asy to share our vision, and she had so many creative ideas that brought the event to life. Her eye for detail was amazing, and she was incredibly generous with her time and resources to ensure everything was perfect.
One of the most impressive things was her innovative approach to transforming our yard. She suggested moving furniture and reorganizing the space in ways that would have never occurred to me, making the whole area feel cozy and inviting, yet spacious enough for guests to mingle comfortably. She made lighting suggestions that truly transformed the space. Her thoughtful touches and unique ideas made the evening truly magical. She took the party from something basic to something that felt absolutely professional, all on a tight budget and with flawless communication. She's willing to roll up her sleeves and handle anything that arises. The end result is amazing!

he phone, communicated great over text, checked out the backyard before the wedding. She wanted to make sure our day was perfect and was a reflection of us. Her attention to detail is amazing. Not only did she put together a schedule and coordinate the wedding wonderfully, she created beautiful flower arrangements and made the welcome sign, farewell sign, and bar signs. There was also a cake topper that we had to have but wouldn’t arrive on time, and Heather made it! Heather gracefully handled many of the details of our northern wedding from south California with ease. We had a fairly large bridal party- from blended families and grandparents to our young nephews, Heather knew just how to coral everyone and keep our schedule for the day on track.
She dedicated herself to our wedding, making us feel like the only couple she had. We felt SO taken care of by her. Heather is an absolute expert in her field and answered all my questions.

My daughter’s wedding day historically called for fabulous fall weather.
A wedding for almost 200 people scheduled for 5:00pm outside with plenty of space and its own beauty.

days before the big day, rain was forecasted and we needed plan B to move 200 people inside. As the mother of the bride, this issue became very stressful.
We immediately met with the owners of the winery, they had a wine cave we were unaware of.
That wine cave became Heathers play ground!
She transformed a dingy cold damp wine cave into a gorgeous setting for the ceremony. She figured out how to get enough seats for everyone when she was told over and over this won’t work.
Heather took what started as such a stressful situation and created the most memorable beautiful wedding ceremonies ever. (8 years later we’re still talking about it.)
Her creativity is unparalleled!
She decorated the reception area, added her own lighting and created just a magical evening for all. Including creating and putting together all of the flowers, from bouquets to all table arrangements and everything in between.
She coordinated efforts with all of our vendors, the owner of the winery, provided a Photo Booth and completely eliminated the stress of the weather.
Heather created such a magical wedding for my daughter. I’ve had the pleasure to attend multiple weddings Heather has coordinated. Each wedding was special, unique and beautiful!

needed a coordinator, but I’m so glad we did and, more specifically that we hired Heather. We had a small, 50 person wedding and Heather thought of everything, and so many things we never would have considered. In addition, we didn’t need to meet with her constantly, she had everything under control from the word go and really just “got” us immediately. She knew all the vendors -- the caterers, the DJ, the event company, etc., and arranged amazing pricing and took care of all of the details. Heather spent the entire day from the early morning to cleaning up after the reception late at night (the reception was at our house and we stayed at a hotel), as well as came back the next day to wrap up any loose ends. I have said to anyone who would listen that our wedding day has been the best day of my life, and it is absolutely due to all of the hard work Heather did to make everything so amazing and special and totally our vibe. We would absolutely recommend GALA by Heather for any event and hope to hire her for our next special party event.
