With over 15 years in the hospitality industry and a degree in Hospitality Management from St. John’s University, I’ve spent the last decade bringing dream weddings and unforgettable events to life. As the Catering Sales Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Hamilton, I specialize in helping couples create beautiful, seamless celebrations tailored to their unique style.
My personal love for rustic, vintage-inspired weddings began when I planned my own in 2023—and that passion shines through in every event I help bring to life. I’m able to bring my own wedding planning experience into each event I work on, offering thoughtful suggestions and guidance along the way. What I love most about working with couples is building real connections. From the first meeting to the moment they say “I do,” I’m right there with them—sharing stories, dreams, and lots of laughs.
Clients often tell me they feel like they’re planning with a friend, and that’s exactly how I want it to feel. When I get that final hug at the end of the night, I know I’ve done my job.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom. We love spending time outdoors, hiking, crafting, and soaking up family time whenever possible. (And yes—pizza, Shake Shack, and Dunkin’ are always welcome in my world!)

Anyone who is looking to do everything in one place (which made it very convenient for our guests), we highly recommend looking into this venue/hotel. The Garden Patio is whimsical and comfortable, the ballroom has been updated. Our day was simply magical and the attention we received from the staff was incredible.

l dinner and breakfast in their garden inn patio, which is a beautiful barn! The food was amazing and we loved all the different options they provided us with.
I reserved the Dublin conference room to get ready from 7-3 and that space was perfect for a large wedding party to get their hair/makeup done.
We did our after party TGI Friday’s which was in the parking lot of the hotel. This was super convenient as guests were able to walk back to their rooms at the end of the night.

bsolutely perfect! Rachel was our maitre d/point of contact for our reception. As soon as I met her, I knew that I wanted to work with her! She is extremely down to earth, friendly, and organized. She answered every question I had, and was so helpful! The night of the reception, she was everywhere, making sure that things were perfect. Helena helped me with the room block. She made sure that we had wheelchair accessible rooms, and if any issues came up with booking, she took care of it herself. It was so nice to have everything (other than our ceremony, which was at a church), in one place. Our guests knew that, once they were at the party, they didn't have to go anywhere. I would HIGHLY recommend HGI Hamilton!!!

aces but kept coming back to the HGI. After booking, the rest of the process was easy! We were kept well informed and any questions we had were answered promptly. The day off went off without a hitch (that, as the bride, I ever knew about anyway!) The staff were all so attentive and friendly and the food was out of the world!! Three months later people are still talking about what a great time they had and how delicious everything was! I would absolutely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn to anyone!

We would highly recommend a wedding here and they are willing to work with you so try to work out a compromise if you don't like the initial pricing list as this is what we did for a Saturday afternoon wedding.

ime, the catering company Marsilios was attached to this venue, and they pretty much ran the day on a great schedule and made sure everyone had everything they needed. Valerie and Olga from Marsilios are amazing. They let you know that this is YOUR DAY and they will do anything to keep you happy.
The gazebo grounds outside are gorgeous in the summer. There is a highway nearby that has the potential to make some noise during the ceremony, but as the bride I did not hear any intrusive car or truck sounds. However that may have been because I wasn't focusing on it. The covered tent for the cocktail hour is amazing. A truly magical hidden garden feel. And the reception hall is spacious and accommodating. The catering staff is wonderful. I wish I was getting married again so I can utilize this place once more!

ace! No need to worry about transportation from one place to another! From the very beginning of the planning process, the staff at the Hilton and the catering by Marsilio's were cooperative and helpful! They answered every single question that I e-mailed them (and I had alot!) without making me feel like an annoyance. The entire time we had planned on having our wedding outside by the gazebo. Unfortunately, it rained the entire day before and the morning of, so we had to switch to the tent (where cocktail hour was going to be held). The transition from the gazebo to the tent was very smooth, as well as the switch from ceremony to cocktail hour within the tent! We were beyond happy with our total experience!

The food was amazing and the catering staff was so elegant and professional. We chose a beef and a fish entree. Both were succulent, well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. We got so many compliments on the meal. Lastly, Valerie, our coordinator was great. She was easy to contact, very accommodating and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a deal in South/Central Jersey.
