after meeting with Brent at Garden Cafe we had no more worries.

taste testing = amazing we chose 4 entrees and sides and we got the full servings
Brent was bluntly honest about how things are prepared and how they will taste on your wedding day (he prepared the meals 4 hours in advance at the taste testing so we would know what it would taste like on our wedding day as that is how long he would need)

We eat at the Garden Cafe often and have always loved their food. So we decided to use them for our rehearsal dinner. We had one server who kept all of our drinks full and plates...
cleared. All of the food was marvelous, we heard compliments from all of our guests about how good it was and how hot. And we could bring in our own dessert and alcohol. Plus, the serving portions are large, so many had seconds and no one went home hungry. 2 main dishes, 2 sides, rolls, coffee, tea, water, and a server for $15 a head! Best rehearsal dinner choice we could have made!
I attended a rehearsal dinner that was catered by Garden Cafe and I thought it was wonderful!
