would work and it looked stunning on the day of! They delivered and set up the cake/desserts during our reception so I didn't have to stress about a thing! Our guests could not stop raving about all the dessert options we had. There was plenty of flavors to choose from, the chocolate mousse dessert shooters, pb/chocolate and strawberry swirl cheesecake bites being the most popular! We also had 3 flavors of macarons and 3 flavors of cake pops decorated to match our color theme instead of guests eating cake. We had a small red velvet and cream cheese icing smaller cake for us to cut/eat for pictures and take home. They will also make us a 1 year anniversary cake next year so we literally left no crumbs of ours or have to worry about it getting freezer burnt by next year so it's greatly appreciated! u can imagine my shock at the end of the night when I go to grab some cookies and they are all gone!! We got a massive dessert selection and a cake and they were such a hit, so much so that none of them made it home with us at the end of the night. Not only did everything taste delicious, but it looked stunning and was delivered and set up beautifully at our venue. Gable House Bakery was so easy and pleasant to work with and has so many amazing options for a wedding. We were so pleased with our experience from start to finish and cannot wait to get a cake for our one year anniversary. We will absolutely be coming back for some goodies whenever we find ourselves in the area again!

working directly with the owner to achieve the proper ingredient combination. We had a tasting with 3 icing options and the owner even wrote down exactly which one we wanted so they had a record of it when the time to make the actual cake came. Picked up the cake and the icing was made with white buttercream instead which is not what we stated we wanted and not what the bakery agreed to make. It tasted good and kept well, but the fact that the order was slightly wrong after so much work went into getting it right is a negative. Overall, I would still recommend the bakery to anyone but would advise being extra careful with making sure it is correctly made.
