We had our wedding at Gathered Oaks this October and it was a dream! Tessa and the staff are super friendly and beyond helpful, we received so many compliments from our guests regarding the venue and how beautiful it is! I would recommend this venue to anyone and would love to go back someday!

Please get married here! It is a dream and Tessa was amazing to work with. She wants to make sure your day is perfect and answers any questions you may have. Gathered Oaks is beautiful and is very accommodating if you want to get married outside.

Gathered Oaks is an absolute beautiful venue. My wife and I got married just recently, and had so many compliments on not only how stunning the venue and ceremony were, but also on the fantastic staff. Tessa and Andrew are so attentive to every detail to ensure the day is what you imagined. It was raining off and on throughout the day, but we wanted to get married next to the lake. Right before guests were seated they took care of any wet spots to ensure comfort to the guests. The planning process was seamless, and Tessa goes above and beyond to help! Again, the staff is amazing and we’re a dream to work with. I would recommend Gathered Oaks to anyone!

The crew at Gathered Oaks made sure our wedding day went flawlessly! Tessa and Andrew were very organized all steps of the way and our wedding was absolutely beautiful! I would 100% recommend this amazing venue!

Our wedding was an absolute dream! The owners are very kind and are happy to assist in any way. The venue is gorgeous inside and out. It was especially wonderful to have our closest family and friends stay on the property with us. The grain bins and farmhouse were immaculate. I would have my wedding here 100 times over!

We could not have made a better choice when deciding to have our wedding ceremony and reception at Gathered Oaks! Not only is the venue gorgeous, but the staff is absolutely amazing. Tessa, her husband, and their staff worked so hard to make sure our wedding day was perfect. We had a friend officiate our ceremony (his first one) and were nervous we might miss something but Tessa was there for the whole rehearsal with advice and tips for everything to go smoothly. We could not have imagined this day happening anywhere else and would highly recommend Gathered Oaks and its staff for any couple looking for a beautiful Minnesota wedding!!

We booked our wedding at gathered oaks January 2019. Our wedding was august 2020. Through the entire process the staff worked with us to be incredibly accommodating. Through Covid they had every right to stick with the contract and offer no more or less. They set aside the legal aspect and offered brides a round two in 2021 instead. They did many video calls with us to answer questions and ease anxieties. The day of they were on site working before we arrived. The staff through the night interacted with guests and even picked up pizza for after! My guests made friends with the staff and connect even still. I would love to be able to live near the venue to work there and help other brides have the same experience. They are perfect. Having a place to stay on site helps the party go all night long and the next morning gives you the opportunity to relive the memories with guests. This venue is a must! You will not regret it one bit!

Gathered Oaks was absolutely a dream from having our engagement photos, to steering through 2020 and the owner Tessa helping us navigate through and answer all of our questions and to the wedding going seamlessly perfect. We feel so blessed to have found this venue and the location is absolutely perfect and it was close to both our families, our hotel and grooms dinner. We highly recommend this venue for the staff, views and ceremony area and if we could we would do it all over again if we could! 10/10 recommendation <3

I got married at Gathered Oaks on 8/23/20. Not only are they great to communicate with, but Tessa and Andrew and so kind and caring; they will do everything to make your day perfect. Getting married during a pandemic is hard enough, but Tessa made sure that our day could still happen while following all safety guidelines. This venue is so beautiful you barely need any of your own decor. They have so much on site for getting ready, and lodging for guests it makes it so easy. I highly highly recommend this venue for your wedding. We would get married here 100 times over if we could.

We got married at Gathered Oaks about 2 weeks ago, and it couldn't have been more perfect! The farmhouse, grain bins, and venue were pristine. We aren't from the area so a lot of our guests hadn't been to the venue, and we got sooo many compliments about how beautiful of a spot it was. Tessa and the whole staff were so wonderful to work with throughout the entire process! She made planning a wedding through COVID as stress free as it could be :) If I could give it 100 stars, I would.

This place is literally a DREAM. We got married here September 27 2019 and could have not asked or imagined for anything better or more perfect! From the amazing grain bins and the farmhouse for lodging, bridal suite which was so perfect for getting ready, to the beautiful venue and property. Seriously a dream come true wedding. The owners Tessa and Andrew are seriously the sweetest people in the world. Tessa was soooo helpful and so quick at getting back to us from the initial message to the very end. They did everything to make our day the best day EVER! Such an amazing couple! If you are looking for a venue offering everything:: you’re at the right place. We had our ceremony at Gathered oaks as well, and could not imagine anything better. We said our vows down by the lake under a beautiful arch and setup. Absolutely beautiful venue and property offering so much! Thank you Tessa and Andrew for everything. We are so thankful we found you guys! :)

Gathered Oaks was amazing. I knew when I saw the venue that I wanted to get married there. Over the year before, they added the grain bins for lodging which we ended up using and those are awesome! This venue was everything. We have received nothing but complaints on our day. It was so nice to have everything on one site. From the bridal suite/grooms bin - to social hour games. Our day turned out amazing. I wish we could re-live it! I loved that there was so much flexibility. The venue is dream like by itself, but you can do as much or as little to make it your dream! Since you can bring in your own decorations (which I did for 90% of things), I would definitely recommend making sure you have help with set up and tear down. Tessa was great to work with leading up to the wedding and the day of but she's only 1 person with a bunch of other things to do to help your day go smoothly.

Gathered Oaks was one of the earliest decisions we made for our wedding and probably the best one. We actually booked Gathered before they were even built! We visited the property and loved talking with Tessa so much that we just fell in love with the idea of getting married there! The property/grounds are incredibly beautiful and well maintained. There is space for everything you should need. Tessa and Andrew are incredible to work with. Tessa responded promptly to every question I had (even the silly ones) and helped with anything she could. They also made the day of very easy. They don’t have a day of coordinator, but there is always someone from Gathered to go to if you need anything! They put a drink back on their special cocktails that they had taken off just for our wedding! The inside of the barn was a cool retreat from the end of June heat. There was space for everyone. Downstairs was a nice retreat for those who maybe wanted a quieter space during the dance and plenty of space for dancing upstairs. Our night was perfect and a lot had to do with the setting. The grounds also offer a lot of space for different backdrops for photos. And now it has gotten even better because since our wedding they had added several different beautiful lodging options on site! If you want a beautiful, elegant, rustic barn wedding you HAVE to pick Gathered Oaks. You will not be disappointed!

Our wedding was a dream thanks to Gathered Oaks! We cannot say enough wonderful things about the venue and staff! Tessa and Andrew are amazing to work with! Gathered Oaks is one of the most beautiful venues. They have a gorgeous outdoor ceremony area, a dreamy and spacious barn for the reception and awesome lodging available for convenient stay on site. Although the venue does not take much decor to look perfect, they have amazing decor rental options to make everything convenient for your day Tessa was flexible with meeting times, so supportive with our ideas and motivated to make our wedding day perfect! If you are looking for the perfect place to celebrate your big day, Gathered Oaks is your place!

Gathered Oaks is exactly where you want to be on your wedding day! It's the perfect combination of cozy and fun! My husband and I were lucky enough to get married there during their first summer season. They were such pros you would never have known that it was their inaugural season! There are so many breathtaking spots on their grounds to photograph your big day. I LOVE the sunset shot we got there-which is evident by the five framed pictures of it around our house! Everyone you work with at Gathered Oaks is so accommodating and so excited to be sharing your day with you! My family and friends are still raving about it nearly two years later! The moment my fiance and I walked into Gathered Oaks, he turned to me and said 'We have to get married here.' It was everything we could have dreamed of for our wedding venue. We knew we wanted to get married in a barn, but Gathered Oaks is so much more than that! It has a very rustic yet elegant feel that was perfect for us. Our guests loved coming up for a long weekend in Alexandria and they were in awe over this beautiful space. Tessa was an absolute dream to work with - so organized and easy to get in touch with. Choosing Gathered Oaks was a highlight of our wedding and I'd reccommend it to any couple!

Choosing Gathered Oaks for our wedding venue was hands-down the best decision made! Andrew and Tessa are an absolute dream to work with, not to mention the unreal beauty of the barn! All of our wedding guests were in awe with how beautiful it was! Andrew & Tessa are amazing and kind people, as well as Anne! My husband and I planned this wedding from across the country and they worked with us every step of the way, and even though it was probably a little frustrating they never showed it! The venue is absolutely beautiful, we had so many compliments about the location. When it was all said and done there was only two things that I wish I would have changed, but two things is pretty dang good for a wedding. If I were to do it all over again I would see if curtains would be allowed to be put up on the windows, it was so bright during the reception and the beginning of the dance, however the sun goes down right 🤷🏻‍♀️ . The only downfall was the seating, we had multiple guests that had to stand or just went outside because there wasn’t enough seating set. If I could do it all over again, I would choose this venue every time. It’s so nice! I definitely reccomend this venue!

Choosing to have our wedding at Gathered Oaks was the first and easiest decision we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. After our wedding day has now come and gone, we feel that choosing Gathered Oaks was also our BEST decision. Our wedding day on 9/15/18 was incredible... thanks to Tessa and Andrew, we have so many memories that we will cherish forever at one of the most beautiful places we have ever been. Gathered Oaks was the best place to get married! Tessa was great to work with - very prompt and helpful, gave advice when needed. The whole team made everything go so smoothly on our wedding day - it was literally perfect. And it is SO beautiful there! Everyone should check it out for sure!

Here we are, almost a year later after getting married at Gathered Oaks on October 14, 2017. I still dream of our day and stare at pictures in awe. I don't even know where to begin with Tessa and Andrew. They are the easiest people to work with, making the planning process seamless. You can choose to do as much or as little as you'd like for your big day with their amazing decor options. We were very pleased with the space for our guest list. The compliments we received from friends & family on the staff hospitality, cleanliness, gorgeous space, & whole day were endless. We had it set in our minds we would be having an outdoor ceremony. Andrew came and let us know he had the chairs all set up on the lawn. The morning went on and weather alerts started popping up... We had already had the entire inside prepped for dinner, tables, chairs, and all. We made the call mid-morning with Tessa and Andrew to move our ceremony indoors. Thanks to their hard and very quick work, they reset the ENTIRE venue for our ceremony and... for dinner again. Thankfully we did this, as the skies opened up and rain poured the minute I walked down the aisle. Again, I cannot express how pleasant our experience was and can only hope we get to go back and enjoy another wedding there someday! You cannot go wrong with Gathered Oaks.

My heart still flutters thinking about our wedding day. My husband and I were married at Gathered Oaks on May 19th, 2018-best day of our lives. Gathered Oaks is something out of a storybook; a venue that you walk into and you can feel love radiating all around you! Our wedding day ran so smoothly and the owners/staff are the kindest souls you will ever meet. You can take this venue and turn it into whatever vibe you are going for! Where do I begin? My husband and I got married this last October, 2017. We wanted a rustic, but elegant, feel to our wedding. Not to cowboy, not too many diamonds; but with hints of white washed wood, dangling party lights, and hard wood floors to add the romance. It was stunning. The bridal suite was the most beautiful place I've ever been - picture perfect indeed! They were accommodating to our crazy same room ceremony, reception, and dance idea. Every transition was flawless. Theresa was wonderful; attentive, creative, bubbly, and organized. On the big day, she didnt even ask me a single question, she always directed them to one of yhe women around me. Her helpers were so sweet; calming, collected, and the one even straightened up my dress for me without me asking as I began to walk down the isle. :) The price was right and well worth every penny, we were so thankful we found this stunning gem! Thank you Gathered Oaks! I recomend you to all :)

Our Wedding on 9/22/17 was the absolute perfect day! 2 months later we are still getting compliments on how well thought our wedding was for our guests and how much people loved the venue. Gathered Oaks is an absolute dream. Tessa & Andrew were amazing to work with! So creative and helpful for each and every scenario. Our wedding day was showing to be really hot and humid... it ended up being 88 Degrees with a Heat Index of 104. They were so accommodating, and we decided to set up else where on the property, that they haven't done before, to provide some shade from the heat. Everything was perfect! Our pictures turned out amazing... there's so many neat spots on the property to take photos. The layout works really well to keep guests flowing and things moving. I wouldn't pick another venue in the area to have my wedding. Gathered Oaks will accommodate any idea or thought you can think of for your special event. I would highly recommend! We were so thrilled to be apart of their first season as a venue!

Working with Tessa and family was everything we could have imagined and more! From day one, we were treated as family and the day went perfectly. The venue is STUNNING and the Gathered Oaks team worked their tails off to make sure everything went smoothly. Would HIGHLY recommend!

The building itself, bridal cabin, den, and grounds were completely stunning and we've received so many compliments on everything! They were always willing to help with everything, regardless of what it was. Always got back to us quickly and made us feel like we could contact them about anything. Would highly recommend!! We were the first wedding there AND it rained, but still was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The accommodations are impeccable and the venue is unbeatable!
