I honestly don’t think we could have gotten through our wedding without her. She went so far above and beyond what we ever expected from a wedding coordinator, and calling her simply a “coordinator” almost doesn’t do her justice. From the beginning, she was organized, responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure our wedding went the way we envisioned. But where she really proved how incredible she was came when we started running into issues with some of the places and vendors we had booked. There were situations where people tried to change terms or back away from things that had already been agreed to in our contracts, and she immediately stepped in and advocated for us. At times, she was practically our wedding coordinator, negotiator, problem solver, and lawyer all rolled into one. She knew exactly what questions to ask, what details to point out in the contracts, and how to professionally but firmly hold people accountable to what they had agreed to. She handled conversations that would have been incredibly stressful for us and made sure we weren’t being taken advantage of. What impressed us most was how much she genuinely cared. She didn’t treat our wedding like just another event on her calendar. She treated it like it mattered to her personally. Whenever something came up, she was already thinking three steps ahead and working on a solution before we even had time to worry about it. On the actual wedding day, having her there gave us such a huge sense of relief. We were able to enjoy ourselves and actually be present because we knew she had everything under control behind the scenes. Problems were handled before they ever reached us, everything stayed organized, and she made sure the day came together beautifully. Our only regret is that we originally hired her for day-of coordination instead of handing everything over to her from the very beginning. Looking back, we absolutely should have hired her to handle the entire process. It would have saved us so much time, stress, and frustration. After seeing how capable she was and how fiercely she advocated for us, we realized we could have trusted her with everything from day one. If you’re considering hiring her, don’t make the mistake we did and wait until the end. Hire her from the beginning and let her do what she does best. She was worth every penny and then some. We will forever be grateful for everything she did for us. She wasn’t just someone we hired to help with our wedding — she became one of the people we trusted most throughout the entire process. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone planning a wedding. If I could give her more than five stars, I absolutely would.

We hired Kimberly a year and a half ago when we started planning our wedding. She was super helpful in the process and truly went above and beyond to make our day special. We wanted to do a truncated traditional tea ceremony as part of our western wedding ceremony and Kimberly gave us a ton of practical advice and made sure it ran as smoothly as possible. She was incredibly understanding and reassuring when I started to freak out and try to change things last minute, but she kept us on track and I’m so glad for it. Our wedding day was beautiful! I cannot recommend her enough.
