About this vendor
As you bring your wedding vision to life, every aspect of your day is designed just for you. When you select Gather in Hope to be your officiant, your love will be celebrated with a ceremony that could only be yours. Gather in Hope gets to know you and creates a ceremony from scratch that weaves your unique love into every word. Owner, Lily Wells, is a published writer and poet and an expert in relationships. She works with each couple to understand their personalities, their journey, their goals, and of course their vision for their perfect wedding. Allow Gather in Hope to compose a ceremony of enduring beauty and inspiration that you and your guests will remember forever.
Gather in Hope rejoices in all relationships in the MidAtlantic region and beyond.
With reverence for humanity, I do not accept contracts for ceremonies held at locations that refer to themselves as "plantation." The glorification and whitewashing of chattel slavery must not be unchallenged by the wedding industry. I believe that couples desire that justice and human dignity be part of their celebrations, and as more consider the context their venues host, they will make loving choices.
I have recently relocated and am no longer based in North Florida. I can recommend Lauren Herod for officiating in that region. laurenherod@gmail.com
