We cannot say enough wonderful things about Erin!
From the very beginning, he was so easy to work with and communicate with, and he made the entire process feel completely seamles...
s. He was organized and effective without ever making us feel pressured or overwhelmed. On our wedding day, he was extremely punctual and actually arrived way earlier than expected, which gave us so much peace of mind.
Most importantly, the photos completely exceeded our expectations. We really wanted less staged photos and more candid photos that showed us naturally interacting and enjoying the day, and Erin absolutely nailed it. Our portraits feel so natural and genuinely capture us as we are, and he did the same throughout the entire night with us and all of our guests. He somehow managed to capture so many little moments that we didn’t even realize were happening, and looking through our photos brought back exactly how the day felt. We are so grateful to have those memories forever.
After we received the photos, my mom kept saying, “You for sure got the right photographer,” and we couldn’t agree more!
Thank you so much, Erin, for being such a wonderful part of our wedding day and for giving us such beautiful memories that we will cherish forever. We feel so lucky that we found you and would recommend you to anyone looking for a photographer!
We are over the moon with our experience! Erin went above and beyond in every possible way. He suggested a beautiful second location for our first look, and it ended up being one o...
f our absolute favorite parts of the day. Even during the busiest wedding season of the year, he delivered our full gallery in about a month, which completely blew us away.
The photos are stunning! Erin captured every moment we hoped for and more, and truly brought the beauty of our fall wedding in upstate NY to life. We can’t wait to frame these pictures and create photo albums for our parents. It was the best day, and he captured it perfectly.
Thank you, Erin, for your talent, professionalism, and the care you put into documenting our day, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly, highly recommend!

I would absolutely recommend hiring Erin as your wedding photographer!! Not only does he take amazing pictures but he was so accommodating, which as a bride, was really refreshing!...
We absolutely love our wedding pictures, he captured our big day perfectly! He got our pictures back to us within a month , hundreds of them! I’ve been getting nothing but compliments from the photos he took of us.

mering out timing details. My husband and I didn’t have a planner or coordinator for our wedding and I think that without Erin’s expertise in knowing what his timeline should look like we would have struggled to plan everything. Our friends and family are blown away by our wedding photos. They are everything we wanted and more! You need to hire Gallery Nine North!! Best experience we could have asked for! Thanks Erin!!
When looking for a photographer, I found it difficult to find someone who offered simple. I wasn’t looking for packages and albums and engagement sessions and over edited images. I...
just wanted simple, elegant photos of our special day taken by someone who could guide us through the process.
Cue Erin! His pricing was simple, his photos were beautiful, weren’t over edited and his personality was a perfect match for us. Erin was very communicative throughout the process, he assisted us with timelines and formal photo requests. When the day came, he arrived on time and honestly I barely noticed he was there, much of the time! He captured the small details, candids and great formals. And the photos we received were better than I could’ve dreamed! His eye for detail was amazing. We had so many people ask ‘where was that taken?!’ Meanwhile most were taken in my back yard and others in a field! They speak for themselves and we are beyond happy with the results. He had photos back to us within a few weeks and I was so impressed. I highly recommend Erin.

raphs as well. This allowed us to feel comfortable behind the camera with Erin - added bonus is getting to know Erin; he is kind and listens to what you like and dislike.
There were two main things that caught our eye when we looked at his portfolio: photojournalistic photographs & ability to capture the love between a couple surrounded by the beauty nature offers. Our venue was at a state park - we love nature & trees. For that reason, we knew that Erin was our photographer, and he did not disappoint. Our engagement photographs came out so great that we ended up using them at our rehearsal dinner & wedding ( for ex., they were used as part of the wedding favors). We also appreciate how Erin was able to capture amazing photos of the dance floor - it is great to relieve such an important Big Day via photos. I will add one quick highlight - which I think is important to show how reliable Erin is: at the last minute, the location for our First Look became unavailable. Luckily, Erin had already scouted the grounds and found an amazing alternative location. Glad we could trust him, because that area was perfect. While planning a wedding is fun, it is no secret it can get stressful. Hiring the right photographer is important. Check out his gallery. If you want to see more, just ask him (there are couples that authorize him to show more). We loved our wedding so much, and are so happy we have these photos. We also appreciate his time to discuss with us our timeline. That is important because I realized I needed additional hours, and I am so glad I did that. Lastly, I will add that he is professional, has quick turn around, and delivers the final product in such a beautiful way.

We can’t recommend Gallery Nine North highly enough. Erin photographed our elopement ceremony in Lake Placid. The entire process — our first phone call, booking the date, the cerem...
ony, receiving the finished photographs — went flawlessly. The day after our elopement, Erin sent us three photos to have something to share with our families while waiting for the complete set. After seeing just how amazingly those photos turned out, my wife and I agreed that just those photos alone would have been worth it. The rest of our photos turned out similarly amazing, of course. We especially liked how natural and intimate the shots were (Erin’s background in photojournalism shows). We recommend Gallery Nine North for your elopement (or other occasions). It’ll be one of the best decisions you’ll make for your big day.

s flexible. He helped make the day run smoothly and captured the most important moments of our day. Our photos were delivered in a wooden personalized box about 4-5 weeks later. Thank you Erin Reid Coker and Gallery Nine North for your beautiful work!
Erin did such a great job for our lake george wedding! We were never able to meet Erin before the wedding as we had our original photographer cancel and booked later than we would ...
have liked, but Erin was always available for calls and emails. He arrived a few hours early on the day of just to scope out the area and was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He was very direct and efficient which we loved and was very good at blending in during the wedding. We are very impressed with him and can't wait to get the pictures back!
When I set out to book a photographer for our wedding, I was pretty picky and checked out several local professionals. When I heard about Gallery 9 North from a dear friend and saw...
a handful of images from her wedding, I was sold. Not only were these guys affordable, they did work people would pay thousands more for.
One of my more memorable moments of the big day was when I looked outside from the screened porch where I was getting dressed and saw -- eek! -- raindrops an hour before the outdoor ceremony. One of the two partners at G9N, Jason was on the dock below, holding an umbrella while photographing the groomsmen as they piled into a wood boat and proceeded with their pre-ceremony ride. Meanwhile up on the porch, the other owner, Erin stood by me with his smartphone and weather app constantly updating. Just passing showers, he assured me. Nothing to worry about.
I didn't worry. The ceremony went off as planned without a drop, Jason and Erin weathered some sprinkles during our photo session after, and those two stuck around for some of the best indoor reception photos I've ever seen. They captured the fun and liveliness of the day, even on a drizzly fall afternoon.
Just weeks after our wedding, I received an email from Erin, reading: "BLOG UP!" Our photos were complete, and about a week later, we received all of them in the digital form we requested. When it comes to G9N, I can't recommend these guys enough. As a former photography minor, I'm a little bit of a snob when it comes to good photos, and Jason and Erin are the real deal!
I didn't meet with any other photographers because based on their website, I knew they were who I wanted. I'm still awaiting the finished product, but based on the few "teaser" pho...
tos I've seen, the rest are going to be amazing. I liked both their personalities, but they take a very hands off approach. They just let people have a good time and capture that.
