THE ABSOLUTE BEST VENUE!!!! I looked around the Bozeman area for the perfect venue and no where else was even close to being as flexible and accommodating as Gallatin River Hideaway! The staff is extremely laid back and they truly want to make your day so so special! Cyndy was the absolute BEST and I can not say enough good things about this venue and her! The venue is so so incredibly beautiful with plenty of space, horse shoes pits, fire pits, play area for kids that is close to the reception area, and so much more! There are so many beautiful places to set up your own ceremony too! They even offer a clean up service the day after the wedding which is WELL WORTH IT!! I truly do not have one bad thing to say about this place! I would get married here every single year if I could (or maybe just renew our vows haha)! All of our guests from our wedding still talk about how much fun they had here and how amazing the venue is! The best day of my life was definitely made better by Gallatin River Hideaway and Cyndy!! 10/10 would recommend over and over again!
I got married at the Bridal Veil location in July 2019. This location was perfect for our outdoor wedding! Cyndy was great to work with throughout the wedding planning process and the weekend of our wedding. She was very quick to respond, she allowed us to visit the venue multiple times prior to the wedding and she gave great vendor recommendations. We even had to change our wedding date and she was able to work with us! Cyndy does not require you to hire certain vendors and we loved having the freedom to hire who we wanted. Most of our vendors were recommended by Cyndy and they were all wonderful!

Gallatin River Hideaway features two distinct venues to fit your vision. Bridal Veil Pavilion accommodates up to 300 guests and includes a stunning gazebo ceremony site set in a spacious meadow, connected by a romantic wooded Bridal Path that crosses over charming white bridges. Creekside Venue offers a more intimate setting for up to 200 guests, with a gazebo nestled among the trees, a stage framed by sliding barn doors, and warm ambient lighting that creates a magical atmosphere as the evening unfolds.
Couples and guests can enjoy exclusive access to scenic features including a peaceful trail leading to the Gallatin River, a historic railway bridge perfect for photos, and beautifully lit outdoor gathering spaces with fire pits and seating areas. As the sun sets, twinkle lights and chandeliers transform the venue into an unforgettable nighttime celebration.

In his free time, Jeremy is a true wizard of forage, a steward of thermal springs, and an eagle-eyed rockhound — always connected to the natural world that makes this place so special.
