Gather on Broadway

The venue made my dream wedding come true. The space was beautiful with the best bridal suite. We used this space later in the evening to step away with each other to take in everything. We were able to have our ceremony and reception here. The food was on point, the waitstaff and bartenders were absolutely amazing, the set up was beautiful. We went with the gather package which included 4 options for dinner choices, 3 passed appetizers, open bar, and gratitude was NOT included so you could tip however you would like. Also have late night snack menu to pick from which was an add onWe have no complaints at all, and would talk this place up to anyone that would ask about it. And Ahnna, the coordinator, OH MY GOD! She was absolutely amazing to work with and probably one of the best things about our experience! Literally the best wedding I could have ever imagined.

Our day was originally planned for 200 guests in July, however, due to the global pandemic, we chose to re-plan for a “micro” wedding of 20 people. The result was a perfect day. Ahnna, Rob, and the Gather team was receptive to our plans and embraced our new vision. Jyll created a delicious five-course menu, and no one left hungry…not everyone can say that about their wedding food! All of the staff was friendly and attentive. Thank you to Gather for hosting our dream day!

My husband and I were married at Gather on Broadway on February 1, and, weeks later, we are still talking about how magical our day was! The first time we stepped in the venue, we were blown away with how beautiful the space was. What really sealed the deal for us was Gather’s “Gather Package.” It was one of the most sensible and reasonable packages we saw when venue hunting. After leaving Gather, we knew we wanted to get married there! We live two hours away from Green Bay, which is a little daunting when planning a wedding, but we had all the help we needed through Ahnna! Ahnna was there for us throughout the entire planning process. She was always quick to answer our questions and offer advice when we reached out to her. She made it so easy to stay on track! The day of the wedding was truly seamless. Ahnna was around and available to lend a hand when needed and made sure everything was on time. You could tell that she, Brittany and the rest of the staff were very adept and comfortable with the quick pace of a wedding day - especially when it came to flipping a room from a ceremony to dinner setup. The dinner was BEYOND delicious. Jyll and her team did a phenomenal job preparing everything quickly and to perfection. My husband and I received *so many* compliments about how delicious the food was. We even heard from some that it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! We couldn’t have asked for more from Gather. Every person - from the wait staff, to the bartenders, to the coordinators - were pleasant to work with. We are so happy we chose Gather as our venue! We wish we could relive our wedding day all over again!

Venue: Totally our style! A perfect cross between industrial, rustic, and classy. The Bridal Suite was great to get ready in with my bridesmaids and it was nice having a place to keep a few personal items to touch up my make up, change shoes, etc throughout the long night. Plenty of room for about 160 guests (space to spare). Planning Process: Our whole wedding planning experience with Gather on Broadway was SENSATIONAL! Ahanna was amazing to work with!! She was so attentive to what we were looking for on our big day. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful during planning process and set up on the day of our wedding. We are so grateful for all of the work she and the whole Gather team did to help us have the most amazing day. Staff: We received so many compliments about how attentive the wait staff was to each of our guests. It is very clear that the guests are top priority for the night's events. Brittany, was very attentive to us and our guests during the later portion of the night. Inevitably, she had to deal with some of our guests that may have over-served themselves, which isn't always fun. But she was incredibly professional and new just how to handle those types of situations! Food / Bar: The food was INCREDIBLE! Jyll put in so many personal touches that was just right for us. Having her serve us (the bride and groom) on the night of our wedding is one of the many things she did to make us feel extra special. It was a very nice touch! Our guests barely had any wait at the bar! (And trust me, there was plenty of drinking going on that night!) Our night at Gather on Broadway was better than we could have EVER imagined! I would recommend this venue to anyone!

From the moment we first stepped in to Gather, we knew it was the place my now-husband, Connor, and I wanted to be married. The space has such natural beauty, and holds limitless possibilities to make the space personal to whatever event is being hosted. We had both our ceremony and reception at Gather, and staff did a wonderful job creating both spaces. They had the ceremony set up initially, and during the cocktail hour after the ceremony they closed off the ceremony space and quickly flipped it to the reception space. Everything about the space was perfect for both a ceremony and reception. Collette, the even coordinator, is absolutely wonderful! She was willing to meet with Connor and I as many times as we asked, and was very responsive to emails and any other questions we may have had. On the day of our wedding, she made sure all of our decorations were in order, and helped the room switch go off without any problems! She is incredibly kind, professional, and organized, and Connor and I felt very lucky to work with her throughout our wedding planning! Jyll, the head chef, is amazing! Connor and I fell in love with a main dish from the sit down dinner options, however we planned to have a heavy appetizer wedding. We were going to just choose a different option for one of our appetizers, but Jyll instead created a new appetizer from the ingredients of the main dish. It was absolutely delicious! On the day of the wedding, Jyll made sure to check-in with Connor and I for any last minute questions, and made sure we had our own plate during the reception. Everything was perfect! The other staff who were at our wedding were phenomenal! Everyone was incredibly personable and professional, and were joking and laughing with Connor and I as well as all of our guests throughout the night! There was not one person I wasn’t introduced to, and they all made sure myself, Connor, and everyone present were full, not-thirsty, and having a wonderful time. In addition to the amazing space and staff, there was something else that occurred that highlighted how amazing Gather is. My now-husband and I got married on April 14, a.k.a. the snowstorm of the century, in Green Bay, WI. Not only did all of the staff still show up, but they also made sure Connor and I had everything we needed for the day. They truly showed their dedication to their profession, and Connor and I are forever grateful! The added element of snow did not slow down Gather one bit, and we are truly lucky to have been married at such an amazing place.
