This place is our favorite and made our wedding day amazing! To the whole group that helped with our wedding, thank you so much for being amazing for making sure that the bride and groom got to eat during their reception but also for making the whole cocktail hour and dinner go smoothly. We recommend using Garozzo's for any catering event because you just know that you are getting the best!

The food speaks for itself of course but the service was also so soooo amazing. We truly got that family feel from their service and presence. We love the beautiful wine gift we unexpectedly received from the Garozzo's family and are already looking forward to every anniversary dinner we plan to spend with them.

Garozzo's was single handedly the most complimented part of our wedding! We had several of our friends mention they wished they had booked Garozzo's for their upcoming wedding after having the meal and experiencing the service they provided. The tables looked beautiful with their set up, and the bussing was seamless/did not distract anyone during speeches or first dances. We did a buffet with the Garozzo's staff serving the guests which really helped with making sure it was timely. They also delivered plates to all of the grandparents which was a great touch. Any specialty diets were also taken care of which gave me peace of mind. Overall, Garozzo's service, responsiveness, and food quality is THE best of the best.

We had a great experience working with Garozzos. Their food is phenomenal and the tasting was the groom's favorite part of wedding planning. At our wedding the food service was well planned, great service and tasty. Garozzos value for their catering price is great. Other vendors are much higher priced and in our experience the food is not as good and their staff is less organized. Would recommend Garozzos to anyone in the KC area for their wedding!

We had Garozzo's at our wedding this past March, and everything was excellent! Not only was it affordable, but the quality and service was top notch. We got dozens of compliments shocked at how good the apps and entrees were--especially the Chicken Spiedini. Would recommend Garozzo's to everyone!

Garozzo's delivered! The whole experience from initial planning, to our tasting, to finalizing details was so seamless with Garozzo's. The value for our guest count was also a major factor when selecting them as our caterer. We wanted amazing food without the major price tag. We ended up selecting their buffet option. The set up was classy and it was served by the catering team which kept the line moving and ensured every guest was served just the right amount. When it came to our wedding day our guests raved about the food and how it was some of the best they have had at a wedding. I could not recommend them enough!

Garozzo's was exactly what we hoped for food! It's an incredible opportunity to get the best Italian food at your wedding. Tonya and the team are easy to work with and highly communicative. Running out of food was never a worry. You know you have a great food vendor when you thought every food dish at your tasting was your favorite.

Garozzo's catered our wedding this weekend and it was fantastic! The food was delicious and loved by everyone. Working through the process with Tonya was super easy. I was most impressed with Courtney who worked our event. She was on time, organized, professional and kind. It was so much work and she made it look so easy. At the end of the event she had leftovers packed up and the kitchen at the event was spotless like she was never there. I highly recommend Garozzo's for your wedding. You can't go wrong with them.

Garozzo's was a JOY to work with for our wedding! We had a few caterers in mind before booking with them and did tastings with them. No one else compared to Garozzo's! The tasting was such an experience in itself and was so much fun. Everything was well organized and all of the food was amazing! Tonya kept in touch with us throughout the process of planning our event, continuously tweaked our menu as needed, and provided food for our vegan/gluten free guests. The appetizers and food were both incredible and we are still getting compliments! Even better than the taste was the price. The other caterers we looked at were much more expensive and the food was no were near as good! The staff was on time and was so kind - they had personal appetizer plates waiting for my husband and I for cocktail hour and had our dinner served directly to us at the table so we did not have to walk through the buffet line. I would pick them over and over again for any other event we need!

Garozzo's did a phenomenal job at our wedding. They were nothing but professional and timely in all communication leading up to the wedding and the service was second to none at the wedding itself. We did a group tasting over a year in advance held by Tonya and her team and it was well organized and informative. There were plenty of options for the guests as well as accommodating those with allergies (i.e. gluten free, lactose, etc.). The food was incredible and we received many compliments from the guests throughout the night as well as after the wedding on how smooth the process was as well as how great the food tasted. We would definitely recommend Garozzo's to anyone looking for a caterer for their wedding or next event!

We used Garozzo’s for our wedding and they absolutely killed it!! Everyone loved the food and the staff was amazing! We were brought a plate of food so we didn’t have to go through the buffet line (which was great for me because I didn’t want to spill anything on my dress) and anyone with a food allergy also got brought a plate. They were very accommodating to the food allergies our family and friends had which was a huge plus for us! The planning process was great and they made sure to go through all the details! I would highly recommend them!!

Wow! Garrozos was the absolute BEST! So many people could not stop talking about how amazing the food was and how they ran such a well oiled machine back there getting our guests fed so fast. Fantastic!!! Our entire experience with Garozzo's was amazing, from the first tasting to our wedding dinner. Everyone was raving about the food (the carving station was a HUGE hit)! Tonya was so great to work with and did an incredible job accommodating a lot of dietary restrictions. We were given the leftovers and had special plates made up for us the next day (such a nice surprise!). 10/10 cannot recommend more!

So many guests said, "this is the best wedding food I have ever had!" They were professional and kind. Fantastic service and they even brought food to us (bride and groom) so that we did not have to go in the buffet line. They also had the cocktail hour appetizers waiting for us at our table when we entered for our grand entrance. If your wedding guests eat meat, get the mini meatballs, everyone LOVED those! Our bartender was also through Garozzo's, and she was AWESOME! Just wonderful praise from us and our guests. We also want to say thank you for the bottle of wine that they gave us as a present. It was a sweet surprise.

Guests said it was, “the best wedding food they ever had!” Garozzo’s is THE best decision we made during our wedding planning process. Initially, we did consider other catering companies, but we are so thrilled we went with Garozzo’s. Not only was their food mouthwatering, but also their customer service was first-class - from inquiry to wedding day. Due to demand & availability they have group tastings at each location once a month (although they will accommodate private tastings if necessary). We enjoyed the group tasting even more than a private tasting because we got to meet other local nearlyweds, hear questions we had not considered & try items we would not have tried otherwise. Their tasting menu included: 4-6 appetizers, 2 salads, 3-5 pastas, and, of course, their famous chicken spiedini sampling. At the tasting, it was evident Tonya & her staff were highly experienced and knowledgeable. Once booked, Tonya kindly advised us on our menu & catering style. We ended up going with passed appetizers (instead of stations) & family style service (instead of buffet, plated or stations). Passed apps was a great way to elevate cocktail hour without breaking the bank. Family style catering kept dinner moving quickly while giving our event a communal yet classy feel. However, Garozzo’s is incredibly flexible and can accommodate a wide variety of catering & budget needs. Whatever requests we made, they were able to accommodate. They set aside apps for the bride & groom, served the bride & groom plated meals, checked on the bride & groom often, provided wine glasses to select tables, served cake to select tables, & packaged up all leftovers for the couple at the end of the night! They even gifted us, the bride & groom, a bottle of Garozzo’s Chianti reserve. Thank you Garozzo’s for making our wedding a unforgettable, for all the right reasons!

Cannot say enough good things about Garozzo's! Their food is amazing and their service is just a great. Our wedding reception ran so smoothly. Tonya was very easy to communicate with & work with. They worked with us to keep in our budget. 10/10 would recommend!

o Garozzo’s was a no brainer for us when we began wedding planning. The restaurant was a staple for my husband’s Italian family growing up and became the backdrop of so many special dates and occasions throughout our relationship. Of course the food provided was amazing as always, it’s been several months and we still hear complements all the time, but the exceptional service we received through the planning process and day of was truly the icing on the cake. They were very responsive and genuinely seemed happy to help with whatever we needed, from special request allergy meals to making last minute adjustments for our ever-changing RSVPs. This level of service remained consistent day of. We were so bummed to miss our cocktail hour when pictures ran over, but got to our seats to find the catering staff made us a sampling platter of all the apps we were so looking forward to. They also brought dinner from the buffet to our seats and kept our water/drinks full so we could just relax. I never would have thought about it ahead of time, but these little acts of thoughtfulness allowed me a little time to finally see/talk to my brand new husband for the first time all day! I knew from the start that Garozzo’s would make an incredibly delicious wedding dinner, but the service and hospitality we received throughout the entirety of the wedding process went above and beyond. These guys are true experts and I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer. Thank you Garozzo’s!

Jack & I are so thankful we used Garozzo's for our caterer for our wedding night. Our catering staff the night of our wedding was absolutely amazing, they remembered every small detail perfectly! From hand delivering appetizers to Jack & I after we were down with family portraits to delivering Jack & I's plates first at the wedding to perfectly boxing up the leftovers so jack and I could enjoy them at our hotel room after the wedding! The staff was amazing, the food was absolutely delicious, & the staff got all 210 guests through the line so fast! Tonya Round was amazing to work with regarding anything and everything for our event! They even gifted us with a bottle of red wine signed by the Michael Garozzo which was such a sweet touch! If you are on the fence about using them for your catering needs, I am here to tell you that you would not be disappointed if you hired them as your caterer for your wedding. Garozzo's is the absolute best of the best when it comes to all your catering needs!

Food was great but the amount of mistakes that were made leading up to the day and on the day itself caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I know the caterers are busy but my event felt less than priority and we were argued with several times about things we wanted. Even during our wedding reception, we were argued with when we mentioned a few things that were being done differently than had been discussed.

INCREDIBLE. Our wedding was well over a month ago, and I still get questions from guests about what was on our menu! Garozzo's was amazing to work with from minute one. They were so helpful and supportive during our 2020 reschedule, and could not have been easier to work with when our wedding day arrived. I had MULTIPLE guests go to Garozzo's the day after our wedding because they were craving it- that says more about how delicious it was than I ever could!

We used Garozzo's for our wedding and it was perfection! The food tasted amazing and super fresh, and the service was top notch. All of our guests complemented us on how great the food and service was. They even packed up the leftovers for us to take home! Everything was very reasonably priced as well. Tonya and her team were absolutely incredible! They run it like a tight ship and we never had to worry about a thing except for what kind of green beans we wanted to serve, lol! If you are looking for amazing food, a caterer you don’t have to worry about, and a great tasting experience to pick your wedding meal, Garozzo’s are your people! And they don’t stop there, their hospitality is truly genuine from every person on their staff from bartenders to servers! We could not recommend them more!!

100% would recommend Garozzos for your wedding caterer. The food was fantastic. We did a red sauce and an alfredo sauce as well as toasted ravioli that was passed around during our cocktail hour. They were so easy and flexible to work with, they made the process of planning easier for us. We were very thankful that they were able to provide specific dishes to guests who were vegetarian and those that were gluten free. By far the best surprise was that they boxed up all of our leftovers but also boxed two individual portions for my partner and I to eat the day after. We plan on spending every anniversary at Garozzos to celebrate and thank them for how wonderful they were to us.

We made the right choice using Garozzo’s for our wedding catering. Tanya was extremely pleasant and easy to work with and doesn’t try to nickel and dime you. The wait staff was amazing and had a smile on their face the entire night. After our wedding they even sent us a bottle of wine to celebrate! Not to mention the food was incredible! Everyone loved it and we thoroughly enjoyed the leftovers they packed for us for the next day. After all the craziness of the wedding it was so nice to not have to think about what to eat the next day. They are a well-oiled machine and you won’t regret hiring them!!

We had Garozzo's cater the wedding and it was a hit! The people from the initial meeting through the reception were remarkable. The food was beyond delicious! Everyone was complimenting us on the choice of food. To top it off, if anything is left they pack in up for leftovers. We enjoyed the feast another day and loved it every bit as much as day 1! Garozzo’s catered our son’s rehearsal dinner. The food and the service were both fantastic! We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a caterer. The only place to have cater your wedding! We have been a big fan of Garozzos for a long time so it was no question who would cater our big day. They made the entire process so seamless and everyone absolutely loved the food. They even accommodated special diets. Could not recommend them more!

Tonya as Lead and Garozzos Catering was spot on in excellence at our sons Rehearsal Dinner. The food was hot, delicious, generous portions and enjoyed by all! We served Appetizers of Shrimp Spedini and Goat Cheese Bruschetta. Dinner of Both Salad Choices, Bread & Butter;Pastas: Hill Special, Vodka Creme and A and O along with Meatballs, Sausage and of course the Chicken Spedini. Dessert was passed like appetizers were and guests enjoyed a half portion Tiramisu and a small cannoli. The Garozzo’s Team will take great will take care of you and your day!

After our first tasting with Garozzo’s, there was no question they’d be our caterer. They provide great menu options - you can’t go wrong. Not to mention they include cute glassware for the detailed oriented brides out there! Tonya is their catering director and is SO on top of it! She made the whole experience fun and easy and brought the best staff! They say people only remember the food and music from your wedding day, and it’s safe to say the food definitely made its mark. Our guests can’t stop talking about the meatballs, chicken speidini, and even the salad 😂

Tonya was incredible to work with! We switched our catering plans due to the new guidelines we had to follow and booked Garrozo’s within three weeks of our wedding. Tonya quickly responded to any question we had and put us at ease. All of our guests loved the food and the staff were on top of it the whole evening!

On our wedding day right after the ceremony, my husband and I were greeted by one of their staff members bringing us some appetizers, this was amazing because we were both starving at this point. Then right after our grand entrance, just as we sat down, one of their staff members was already coming around the corner with our food! They were so sweet and tried hard to make sure my husband and I were comfortable. We have received many compliments on their food from multiple guests, and we highly recommend using them to cater any wedding!

We are Italian, with high standards for that cuisine, and the food was excellent, hot--and just as good as during the tasting (which actually exceeded my expectations) topped off by excellent service. I was impressed from the beginning with Tonya’s professionalism and expert advice regarding catering my daughter’s wedding. I felt that Tonya truly cared and addressed every issue and then some. Everyone I spoke to at Garozzo’s was very helpful and friendly. The wedding was being navigated during the Covid restrictions and I was able to put my mind at ease knowing one of the most important aspects of the wedding was in very capable hands. Garozzo’s catering team did an excellent job of setting up and serving. Everything went as planned and the food was delicious. Tonya and her team went above and beyond and I am extremely appreciative of all their efforts which helped make my daughter’s wedding a success. I highly recommend their catering services.

Our food was amazing and came out well within our budget even allowing us to add extra appetizers for our guests! Their portion sizes were generous and they planned the perfect ratio of everything for our guests. Having multiple pasta, sauce, and meat options made it easy for our guests to alter their meals relative to their individual tastes. We ended up going with a served buffet line to get our guests quickly through the service line so they could enjoy dinner and the main events of our reception. They also provided everything we needed in terms plates, utensils, and water glasses as well as cake cutting service which saved a lot of effort on our ends from coordinating everything. Garozzo's is an excellent choice if you are wanting Italian or a different/more unique meal than the typical steak and chicken with potatoes. My husband and I met and got engaged in Italy so this was a perfect choice to allow my guests to experience a part of our love story. The tasting and planning process was so fun, my entire family came to taste the food and there was plenty of it. We worked with Hannah who was excellent help and always got back to me with all my email questions and requests. For the big day we had the food plated and served and it was seamless. The food was hot and delicious and there was plenty of it, which was important to me. I didn't want anyone leaving hungry! We also had passed apps and a beautiful meat/cheese spread (similar to a charcuterie board) which is so popular right now! We then had a late night snack option as well. Garozzo's was super easy to work with and let me customize my event to my liking, they are also very reasonable in price which is always a bonus! Thank you Garozzo's for letting me live out my dream of being in Italy on my big day!

Garozzo's is my favorite restaurant, so I knew the food would be amazing, and they did not disappoint. Everyone was talking about how good the food was the whole night! The service and planning process was great too. They were even thoughtful enough to gift us a bottle of wine, on top of the amazing experience on the wedding day itself. My husband's only request on our wedding day was to have Italian food for our reception. Garozzo's was our first choice. We had our initial tasting and wanted to order all the food, it was so delicious. We worked well with their catering team to make changes to our menu up until the week of the wedding. They were so easy to work with! The food was amazing at our wedding. It all tasted freshly made, nothing was over cooked! They provided servers to dish the food out buffet style. We were able to make plates for all dietary restrictions people had, including gluten free and vegetarian. We had some food left over, however we felt like we ordered the appropriate amount. Everyone loved the food! The catering team was extremely professional and worked well with our venue. I would absolutely recommend hiring Garozzo's for your wedding!

Garozzo's is a must have for your event! First, there food was amazing! Fresh, hot and served professionally! Exactly what we had ordered and went beyond our expectations! I cannot tell how many people told me how incredible the food was even weeks after the event. It might be the most memorable part! :) We loved working with Tonya. She was very easy to work with, always replied in a timely manor for questions and helped us customize our menu to meet our specific requests! I have been to so many weddings where the food has been good but Garozzo's was hands down the best food I've had at a wedding. I would have them cater any other life event in a heartbeat! We had Garozzo's do our rehearsal dinner food and the wedding day as well and I couldn't have imagined a better caterer for the job! Just thinking back to our wedding day food is making my mouth water. Tonya and Hannah were very responsive throughout the entire planning process and the only caterer that was willing to accommodate our late night snack. They went above and beyond to make it happen and that truly meant the world to us! We received compliment after compliment on how amazing the food was!! Being an out of town bride it is always stressful not being there to get certain things done, but after meeting with Tonya the first time I knew things would turn out exactly how I wanted. All of her recommendations for food were spot on!! I couldn't have done it without the catering team at Garozzo's and cannot recommend them enough!

Garozzo's is amazing! We had such a wonderful experience with them, start to finish! We met with them early on for a tasting at their downtown Kansas City location and they were so helpful. They gave us a very accurate estimate and showed us exactly what we would be paying for. They even gave us a few tips on what to watch out for when talking to other caterers. We are so happy we chose them for our big day! They catered both our cocktail hour, and our reception. Many of our guests commented on how polite and attentive the catering staff was throughout the evening. My husband and I have been eating at Garozzo's for several years now and the food was the same great quality that we experience every time we eat at their restaurant. Highly recommended! In short, it was wonderful. We enjoyed working with Garozzo's from start to finish and could not be happier with how our day turned out. Tonya and her staff were professional, efficient and went above and beyond the service we could have hoped for. The initial tasting was so much fun (go when you don't have to return to work & enjoy a glass of wine with it) and it was easy to make changes to the estimate as the day got closer. On the day of, they prepared plates of food for my husband and me, and it was so nice to be able to sit down & eat without having to go get our own food. We were also pleasantly surprised with a plate of appetizers saved for us. It’s those little things that really add to a fantastic experience. My dad and uncles apparently had a great time talking to the bartender (which we were able to hire while also providing our own alcohol!), and I’m fairly certain staff left the kitchen & bar area in better condition than they found it. It was truly impressive.

We had Garozzo's cater our wedding reception at The Stanley Event Space in Lee's Summit. Our selection of Italian entree's included lasagna, chicken spiedini, and penne pasta with alfredo white creamy sauce. It was all absolutely delicious including their famous green salad and Italian bread with butter. We also had a cocktail hour before dinner with T-Rav's/Toasted Ravioli and bruchetta. Everything was so good and tasty, and we just kept getting compliments on the food afterwards. We also had some guests who had gluten-free requirements and Gorozzo's came through for us that evening in accommodating them as well. Tonya and Hannah, our personal Garozzo's catering managers were a pleasure to work with, and invited us to a taste testing dinner at Garozzo's to help us decide on our entree's. I highly recommend Garozzo's for your next big event. You won't be disappointed!

Where do I begin? I haven't stopped getting compliments from guests at our wedding at how great our food was! From the very beginning at the tasting, to our wedding day, Tonya and the Garozzo's family have exceeded all of my expectations. Tonya was so much fun and so easy to work with! I had no worries on my wedding day because I trusted her and her crew more than anything. I was so excited to see Tonya on my wedding day because by that point she felt like family - that is just her personality! Garozzo's was able to accommodate all of my wishes and random requests without thinking twice! They even provided a special plate for my sister who is a picky eater. They packaged up special after-wedding to-go boxes for my husband and I to eat at the end of the night (life savor!). The next morning when my husband and I were opening up our gifts, we were so excited to see Garozzo's had gifted us a bottle of wine signed by Mr. Garozzo himself - what an awesome touch! They really are the best of the best and are so good at what they do! Not only is the food incredible, but the customer service is top notch! I cannot recommend them enough!

Garozzo's was AMAZING!!!! There was no stress at all working with Tonya! She was on top of it all. The food was incrediable. Our guests are still talking about how perfect everything was. She let us try a few extras that we were considering, and even helped us to find the perfect fit for our late-night snack. Communication was super smooth, and anytime we asked for something Tonya and Hannah found a way to answer our question, hear our concern and/or offered a solution. We were so appreciative of their help and were in aw when dinner was announced, and my Groom and I were immediately and unexpectedly served at our table! They took every detail and exceeded our expectations, and we received nothing but complements from our guests. Garozzos' food is five-star, but their staff really exceed our expectations. Garozzo's was PHENOMENAL. Working with Tonya, Hannah, and the rest of the catering staff was 100% stress free. They helped us choose a selection of pastas, and all three were a hit. Multiple people came up to me throughout the night and the following week raving about the food. I couldn't agree more. Garozzo's also gave us a bottle of wine as a gift, which I thought was extremely thoughtful. Garozzo's is hospitable, responsive, knowledgable, and easy to work with. I highly highly recommend.

The food was absolutely wonderful! We had our first tasting with Tonya, which went terrific. They made sure we had everything we needed, and we received so many compliments on how great the staff and food was. My only comment on room for improvement is that communication could have been better the month before our wedding. Eventually all my questions were answered and everything went perfectly, but would have been nicer to hear back sooner before the actual event. Overall, great experience and AMAZING food!
