I did not interact much with our shuttle, except for a ride back to the hotel ay the end of the night, but I did really appreciate working with this company! Fair rates, and great communication!

Gallant Knight's service was both timely and friendly. Gina helped us to figure out routes, pick up, and drop off times. She was warm, professional, and knowledgeable over the phone. Our driver was timely and extremely friendly. She engaged the children in our wedding party and kept smiles on their faces. Our 24 person Shuttle was both comfortable and clean. We appreciated knowing that our guests were going to get to and from safely and in good company. The service was excellent and our driver fit our group of people very well. THANK YOU, so much!

Gallant Knight was the perfect company for our October wedding! The drivers were extremely punctual, professional, and friendly when transporting our large wedding party. We had a blast in their limo bus! They also had the most competitive pricing I found in the Madison area. We highly recommend them :)

I rented a 14-person sprinter van to shuttle guests back to their hotels a few weeks before the wedding. I specifically asked that the van be back at the reception venue at 12:15 am so that family, bridal party, and bride and groom could have the last ride back (service ended at 12:30); it was his job to tell guests that he was waiting for the bridal party and couldn't give any more rides. We got outside and there was NO van. We called the office (they never gave us the driver's contact information like our other transportation company did) and they could not get in touch with the driver. When he finally arrived around 12:30, he was EXTREMELY rude to us (hello, we are the bride and groom!!) and blamed our guests. We were very clear with him that we would not pay for extra time since he did not fulfill the request to pick us up at 12:15 and he said something snarky in return (and his phone was ringing and ringing and he did not answer it... um, that was the office trying to contact him!). We had to call the office after the ride and tell the woman what had happened and ensure that we would not be charged for extra time (what a romantic night of our wedding). A few days later, we were on our mini-moon and I got a voicemail from Larry saying that I never gave him my payment info and that I was evading payment. Obviously, I did give it to him over the phone prior to the wedding and they had already charged me, including tip. He never called back so I'm unsure if he wanted to charge us more or not, but if he did I would fight it. Avoid!!

We hired Gallant Knight Limousine for their party bus for our wedding party and a larger bus for our guest shuttle between the reception and hotel. They were very organized and on time. Their vehicles were also in very good condition. We highly recommend them!

Nailed it. Best pricing in town for the bridal party bus. Very nice bus, clean, with A/C and good sound system. Driver was courteous, made all the requested stops, and was right on time.

Our chauffeur from our reception to our hotel was amazing!

We had shuttles to and from two hotels, with return shuttles running every hour after 9:30. Also had a limo for the bridal party to get to the ceremony. The coordinators we worked with were very helpful and gave good suggestions on time frame and which size shuttles to have when and where. The shuttles were clean and very nice and comfortable. The limo was great. Drivers were all professional.

The limo was well kept and classy. Soft drinks and water were included. However, prior to the big day we had instructed the limo driver to pick up the wedding party at a particular entrance of a building. The bridesmaids and I had to wait quite some time for him to arrive; I frantically called my fiance to contact the limo company. Later, we found him waiting for us at a different entrance. Nevertheless, he was friendly and personable. It would have been nice to have been able to choose the music selection as he was playing country and none of us care much for that music genre. The cost for a 10-person limo for 4 hours was $536.25.

Our driver was awesome, the limo was clean and in great condition! This is the "top of the line" for limousine services, without a doubt. Our driver made a special stop for us at the end of the night, which completed our perfect and memorable wedding day. So happy with our choice!

These guys were great. They were able to accommodate us on a short notice. They were very flexible for a multi stop evening while we were taking pictures!

We rented a stretch hummer for our wedding party and drove around town for pictures. The limo was spacious, clean, and awesome. The driver knew exactly where to take us (we gave him destinations) and he helped us in and out of the limo at every stop. We got a great winter deal and excellent service.

We received 3 free hours of Limo service when we booked our block of rooms at the Cambria Suites. Our contact Gina was very patient and helped us plan our night to use the limo service the most efficiently. Our driver was prompt and professional. He navigated to get our group to the capitol for pictures on Freak Fest (Halloween) weekend as quickly as possible to get us back to dinner in time. He had a great personality and made our night fun with music playing to add to the party atmosphere.

Driver did an amazing job on getting us around downtown during a Badger football game! We had such a relaxing time to just chill and enjoy the moment without the guests watching us. Our driver seemed very into his job and was an enjoyment to hang with for the couple hours. We got the limo bus and it was perfect if you needed to stand in your dress instead of sitting. Awesome job Gallant Knight!!!!

We booked Gallant Knight for our bridal party transportation and the service was great. The price was reasonable and competitive also. The drivers were curteous and on time, which were the two most important things for us. Would highly recommend.

We hired Gallant Knight Limousine to take our wedding party around Madison for pictures. They gave us the best price quote and I was extremely impressed with how clean the limo was. Our chauffeur was knowledgeable and very professional. On a hot day, getting back into the air conditioned limo between picture locations worked out perfectly! I am so glad we booked Gallant Knight, their service was impeccable!

Our limo service was perfect. The driver was very relaxed and eager to help make room for coolers, etc. He worked hard and wasn't annoyed by us as we got rowdier, etc. He seemed to enjoy himself and was just very accomodating.

We rented a SUV limo and it worked out perfectly. The driver was on time, courteous and professional. He did a great job driving us around to various places to take pictures and got us back to the wedding reception in plenty of time. The limo was awesome with lots of room - great interior.

Excellent! arrival prompt and to the Hilton Garden excellent and even gave guests a quick ride around Greenway!!

Within our package with the Crowne we had a standard limo so I upgraded to teh stretch for a fee of course. It was nice to have everyone together to bar hop and then hit the reception.
