We had Gary himself for the day of our wedding along with Ricky (second photographer), Carmela (photography assistant) & Gary (videographer). The entire group was amazing. Gary knows our venue very well & was able to get unique & beautiful shots. Ricky, dealt with the boys most of the day so he’s a trooper & was super fun & easy going! Videographer Gary was hilarious & got everyone laughing & feeling comfortable to get gorgeous shots! Carmela was attentive and caring & on top of her things (and mine), always catering to me (the bride) and making sure I was happy! Honestly, I’m writing this before receiving all my final photos because I saw the sneak peak and I just know the finals will be magic! The photos are soooo beautiful! They feel like they’re out of a magazine. They took full advantage of getting pictures so you will get your moneys worth with the amount you take/receive. I got married Saturday & received our sneak peak photos Monday! We got unique photos as well as your classic ones. We also had a LARGE wedding party of 20 and they commanded everyone wonderfully! Polite but able to direct everyone to get the shots we needed. The team worked well together. Everything was documented from start to finish! We had some rain on the day of and it was off and on so Gary really made flexible choices to make sure we got the shots outside that we could and unique alternatives inside to not miss any elements of the big day! Overall, great team & absolutely recommend!

My brother got married 4 years ago. As soon as I got engaged he told me to book Gary, he is absolutely the best!!! Besides being brilliant he is so easy to work with. He is definitely an artist and truly cares about his craft. His eye and expertise in lighting, composition, and ability to grab the emotion and authenticity of the moment is insane. I don’t even know where to begin or how to put into words how much we loved working with Gary and his team! He is extremely professional and makes taking photos a blast. There is a reason that Gary has so many 5 star reviews. ABSOLUTE PRO. He also did our engagement photos which did NOT disappoint, and we had a total blast during the whole shoot. Highly recommended especially if you are having an event at the Madison Hotel. He knows the place like the back of his hand. That being said, with his years of experience in the business I’m sure there are countless locations that he knows just as intimately. The photography was phenomenal, his entire crew is so professional, and he has a great eye for both casual fun photos and unique artistic shots. They had us laughing and enjoying every minute of photo time which is normally tiresome and drawn out. The videography is absolutely worth every penny if you can swing it. I don’t know a single person who attended my wedding who didn’t see our highlight video and cry every time they watched it. Gary was always available for questions and to provide suggestions to us. He is also a great guy and very fun to work with. My family had a ton of tricky needs and requests and he met just about every one of them which is basically impossible to do. The only problem we have run into is there are TOO MANY amazing photos! I want to print and download every single one that was taken. He was also kind enough to share my sneak peek photos with my hair and makeup artists so they could repost (he of course asked my permission and knew I wanted to share with them). Thank you Gary!

Wow wow wow Gary Flom! He is the absolute best wedding photographer ever! He’s professional and kind, quick to communicate through email, gives great direction for the best photos and extremely talented. My husband, who does not like being in front of the camera, was so comfortable taking pictures because of Gary; he even said to me afterwards “I had a lot of fun taking pictures with you!” We both can’t stop looking back at all of the photos that he took. Gary made it really hard to pick out any favorites because they seriously all are our favorite. 10/10 work recommend him for anyone’s wedding day.

Gary was the best wedding photographer! All of the photos he took were amazing and beautiful. He made the day run so smoothly. He basically helped me plan the whole schedule for the day. I was introduced to Gary at a bridal expo and immediately fell in love with his work. 20 years down the line when your memory is foggy, your wedding pictures are going to tell the story. So far we've reached our sneak peeks from Gary and already we can tell they're going to be incredible. His turn around for the sneak peeks were incredibly fast and he gave us SO MANY pictures. His communication prior to the wedding was wonderful, he answered any and all questions that I had very quickly. He also reached out a few weeks before the wedding asking for a list of must have pictures as well as personal touches we added to our day that we'd like photographed. Day of, he arrived early and immediately hit the ground running with getting ready shots and detail shots. I chose to do a first look with my dad (highly recommend) and him and his team did an impeccable job moving me around the venue while making sure my husband did not see me. His direction while taking our portraits were needed and highly appreciated. We're so excited to receive the rest of our pictures and we are so glad we were able to secure Gary for our wedding!

We were married at The Madison on June 24th, 2023. We had Fede, Ricky, and Kyly as our team and we had an amazing experience. The team was flexible and kind while also keeping us on track with our timeline and made sure we got all of the shots we wanted. Our venue (The Olde Mill Inn) recommended Gary Flom photography for our wedding, and we are SO glad they did! We had photographer's Federico and Kevin, who were total professionals and did excellent work. They were able to efficiently gather people together for group shots, and captured amazing candid shots throughout the night. We are so lucky that we booked our wedding photos with Gary Flom and his Team! My husband I met with Gary virtually since we were living out of state at the time, and were very impressed with his presentation and prior work. We loved that he had a lot of experience at our venue (Olde Mill Inn) and was happy to include our dog in some photos. We got married at the Madison Hotel and Gary did such an expert job taking us through all the prime photo spots. He was also such a huge help in ensuring the day moved forward on schedule and that everyone was happy. When we chose our venue, we automatically knew that we wanted Gary to do our photos. The venue photos taken by him were just so stunning; we knew we wanted him to capture us in a venue he knew well. Gary did not disappoint. The best thing about having Gary and his team was that they were so familiar with the location, he knew the best places to take photos of us during our first look and portraits. He and his team were with us every step of the way on the wedding day, making sure they captured every shot. Absolutely amazing! We had Federico as our photographer and Rich was his assistant. They were the best. They spent the whole day with us from 12-11:30! They didn’t miss a shot or a thing. So friendly and professional and also listened to what we wanted with some specific photos and having light and colorful photos. Gary photographed our wedding in May of 2022 and was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. A picture is worth a thousand words, especially when Gary Flom and his team are taking them! We had the absolute pleasure to work with Gary, Mariah, Mike and Kyly for our 2020 ceremony and our 2021 reception. When I received our pictures - I was absolutely speechless, they did an unbelievable job. Throughout the day, the whole team was so creative - coming up with unique and stunning photo ideas to capture our day perfectly. They got everyone’s photos at the wedding - when we posted them, all our guests were so thankful to find themselves among our VAST collection of photos. So many people have complimented our photos saying - “wow, how can you pick a few favorites to print” (which I’m still trying to figure out)… and “they captured your personalities and your love for each other so perfectly!” They were up for anything, too! We did a “race against the clock” where we raced around the room getting a photo with every table before the song was over… they ran around the room (coordinating the whole thing as we went) to get every photo. The photos speak for themselves - they are absolutely stunning - but working with this incredible team of photographers made our day so special!

Mariah speaks Spanish as well which was a big help with our Spanish-speaking family members. And they were so attentive to the evening that they followed us and others when we were posing with guests, so that in the end we had professional photos with every guest!! The results are magical, we received our shots 3 weeks post wedding and have been in love with them every day. They post beautifully to social media and we have been printing them as gifts. Please do book with Gary Flom, you will feel it is the best vendor decision for your big day!

It doesn't surprise me that this photographer has a 5 star review. I posted a review of him after my wedding that was less than stellar and he had it removed. He reported that he didn't know me and that I never used him for my wedding. I am worried that there are other brides as frustrated as me and so even though my wedding was a couple of years ago now, I am attempting to re submit my review... We will see if he keeps it up. To this day, I am really upset about my wedding photos. This photographer appeared to be exhausted and annoyed at my wedding. I have a loud and over the top family and I felt there were a lot of moments where he was rolling his eyes and showing his annoyance with us. As for the photos, some were OK.. But please be warned that he does not give you all of the photos taken. He goes through the album and HE decides which pictures are "flattering" enough to give you. We took photos of my mother helping me get ready, and he did not include them when I recieved them. He said "those photos weren't flattering"... So now, I have a total of 0 photos of me and my mom getting ready. If he wasn't getting the shot, he should have moved us to a new location to get it. He is the one who can see the photos.. Not me. During his time with me, he never once fixed my dress. In most of my photos, my dress is folded in on its self. I requested a picture of my dresses train going down the staircase, and my train was folded over itself. He and his crew never once fixed it or asked somebody to fix it for the photo.. Why? As a bride, I knew it was my job to interact with my guests at my reception. I paid for 2 photographers and as I grated my elderly family members who were unable to walk, both photographers stayed on the dance floor and took photos of my drunk co workers. There are no photos of me and my husband hugging and speaking with my great aunt's and uncles, no photos of us laughing with his cousins, hardly any photos of us at our reception in general. They were all of the guests. When choosing a photo to frame, you typically go for a traditional side by side photo. This photographer did not take a SINGLE photo of my husband and I standing still next to us in our full outfit. Every photo he took was of us walking, or me looking at him, or at a weird angle. I have 0 classic wedding photos. I think that what was most heartbreaking to me was that as we anxiously waited the arrival of our photos, the photos he did from the wedding before us were posted and they were incredible. They were interesting and beautiful and he posted 65 of them or so to his Facebook page. The next day mine were posted and he posted HALF the amount of photos.. And for the most part, they were not nearly as high quality as the night before. Was he tired? Why didn't we get the same quality? Brides, he deletes his negative reviews. Please be careful.

My husband and I had such an exceptional experience with Gary, I don’t even know where to begin! First of all, our photos came out absolutely STUNNING! The rumors are true people. Gary is a true lighting master and an expert at posing people. He made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and his attention to detail is phenomenal! What I loved most about Gary is how creative he can be. When I was searching for a photographer, it seemed like many photographers would set up the same shots for every wedding they did. All of Gary’s wedding shoots are unique to the couple! He also found a way to incorporate all the small little details from our wedding, which made our photos so much more personal. I also was so surprised and pleased at all the different angles Gary and his assistant were able to capture! I was so impressed that they were able to avoid getting in each other’s shots and how non invasive they were! During the ceremony and reception, I swear you barely knew they were there! They worked so well together and captured every moment. When we went through our photos, we truly felt like we were reliving the day through Gary’s photos. I also want to mention how down to earth, friendly, and flexible Gary is. Being Covid times, there were SO many changes along the way. We even changed venues! But Gary was with us every step of the way and even took the time to discuss all the changes with us over the phone. He truly goes above and beyond and you can tell he is passionate about his work. Gary was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We are simply thrilled. No doubt in my mind that we will be working with him for future events. Book with him now! I promise you will not be disappointed!

Gary is the best photographer out there! Gary and his team photographed our wedding in Philadelphia this month and the photos are absolutely perfect. The whole day, Gary and his staff were courteous, kind, and above all, professional in how they conducted the shoot. Gary sent us a preview of our photos about 48 hours after the wedding, and then the full collection of photos just two weeks later, and all of the photos were perfectly captured and brilliantly edited. Thank you so much Gary for your incredible service, your kindness, and your fantastic attention to detail. We'll be sure to call you up the next time we need to capture our important memories! One more thing - my then-fiancé and I booked an engagement photo shoot with Gary a few months before the wedding. The session allowed Gary to test out various angles and light on us to prepare for the wedding. The engagement photos also turned out amazing, and I would highly recommend anyone booking Gary for their wedding to also book a pre-wedding engagement shoot. Thanks again, Gary! You're the best!

We got married on 10/19 and we are so lucky to have had Gary be a part of our wedding. Our photos were amazing. We've never felt so glamorous! Gary dealt with all of the crazy wedding shenanigans with professionalism and he truly guided the party. We had a videographer, but told him that our photos were more important to us, and Gary made sure that his team got all the best shots. We were lucky enough to do an engagement photoshoot so we really got to know each other before the big day. Thank you so much! We are eternally grateful for all of your hard work.

Gary was the best photographer we could have asked for to capture our wedding day! He captured every single moment and we had so many amazing photos, it was hard to choose which one to use for our thank you cards! We ended up getting almost 1000 photos back from our wedding day, so many more than we could have hoped for. He was so thoughtful with all of the shots he took and made sure to get all the shots we indicated were important to us. He made us feel so comfortable the day of, especially because our wedding day was pretty cold (40ish degrees outside) and made sure to take multiple breaks from me being outside since I still wanted photos outdoors. Our bridal party asked to take more fun photos together and he was all for it and made everyone laugh and feel comfortable! Overall we couldn't have asked for a better photographer.

Gary provided the most spectacular photography throughout the wedding day! Gary was able to get very creative with his photos and captured every detail that we had hoped for, and then some! From the start of getting ready all the way until the end of our last champagne toast, Gary captured it all. Gary was very fast in turning photos around, as we got a sneak peak within the first week after our big day. Gary is AMAZING! He was recommended by our vendor and his rate/cost was absolutely reasonable. Gary contacted my (now) husband and me before our August wedding to get additional information and to touch base before the big day. On our wedding day, he made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and we really enjoyed doing doing our first look and bridal party & family photos. Gary got our photos back to us within 5 weeks and we were BLOWN AWAY at how amazing and beautiful they came out. There is so much joy, love, and warmth captured in the photos - even now, months after our wedding, I get emotional looking through them. Gary also did an exceptional job of capturing all of our guests which was important to us because we are sending hard copies of photos in our thank you cards. Gary was AMAZING. My husband and I don't love taking photos, so were a bit anxious about the full day of photos during the wedding, but Gary and team did an amazing job putting us right at ease. The pictures are absolutely perfect. Not only did they capture so many beautiful photos of the wedding/party/us, but there were photos of our guests that we shared with everyone as well. I highly recommend using Gary as your wedding photographer! The photos are beautiful and we have some unique scenes that Gary was able to create. He is very professional and easy to work with, super responsive and pays attention to detail. Gary and his assistant, Melanie, were able to capture all the special moments from pre-ceremony to the end of the reception, as well as the funny/fun ones on the dance floor. Gary's timeline was realistic and he helped guide the day in a positive way. We never felt too rushed or pulled away from our guests. Gary Flom did such an amazing job photographing my wedding in July 2019. He has been incredibly professional, approachable and reliable from our initial meetings almost two years ago, as well as throughout the entire wedding process. He was open minded about our specific photo requests, and also had plenty of great ideas of his own. The resulting pictures look very elegant and natural, with a variety in tone - some more “fun” and candid, some more serious and posed. Gary skillfully used the scenery, natural lighting, and our personalities to create photos that showcase my husband and me, along with our bridal party and families, at our best. He worked very diligently throughout our wedding day - even in 97 degree heat on the hottest day of summer for outdoor photos! - to get the best shots. My husband and I are beyond happy that we chose and trusted Gary to be our photographer for our wedding on July 19, 2019. Gary is a recommended vendor through the venue (Olde Mill Inn), and after meeting with a few other photographers, we chose him. From the start, Gary was extremely easy to work with, responsive to all of my emails/calls/questions, and was detailed oriented to make sure that all of the times/dates/places were up to date and correct throughout the process of booking to engagement pictures to the wedding. He did not make the shoots awkward at all, and it really shows in our pictures how seamless the whole process went. Nothing felt forced, and the results exceeded our expectations. Gary helped recommend the venue we had our engagement photos taken, and made the whole engagement shoot process a blast and not awkward at all. We went to the New Jersey Botanical Gardens for this, and he even helped suggest what types of clothing we should wear to work best with the photo shoot. Our engagement photos were amazing, and everything we wished them to be, and we were beyond confident in his abilities for our wedding. We were married in a church, and our reception was at the Olde Mill inn. We had Gary as our photographer and he brought an experienced assistant. He knew all of the inns and outs and where to go both in our church and at the venue to get the best pictures. He had a plan set so that we would take our photos in a timely manner so we could still enjoy cocktail hour. We also had to fill out a form prior to our wedding to help stay organized and to ensure that all of the photos we requested would not be missed or forgotten. Our wedding was also on the hottest weekend of 2019, and you could not even tell we were all dying in our photos that were taken outside! Now that we have received our wedding pictures, we seriously cannot recommend Gary and his team enough. They worked seamlessly together, caught all of the best moments, and made my husband and I feel at ease throughout the whole process. You can tell through his photos that he truly enjoys what he does and that he cares about the quality of his work to give his customers the most amazing results!

I don’t even know where to begin with this review. In a market oversaturated with wedding photographers, Gary is an absolute breath of fresh air. As my husband and I are also photographers, I cannot even begin to describe how grateful we are for Gary’s creativity and innovative ideas to photograph our wedding in a unique and exciting way. He is so knowledgeable from a technical standpoint, and is so creative in portraying weddings in a new light. Of course, he knows people like some traditional posing, but since he spoke with us very frequently before our big day, including spending hours at our super unique venue beforehand to scope out lighting and key shooting locations, he knew we were looking for a lot of out-of-the-box shots as well. He also brought his dream team to shoot our wedding, consisting of Kyly, Mike Coppola, and assistant Melanie, and we could not be more pleased with the final results. We have only seen our preview so far (which Gary and Kyly turned around so incredibly fast, we can hardly believe it!!), but cannot wait to see the rest of our day captured by such talent. Gary is so easy and fun to work with; I want to get married again just to have him capture it all over again! I could not recommend him higher!!!
