Gallatin River Hideaway is a Montana outdoor wedding and event venue located just outside Bozeman, MT, offering couples an adventurous, nature-filled retreat for their wedding day. Couples may choose between two stunning creek side venues: Creekside or Bridal Veil. At both locations, the Gallatin Creek winds gracefully through tall cottonwoods, open meadows, and picturesque landscapes—creating a naturally romantic setting for ceremonies and celebrations alike. We proudly offer a 10% discount on venue rentals for active-duty military, veterans, first responders, and teachers. Valid ID required at the time of booking. Each outdoor venue spans approximately six acres and offers flexible indoor or outdoor options. The open-air pavilions may be left open for a fresh, outdoor ambiance or closed to create a cathedral-style atmosphere. THE ABSOLUTE BEST VENUE!!!! I looked around the Bozeman area for the perfect venue and no where else was even close to being as flexible and accommodating as Gallatin River Hideawa...
y! The staff is extremely laid back and they truly want to make your day so so special! Cyndy was the absolute BEST and I can not say enough good things about this venue and her! The venue is so so incredibly beautiful with plenty of space, horse shoes pits, fire pits, play area for kids that is close to the reception area, and so much more! There are so many beautiful places to set up your own ceremony too! They even offer a clean up service the day after the wedding which is WELL WORTH IT!! I truly do not have one bad thing to say about this place! I would get married here every single year if I could (or maybe just renew our vows haha)! All of our guests from our wedding still talk about how much fun they had here and how amazing the venue is! The best day of my life was definitely made better by Gallatin River Hideaway and Cyndy!! 10/10 would recommend over and over again!

the weekend of our wedding. She was very quick to respond, she allowed us to visit the venue multiple times prior to the wedding and she gave great vendor recommendations. We even had to change our wedding date and she was able to work with us! Cyndy does not require you to hire certain vendors and we loved having the freedom to hire who we wanted. Most of our vendors were recommended by Cyndy and they were all wonderful!

dy is absolutely incredible from start to finish, and GRH made our day special. I could not have asked for better service, especially considering reviews I read for other venues. My eight bridesmaids and I also stayed in the treehouses on site, which were fabulous. Clean, comfy, spacious, and wonderful for the day-of or other out-of-town visitors. A++++++++++ times a million. If you're considering Gallatin River Hideaway, just commit and book it!

to maximize this by having a space where family and friends could spend plenty of time together. The three day venue rental as well as the cabins and treehouses allowed for our families to spend a weekend together and provided a comfortable place to hold the rehearsal and farewell brunch in addition to the wedding. We also liked that it’s fairly close to town so visiting guests could explore Bozeman and wouldn’t have to travel far from the airport. We appreciated that we were’t locked in to any packages and we were free to choose vendors that fit our budget and style. Cyndy was a pleasure to work with. She was always very responsive and professional and clearly answered all of our questions. She was happy to offer advice if requested, but otherwise was hands off and let us do our thing. And of course, we loved how naturally beautiful it is. It doesn’t need any decorations!

ven with rain)! It was a great shaded layout if you like fire pits, horseshoes, and nice bathrooms as well as a beautiful pavilion and gazebo setting for the ceremony. Also, we stayed in the treehouse for a few nights and it was so cool! The manager Cyndy is so helpful and able to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this place! They also provide all the tables and chairs which makes things super affordable and easy!

When we arrived Friday for set up for the rehearsal she met us and walked through the expectations for the weekend in terms of cleanup, etc. It is clear the TLC that goes into this property. We had the #1(creekside)location and it was beautiful!! There was another wedding going on at location #2 and we would never have known. We also rented a few cabins and they were lovely. Just a wonderful experience.

to access the venue for three days for a calm and lower stress set-up and clean-up. Management was very easy to work with and responded quickly when I needed additional information. It made for some beautiful backdrops on our pictures. For a true Montana outdoor weeding, this place is exactly what you are looking for.
