Now operating from The Forge—one of the largest commercial kitchens in Southern California—Gather is equipped to deliver remarkable food at scale without sacrificing creativity or craftsmanship. And through The Gallery, our Vista tasting room, we collaborate with clients to refine menus, align vision, and create clarity well before event day. Built on deep experience and strengthened through continual refinement —including nearly two decades of high-volume event execution through Trademark Venues—Gather Catering exists for one purpose: to create gatherings that feel seamless, inspired, and unforgettable.

Director of Sales
With a family deeply ingrained in the hospitality industry, Courtney embarked on her journey in event operations from a tender age. She began her career in front-of-house operations at Humphreys by the Bay, where she dedicated nine years to refining her skills and expertise. Her early focus on operations allowed her to develop a keen eye for detail and a mastery of coordinating complex logistics. From coordinating with vendors to ensuring seamless culinary execution, Courtney's experience has equipped her with grace, poise, and a relentless commitment to delivering unparalleled experiences for guests.
Recognizing her zeal for weddings and events, she wholeheartedly pursued her passion in 2013. Courtney’s tenure at esteemed establishments includes Rancho Bernardo Inn and L’Auberge Del Mar. Following her success in the luxury resort sector, she transitioned to Culinary Concepts, where she served as the Director of Sales. In this role, she pivoted her focus toward the intricacies of culinary arts and execution, mastering the fusion of high-end gastronomy with event strategy. This expertise became the foundation for her next and current chapter, where she help launch and expanded Gather Catering as their Director of Sales, scaling the brand through innovative service and strategic outreach.
