Gainan's Flowers

I cannot say enough good things about Gainans! I showed John buck my wedding inspiration and he took that and made our wedding everything and more than we could’ve ever dreamt of!! Definitely recommend!

John Buck at Gainan's Midtown coordinated our flowers for our daughter's local wedding reception. We showed him photos of the florals from the wedding, which took place 3 months before in Australia. He knew they could not be duplicated, but would use as inspiration. We were very happy with the results, and received many ooohs and aaahs.

They did an absolutely incredible job. Michelle was our point of contact and I cannot say enough good things. They flowers were GORGEOUS and the quality was even better.

John and Cindy were a truly phenomenal team when it came to our wedding flowers. They were there to guide us and answer all of our floral questions along the way. I never felt pressure to make a decision and was very thankful to have two people working together who took the extra effort to understand and make our wedding vision come true. Our flower arrangements were stunning and I loved every piece...from our ring bearer's boutonniere to our elegant head table piece. John and Cindy really blew us away!

The original florist we chose cancelled on us two weeks out from the wedding! We called Gainans and they took great care of us, and our flowers were stunning!! They did an amazing job. We only bought centerpieces and bouquets from them, and I was extremely happy with the end result. The reason I didn't give them five stars is because they had told my husband they'd be there to set up the flowers, but the day of the wedding when they showed up we learned my husband and the groomsmen would have to set up the flowers themselves. This could've been a huge issue if they came later in the day, closer to the ceremony time. However it turned out fine, and it could've just been miscommunication seeing as we contacted them such last minute. They are pricier than most florists, but they do great work. Definitely check them out.

They always put the best touches in their work, very fresh flowers always guaranteed. They have done several bouquets and flower deliveries for my husband and they have been nothing short of amazing, perfect, and actually my wedding bouquet was similar to an arrangement that my husband sent to me a year prior to the wedding.

I was so hopeful. I love the store, but I will never get flowers here again or suggest that anyone else does. The people who helped us really just seemed to not understand what I needed or wanted. Had to have at least 8 meeting just to go over the same things. On top of that, we had to pick up our flowers and more than a 1/3 of the ordered flowers never made it to us. We had a fmaily friend pick them up as we were getting married that day and could not do it ourselves, and they had no way to know that things had not been given to them. Such a sad thing. ALSO, ALL the flowers were dead within an hour and we ended up ditching them before dinner. For the amount of money they cost that is stupid.

I had an amazing time working with Gainans. They listened to my ideas, offered wonderful other ideas... and in the end it turned out better than i could have expected

Gainan's was incredibly accomodating and creative. I had so many ideas for unique arrangements and they really helped put them together. Whether you have a large or small order, this is the place to go for Billings and surrounding areas. And the pricing was very reasonable.

they really listen to what we wanted and the flowers were beautiful and on time. they can be a little pricier than other places though, but it wasn't a huge difference.

I worked with Mary Phil at the downtown branch and she was very helpful. I brought in pictures of what I wanted and she helped guide me through what was in season and wouldn't break the bank. The orchids that I wanted to incorporate in the bouquet for an October wedding would have been more than the entire flower budget, so she found similar textures and colors so I still got the look I wanted. Gainan's is very expensive but the value is certainly there. When I showed up the day before to approve the flowers, the bridesmaid bouquets were very different than we had discussed. They went to the back and started over and made them exactly how I wanted them. I couldn't have asked for more beautiful arrangements.

The flowers were beautiful. I did white roses and dark purple cala lillys. There flower arrangements they did for the church were also sooooo pretty. I will say the price for them though was a little high!

My flowers were beautiful. I don't know a lot about flowers and they set you up with a consultant to help you design.

Jim Gainan did an absolutely fabulous job with not only flowers but also all of my decorations for the ceremony and reception. My tables were beautiful inside, and we had little surprises throughout the entire venue. Umbrellas sat outside, flowers in the pool, etc. If you want a fairytale wedding, choose Gainans!!

Rose designed my entire floral selections just based on flowers that I told her I liked. I didn't have to be overly picky, she just knows how to do great flowers! They were amazing. LOVE LOVE LOVED it!

From the first time I talked with John to the day of the wedding everything was perfect, and Beautiful!!!!!!!!!!

I could not have dreamed of a more beautiful display of flowers than what Jim Gainan designed for my wedding. He took the time really find out what my style was and what I was looking for. I cried when I saw what he and his team had designed for me. Jim also came to our venue the day of the wedding and designed the most beautiful table arrangements and arbour arrangement. Everyone was in awe with how beautiful everything was. It was a dream come true!

I had Gainan's do my bouquet and a flower arrangement for the altar at our wedding. When my bouquet arrived the day of the wedding, several of the lilies in it were already turning brown and wilting. As we were taking pictures I watched as rose after rose fell out. By the time we got to the church about an hour and a half before the wedding my bouquet was looking really rough, so one of my bridesmaids called the closest Gainan's and told them what was going on. They came and got my bouquet, fixed it and got it back in time for the ceremony! I was very pleased with them after that! However, when I got to the reception I saw the lilies that we had ordered for our cake were completely wilted. No water tubes had been provided to keep them fresh and I was told that they looked wilted before they were even on the cake. Overall, I have to say that their customer service was excellent (with the emergency fixing of my bouquet), but I could only rate them 3 stars when it comes to quality for the price. We spent $500 dollars on my wedding flowers there, and I wish we had skipped on the hype and gone with a less expensive florist.
