Gate City Events & Lodging offers a unique experience that has endless opportunities. A spacious venue, large rental home, motel, and campground are located on the 15 acres. Our 7,200 square foot event center provides a rustic flair for any event and can seat 350 people. The rental home can sleep 20 plus. It boasts a beautiful kitchen, entertaining area, and full saltwater pool. Our campground and 11-unit motel is within walking distance of the venue and rental house.

ue to the rain, we had to make a last minute decision to move it inside to the reception area. Gate City was so accommodating and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding weekend. Amazing, kind people. I would recommend to anyone looking to have their big day there or just looking to rent the house for a group getaway. You won't be disappointed.

able to have everyone in the same place. We also had the rehearsal dinner and the gift opening in the house. The reception area is extremely spacious and easily fit my 300 guests. It has a great rustic chic feel. To top it all off, Tamela, the events director, is incredible to work with. She was always available to answer questions and listen to my ideas. I seriously have nothing but good things to say about Gate City Events, and I would recommend it highly to any bride :)

I have been working weddings for Gate City Events & Lodging since we opened in 2017 and I just absolutely love it.
