He made my friend’s engagement rings and helped us through the whole process. He met with my fiancé and me and showed us actual stones we would be able to purchase based on what we were roughly looking for, vs the big box stores who only have “floor models” to look at. We picked a stone and designed a ring together. Starting from knowing nothing, Raffi was patient and helped me feel confident in my choice. The cost was very reasonable, and he sent me design renderings and made sure the ring came out right. Could not ask for a better experience. Oh, and she said YES!

It's an overwhelming thing to be paying good money for something, not really sure how it's going to turn out, and knowing that you'll be wearing these pieces every single day. But each and every time, Raffi crafted a stunning piece, exactly to my specifications. The size and quality of the diamonds are unprecedented and I get compliments on all of them all the time!

Raffi is the best. When I was about to propose to my (then) girlfriend - I was (luckily) referred to him by a friend who had used him and raved about him. I’m a dude. I don’t know...
anything about rings. I did my research - and it was all still pretty overwhelming…and if you’ve ever been down to the DTLA diamond district - you know the options are endless. Raffi was direct, clear in communication, great working with my budget AND he custom designed a perfect piece. (Well…originally - he actually gave me a great place holder to use for the proposal with the understanding that my fiancée and I would come down to have her design her dream ring…I didn’t want to be responsible for messing that up!🤣) Since then - he’s made 2 more custom rings for us (three total) and each one has been more spectacular. My wife loves all of them and we’re coming up on 10 years of marriage - so…I may be back down there again. Unfortunately for me.🤣 I always tell him I hate buying jewelry (it’s just shiny rocks to me…🤷🏻♂️) but if I have to do it - he’s the only one I’ll go to!

ring itself is absolutely perfect! Stunning quality, and excellent & lasting craftsmanship. Raffi helped my husband pick the perfect ring! And my husband needed a lot of guidance! 😂
When we went back together to get the bands, Raffi was very patient with me and my questions. (I can be very picky!) I knew what I wanted, and he helped me design the perfect bands to complement my engagement ring.
I highly recommend Garbis Jewelry. Not only for the quality and craftsmanship, but for the excellent customer service. We were treated like we were the only customers in the store. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured. And, we walked away with jewelry better than we had hoped for at a very reasonable price.
We enjoyed our experience so much, we have gone back for additional pieces! I now have several pairs of earrings and necklaces in my “Garbis” collection!
