Unfortunately, about 1 month before the wedding, the original wedding coordinator (who had all of our information, pricing, linen orders, etc) moved out of the area without notifying us. Jennah, the new banquet manager, stepped in and effectively took control of our situation. We were able to come to the reception site beforehand to have a meal to be sure we enjoyed the food. The chef was open to using our ideas when preparing the meal which we were very grateful for. The food, by the way, was absolutely excellent. Jennah took care of EVERYTHING- she added the cake and DJ into our contract so we did not have to pay so many vendors. She ordered our linens, gave us many options about table arrangements, centerpieces, decorating the facility, etc. The morning of the wedding we were able to stop by and set up one table and the Gateway staff took care of the rest. We walked into the reception that evening and the room looked stunning. Everything went very smoothly, Jennah ran the show! I would recommend Gateway in a heart beat. The only problem we had was the original wedding coordinator departing, but with Jennah stepping right in, we were very happy with our decision to stay at the facility.
