Our team is detail-oriented to ensure we exceed your expectations. Started in 2021, Gather Mobile Bar is the only certified, sommelier-driven entity in the Midwest for your wedding bar needs. Our equestrian trailer has maintained its vintage feel while providing an elevated experience for you and your guests. We offer numerous services outside the equestrian trailer that will create a welcoming bar atmosphere for your event.

was referred to The Hemma Collective/Gather Mobile Bar for our wedding due to the unique and challenging location being at a camp ground. We have nothing but amazing things to say about them for the entire process. Started off with a very fun call brainstorming our ideas, hearing our needs/wants, and receiving very helpful suggestions. They took our wants very seriously and it was executed perfectly, even better than our expectations. We were then guided on the quantity of items to purchase, options of places to buy from, and boom everything was done. They picked up the goods and we did nothing more. We booked for a welcome dinner, a morning coffee hut with mimosas, and then for the wedding reception. For the welcome dinner Hemma Collective brought out two barrels with a bar top, along with actual burning lanterns, a speaker with lovely music, and the presentation and service was top notch. It was an entire vibe/nook for our welcome dinner and I loved going over there to say hi, to get drinks, to welcome guests. Everyone commented on how great the drinks were! The next morning they came back and setup a coffee station at the camp's outpost. Very strong delicious coffee was served along with mimosas. That evening was the wedding reception and we had the Gather Mobile Bar parked right near the dinner tables at the camp ground. It was a part of our wedding, our style, and it complimented the look and feel of the event, not some shabby table in the corner. Again, everything was fantastic, had beer on draft, cocktails, and even after bar service ended there was a provided ice water station which came in handy at 2am. Put your trust and be at ease with this vendor! We had an outdoor wedding and from lighting to setup to style to service to kindness to tear down, everything was delightful. I'd book them again for my wedding, for your wedding, and for any event you need a random popup of service.

We had three signature drinks- spicy jalapeno margarita, old fashioned's, and rosemary & orange gin and tonics- and Josh and his team sourced and batched the best mixers and garnishes- the rosemary itself came from his garden! Their package also includes ice, cups, napkins, soda, straws- pretty much everything other than the liquor/beer/wine itself, which took so much stress off of us! A couple of weeks before we met with Josh to talk through quantities of alcohol to purchase and we ended the night with just a couple of bottles left over, a major win! Our guests absolutely loved it & had nothing but great things to say! My husband and I agreed that we wanted to prioritize hiring an excellent bartending service for our wedding, and this was hands-down the best of best. Thank you Josh!

a and then met in person to discuss our specific needs for a small and intimate family wedding. We felt that he got to know us well and after our conversation, we all shared a vision for an incredibly special experience for our guests.
Joshua brought his refurbished equestrian trailer to the site of our outdoor ceremony and from the counter, mixed bride and groom signature cocktails for our guests, including the offering of non-alcoholic Prosecco for our tween niece and nephew, to enjoy before the ceremony.
He then poured and distributed champagne for our champagne toasts following the ceremony, and additionally, he worked with our caterer to provide a four-course tasting menu for our dinner. As he poured each new wine that perfectly complimented our food, he shared a little bit of information about the wine and then why it worked so well with the food.
Our guests were in awe of the experience. We heard comments like, "This is by far the best dining experience I have ever had" and "I can't believe how perfectly each wine worked with the food" and "I have never seen a sommelier working from an equestrian trailer- it's amazing!"
Joshua is professional, personable, and passionate about hospitality and creating special and memorable events. His influence truly filled our wedding experience with delight!

. The mobile horse trailer is straight out of Pinterest and added to the entire atmosphere of our reception. When the thunderstorm rolled through, he sprang into action to create a makeshift bar under our tent. It was a seamless transition and it was equally as spectacular. Highly recommend!

The tender, Josh, was an absolute gem – personable, kind, and knowledgeable. He even concocted a special mulled wine that was a hit with the guests and staff alike. cular they went out and bought more supplies when our signature Pina colada drink was a bigger hit than we thought.
Our wedding was about 180 people and we had two bars set up on a private property venue. Josh was accommodating in where the bars went and supportive with setup.
We also had a memorable moment where Pitbulls Fireball song came on during dancing- we had a mini liter keg of fireball at the outside bar, and as soon as the song started a bartender bolted to the outside bar to grab the mini keg and bring it to the bar by the dance floor.
Overall 100% would recommend. Fantastic service.

He is extremely knowledgeable, made excellent alcohol recommendations that fit our needs/tastes perfectly, and was very patient with us throughout the planning process. In addition to the usual, Joshua created three custom craft cocktails for us that were delicious and exactly what we wanted. The mobile bar itself is also beautiful and was a huge hit with our guests. We highly recommend him for any event, we don't think you'll find anyone friendlier or more professional.
