OUR VENUES
1. Dye Works Gallery
- Maximum Capacity: 250
This venue is an 8,000-square-foot former warehouse with 16-foot-high cathedral ceilings, exposed brick walls, large windows overlooking the creek, customizable lighting, original wood floors, and columns. It has been transformed into an unforgettable venue for elegant and casual gatherings. An expansive room with an open floor plan, Dye Works is a blank canvas that invites you to design and create your event entirely your way. We do not have exclusive contracts with any rental company, event planner, or caterer.
We have a restaurant (Hudson's Mill) and brewery (Round Table) on-site and would be happy to help coordinate their services for your wedding. We also have a list of preferred vendors on our website and can make additional recommendations for local vendors.
2. The Calico
- Maximum Capacity: 150
What was once among the nation's foremost hubs of calico fabric production during the 1800s has now been re-awakened into "The Calico." Inspired by artist's lofts of yesteryear, this 6,800 square-foot former warehouse with 18-foot ceilings, exposed wooden beams, enormous windows, and whitewashed brick has been filled with art, artifacts, and furnishings to convert a grand room into a gracious gathering space. Located on the first floor around the corner from our scenic outdoor spaces, this newly re-imagined venue celebrates the Garner Historic District's past, present, and future and the communities that continue reinventing it.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The use of our scenic outdoor areas is included in the rental of either venue. The Dye Works Square, Brick Alley, and Creek-Side Sculpture Trail are excellent outdoor options for wedding ceremonies and cocktail hours. They offer stunning settings for pictures and places for your guests to explore. Check out the gallery for an exclusive 360° Virtual Tour, and picture yourself at Garner Historic District today!
