We had the best wedding night at Gallery. Bill made the whole process seamless and we loved every moment. He was so flexible, reliable, and just beyond helpful. We are SO glad we had our wedding here.

We can't recommend this venue enough! Not only is it gorgeous and unique, but everyone was also absolutely wonderful to work with! Leading up to the day, Mary and Linda were responsive and helpful with our questions and helped us choose different packages according to our specific needs and budget. They worked with our requests seamlessly, and helped us connect with both a caterer and a brewery that were somewhat new to serving at weddings. We requested the use of one of their many gorgeous mirrors for a guest list. The bridal and grooms suites for getting ready are PERFECT all around--pool for the guys while the ladies take their time getting ready, wonderful photo backdrops... I could go on and on about this building. But best of all, on the evening of the reception, the staff went above and beyond for us. We never asked the bar tenders to use our sentimental glasses all night, fill them with each of our favorite beers (we had "his/hers"), and find us around the dance floor to refill them without asking... but they did! Smiling with us, visibly celebrating with us... it felt like we had made new best friends. I'm not kidding. Our wedding was the happiest, most beautiful day in so many little ways that caught us by surprise, and this venue and its owner/staff are a HUGE reason why. We will be stopping by for their other fun events and continue our support of such a wonderful place with such sweet and amazing people! Thank you, Gallery Forty-Two.

Gallery Forty-Two is the most gorgeous venue to be found in downtown Indianapolis in my opinion. The full four floors & variety of vibes that can be curated in this space are endle...

ss. Additionally, it was the perfect size for our ceremony & reception of ~85 guests. The events team on the day of was a well oiled machine & were able to complete the transition from ceremony > reception seamlessly and quickly. The reason I am not able to give the venue a full five stars is due to the changes in team & communication difficulties we experienced during planning. The team was extremely accommodating and even honored the bar pricing we were given up front despite it's difference from the current bar pricing. However, leading up to the event, there appeared to be a lack of consistent notes taking on previous planning conversations. Our few conversations occurred via phone calls that were unscheduled and we unfortunately had the same conversations a few times which suggests they did not take notes of the items we discussed on the phone. It was somewhat tough to communicate via email and I occasionally had to double email the staff to receive a response (typically 1 week between emails). Ultimately, these issues did not end up impacting our wedding. We had the most amazing wedding day at Gallery Forty-Two and will be discussing the event for years to come. We received numerous compliments on the space and experience from our guests & would recommend the space to others as a beautiful wedding venue.

elf is beautiful. We received so many compliments from our guests. Plus, both the bride and groom rooms upstairs are very well done and make for amazing pictures! We had an open-bar, and the staff was very flexible on liquor and beer choices before the event with good pricing. Service was quick and well-poured at the wedding, so we avoided issues I've seen at others. Highly recommend the Gallery and their staff. We had ~65 guests, so put them at the top of your list if your wedding will be around that size or smaller!
