Galveston Island Palms Outdoor Events & Parties

The owner and staff of Galveston Island Palms were very friendly and helpful. Kelley, the owner was always accessible and willing to answer questions. The grounds are well kept and the facility is exactly as pictured on the website. The only thing I did not like about my experience was having to pay to have our rehearsal on the grounds which in my opinion is very necesaary for a wedding because it's not a traditional set up. However was not a hidden fee. It is stated i the contract. I would definitely recommend Galveston Island Palms to anyone who is looking for a place where they can create their own ambiance.

I have to say, I had my doubts in the beginning. It was hard for me to envision everything before the wedding day. I couldn't imagine that the pavilion would be big enough or bright enough... but when it all came together it was beautiful! You can really trust Kelly, the owner of the palms, to set your mind at ease. She knows what she is doing and will be there for you every step of the way. She was even kind enough to find me a place to get my nails done on the wedding day! The venue is beautiful and looks even better at night, in my opinion. If you are looking for a great place for an outdoor wedding/reception, this is it!
