We recently had our wedding and reception at the Gaia, everything was perfect! From the rooms, staff, food & beverage, and decorations it was perfection and gorgeous. We had a larger wedding (275 ppl apprx), the cost was reasonable and the food was delicious! Having the ceremony and reception there was the best, no one had to leave and if needed people could stay at the hotel. Perfect is the only way to describe it!!!!!!!

The venue was beautiful, the crew set up and cleaned up and took very good care of us. The wait staff was amazing. The event specialist however, was not so great. She did not commu...

nicate well, and felt like she didn’t listen to my wishes. She did not communicate details of the venue very well and didn’t take my wishes into actuality. But the rest of the staff was amazing and it was so beautiful. The food was okay. We ordered and did a menus tasting months in advance and the day of they ran out of sauces and other elements making the dish not what we ordered.

I worked with Elizabeth Bailey from the Gaia throughout my wedding planning process; she was welcoming, helpful, and full of knowledge. She was well prepared to answer my questions...

, and seemed to always know what my next question would be, answering it without my even asking! She was willing to work with me on a lot of the costs to help me fit within my budget! She gave me the help of an amazing event staff, Melissa, who went above and beyond her duties to help me get everything set the night before, as well as take care of me the entire night of the wedding! Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a venue in far northern california!
