For over 27 years, I’ve chased adventure as an entrepreneur—writer, photojournalist, film producer, interior decorator, Airbnb host, and now, event designer and planner. I don’t do “average” or cookie-cutter. My world has always been about pushing limits, mixing creativity with edge, and turning wild visions into unforgettable moments. Every event I take on is personal—an honor I treat like art. I live for the family-style relationships I build with my clients, and I’ll be the one you call again and again for life’s biggest celebrations. Who am I beyond the planner? A proud mom of three, a fearless traveler, a silly heart, and a Southern California girl who came back to her Nashville roots with big dreams and bigger ideas. Kass Hi, I’m Kassidy—planner, coordinator, and floral design enthusiast with a love for all things creative. When I’m not bringing weddings to life, I work in property management here in Music City. Newly married myself (July 2025!), I know just how meaningful the details are on a wedding day, and I’m passionate about making sure each moment feels personal and unforgettable. You'll find me hanging with my fellow Gala Girlz, my pup Dodger and my husband, traveling, crocheting, or diving into a new craft project. Romantic at heart and creative by nature, I can’t wait to help design a day that’s every bit as special as your story.

I live for giving couples a flawless, magical, stress-free day they’ll never forget. When I’m not planning, you’ll probably find me in pink, laughing with my Mom, Kelly & family, or volunteering at the animal shelter (because furry friends need love stories too). hanged 3 times in 8 months and I never seemed to get the timely answers I was looking for. In comes Gala Girlz to the rescue. Kelly always got the answers I needed and was always there with ideas and the advice I needed since I wasn’t able to see the space in person until our big day. The weather had other intentions for our rooftop wedding and we were holding out until the very last second for plan B. Kelly’s positive attitude and patience made everything perfect, better than I had ever envisioned. Her hard work and knowledge is top-notch. Highly recommend.

We hired Gala Girlz's six-week coordination service for our wedding at the Hermitage Hotel, and were so so impressed by Kelly and Keelie! Kelly was a huge help during the several m...

onths leading up to the wedding. Our introductory phone call with Kelly lasted almost 2 hours - she was already giving us advice before we even hired the company! Once the six-week mark came around, Kelly was completely on top of the details that still needed to be finalized before the big day. I cannot imagine having dealt with all of these little things on my own! I am so grateful for Kelly. She also negotiated several things with the Hermitage Hotel and coordinated many many vendors, including two venues (one for reception and one for ceremony), a car service, two photographers, two videographers, the DJ service in conjunction with a line dancing service we hired for the reception, florals for two venues, and more. Keelie was our coordinator for the rehearsal and wedding day, and thanks to her, everything worked out seamlessly! We highly recommend Gala Girlz for any wedding.
