Heather completely exceeded my party-planning expectations when I wanted to host an engagement party for my sister. From the start, her warm, energetic, and friendly vibe made it e...
asy to share our vision, and she had so many creative ideas that brought the event to life. Her eye for detail was amazing, and she was incredibly generous with her time and resources to ensure everything was perfect.
One of the most impressive things was her innovative approach to transforming our yard. She suggested moving furniture and reorganizing the space in ways that would have never occurred to me, making the whole area feel cozy and inviting, yet spacious enough for guests to mingle comfortably. She made lighting suggestions that truly transformed the space. Her thoughtful touches and unique ideas made the evening truly magical. She took the party from something basic to something that felt absolutely professional, all on a tight budget and with flawless communication. She's willing to roll up her sleeves and handle anything that arises. The end result is amazing!
Thanks to Heather, the engagement party will be a cherished memory for years to come. If you’re looking for someone who’s talented, creative, and genuinely cares about making your event special, I can’t recommend her highly enough!
This review is actually 10/5 stars. Heather is amazing! My now-husband and I came to Heather 3 weeks before our wedding day. Heather met with us via video chat, talked with us on t...
he phone, communicated great over text, checked out the backyard before the wedding. She wanted to make sure our day was perfect and was a reflection of us. Her attention to detail is amazing. Not only did she put together a schedule and coordinate the wedding wonderfully, she created beautiful flower arrangements and made the welcome sign, farewell sign, and bar signs. There was also a cake topper that we had to have but wouldn’t arrive on time, and Heather made it! We can’t say enough good things about Heather, our day would not have been as great as it was without her.
When i first got engaged, we knew we needed help bringing our vision and dreams alive. Working with Heather did exactly that! Throughout our wedding planning process, Heather was p...
rofessional, kind and efficient.
Heather gracefully handled many of the details of our northern wedding from south California with ease. We had a fairly large bridal party- from blended families and grandparents to our young nephews, Heather knew just how to coral everyone and keep our schedule for the day on track.
She dedicated herself to our wedding, making us feel like the only couple she had. We felt SO taken care of by her. Heather is an absolute expert in her field and answered all my questions.
If you’re looking for someone to plan your big day and make your dreams happen, Heather is the one to book! She gave us an amazing experience and we’re so grateful we booked Heather for our big day!
My daughter’s wedding day historically called for fabulous fall weather.
A wedding for almost 200 people scheduled for 5:00pm outside with plenty of space and its own beauty.

days before the big day, rain was forecasted and we needed plan B to move 200 people inside. As the mother of the bride, this issue became very stressful.
We immediately met with the owners of the winery, they had a wine cave we were unaware of.
That wine cave became Heathers play ground!
She transformed a dingy cold damp wine cave into a gorgeous setting for the ceremony. She figured out how to get enough seats for everyone when she was told over and over this won’t work.
Heather took what started as such a stressful situation and created the most memorable beautiful wedding ceremonies ever. (8 years later we’re still talking about it.)
Her creativity is unparalleled!
She decorated the reception area, added her own lighting and created just a magical evening for all. Including creating and putting together all of the flowers, from bouquets to all table arrangements and everything in between.
She coordinated efforts with all of our vendors, the owner of the winery, provided a Photo Booth and completely eliminated the stress of the weather.
Heather created such a magical wedding for my daughter. I’ve had the pleasure to attend multiple weddings Heather has coordinated. Each wedding was special, unique and beautiful!
If you want your special day to be nothing short of magnificent, look no further than GALA by Heather!

Heather was in charge of planning & executing both of our daughter’s weddings. She left no stone unturned and we still talk about that perfect day! Her attention to detail, listen...
ing to the Brides wishes & bringing the vision to life, was priceless. My only regret, is that I can’t give her 10 STARS!

h we had invested more in her team and less in the overcooked chicken! She used her sense of humor to diffuse tense situations and kept my mother-in-law calm with constant white wine refills. What more could we ask for? Honestly, if my current marriage falls through, the silver lining would be hiring her again!
We hired GALA by Heather Edwards to coordinate our wedding and, other than deciding to get married, it was the best decision we made for the event. We weren’t entirely certain we ...
needed a coordinator, but I’m so glad we did and, more specifically that we hired Heather. We had a small, 50 person wedding and Heather thought of everything, and so many things we never would have considered. In addition, we didn’t need to meet with her constantly, she had everything under control from the word go and really just “got” us immediately. She knew all the vendors -- the caterers, the DJ, the event company, etc., and arranged amazing pricing and took care of all of the details. Heather spent the entire day from the early morning to cleaning up after the reception late at night (the reception was at our house and we stayed at a hotel), as well as came back the next day to wrap up any loose ends. I have said to anyone who would listen that our wedding day has been the best day of my life, and it is absolutely due to all of the hard work Heather did to make everything so amazing and special and totally our vibe. We would absolutely recommend GALA by Heather for any event and hope to hire her for our next special party event.
