Where do I begin when talking about how amazing the Gatherings Reimagined team is? Kris and Raecca are two of the most incredible people my wife and I have ever met. They are extremely organized, detail oriented, patient, and kind. They will think of everything you have thought of and more importantly, all of the things you never would even think about! They really took the time to go over all of our questions and concerns and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our timeline and all the decisions that were made. They handled issues that came up with our vendors and made our wedding day go smoother than we could've imagined. Not only are they great with the logistics and execution, but they have such a calming presence as they're making things happen; it felt more like we had our friends helping us than someone just doing a job. We would highly recommend using Gatherings Reimagined for your wedding, but also for any event you are having- no matter how big or small, they will make it happen for you on time, within budget, and as beautiful as you could ever dream of. I will definitely use them for any event needs I ever have in the future.

Kris and Raecca are a dream team! Their experience in the field is apparent and is exactly what made our wedding day as special as it was! We couldn’t have pulled it all off without their masterminds, creativity, and hard work! They are so easy to work with while still providing expertise, guidance, and suggestions to keep things flowing smoothly. Having Gathering Reimagined was the best decision we could have made for our wedding! The team truly help made our vision come to life and everything we imagined and more! They helped us with finding the perfect vendors for the job and within our budget. I didn’t have to stress about communicating with our vendors and keeping up with contracts/paperwork, Kris and Raecca handled all of that for us. So yes, trust was a big thing, and we completely trusted them to have our backs and make sure everything was in order for our big day. Working with them was enjoyable, fun, and they truly care to make you feel special throughout the whole process! They helped us made 180 custom tequila bottles as the seating chart, and all of our signage for the wedding day. Our wedding was a two days event and they were there to make sure everything were coordinated both days! They are truly amazing and if you are concerning them to help you with your big day, don’t think, just do it! I promise you’ll be glad you did! P.S I am Vietnamese and my husband is Hispanic, we really wanted to work with a wedding planner that can help marry the two cultures and showcase both of our traditions. The team listened to what was important to us and made sure that it was delivered. We had meetings with other wedding planners in town that was trying to steer us in ways that was easier for them to execute and not necessary what we wanted. So just be mindful of that when you are consulting with your potential wedding planner. It is YOURS big day!

Planners We hired Raecca & Kristopher for the day of our wedding and they were absolutely amazing! Months before the wedding, they made sure everything was talked through and communication was a 10/10. We loved how detailed they were and how they guided us on some things we weren’t sure of. We didn’t have to lift a finger on our wedding day, they made sure everything was taken care of so we didn’t have to stress. One of the things that comes to mind is them bringing my husband and I drinks because we were too busy with our guests…very thoughtful! They truly care about you and your big day. They have wonderful personalities which made it so easy to work with them. I would definitely hire them again for any other events in the future!

This one is long overdue as our wedding was back in March 2023, but Raecca and Kris with Gatherings Reimagined did such a phenomenal job for us, we owed it to them to rave about their business and services! About 3-4 days before our wedding, we learned the weather was throwing a wrench into our party. Temps were going to be dropping down into the 30’s, and we were expecting rain (our plan included an outdoor ceremony!). My now husband got on the phone with them immediately, and they quickly connected us with a vendor to bring in some heaters, ordered blankets, and hand warmers and of course there was always a Plan B. I never lifted a finger! On the day of our wedding, everything ran exactly as planned, down to the last detail, and I can honestly say I thoroughly enjoyed our day without a worry or concern. I had full confidence in their execution and that was a huge weight off my shoulders! Raecca and Kris offer a unique set of skills for planning, maintaining great vendor relationships, and helping you stay on track with your timeline and budget. They offer the perfect balance between “don’t panic, stay calm” and “we’ve got this, it’s done”. They were always available when we had questions or concerns and are very flexible and easy to work with. Their services are worth every penny and more! Overall, they are good people, and we really enjoyed working with them! Hire them, you won’t regret it!!

I have no idea where to start when it comes to RAVING about this amazing husband-wife duo! Raecca and Kris have brought nothing, but only the best throughout our planning and wedding day! They brought the wedding of our dreams to life, highlighting what is the most important to us. I met Raecca and Kris during a bridal expo in Austin back in April of 2022. Being Filipino myself, I knew who the Filipinos were in a crowd, and I think this huge similarity brought us together. ;) From the start, Raecca and Kris were so personable and excited to give their clients the best (and easiest) time planning and celebrating their big day. I knew I wanted our wedding to show traditional Filipino culture with modern elements — what better way to do this than with planners with Filipino roots. They provided venue options for us before I fully committed which brought me to a literal heaven on earth venue called Allegro Wedding and Events Venue in Dripping Springs on McGregor Lane. It was an immediate yes for me from the beginning. Once we committed to them, they got the ball rolling for us immediately. Our vision was just as important to them as it was to us. They organized a mood board based on what we talked about, from the color theme down to what shoes the bridal party was going to wear! With the mood board, they created a shared planning worksheet to help organize our thoughts and a shared drive that kept all of our contracts in one place. They were attentive to our requests, our wants, our needs, and our concerns — truly focusing in what we have envisioned our wedding to be. They were proactive in getting the “bigger stuff” done early (venue, photographer, bar, catering vendors) which gave me the peace of mind. Knowing we have a proactive team beside us meant that they strive for the best possible outcomes and that we book early with the best vendors. They were collaborative in that they allowed me to also seek out vendor options. They advocated for us during vendor calls, always going back to our vision. When vendors didn’t work out, they stepped in and represented us in such a graceful way. When I said I wanted to DIY some of our decor, they were nothing but supportive of it. TRUE CHEERLEADERS! When I needed help sourcing materials, they stepped in to help. When we needed help accommodating our guests, they stepped in with solutions. I want to highlight their creativity as well! They were so kind enough to provide us with a backdrop for our audio guestbook, even designed the background of our ceremony space. They found inspiration and turned it into something that made our wedding space so much better. I give them full creativity credit for our wedding reception space because they went above and beyond. When it came to shining the spotlight to my Filipino culture, they were on it. They were a resource to me when I was looking into the arras and unity cord ritual. In the weeks/days leading up to our big day, Raecca and Kris were always present. They led calls and collaborated with each vendor professionally. Their partners are just as lucky as we are to have them. During our rehearsal, they led and gave instructions to everyone clearly. During our wedding day, they worked tirelessly and cohesively with all of the vendors, coordinating the logistics and If there was a fire, they put it out right away — didn’t even notice any of it at all! They listened to any of our needs and concerns promptly. Overall, they made sure we were taken care of as well as our guests. I only have admiration for this duo. I am so lucky to have them as my planners because they made our wedding day unique and perfect. When things felt overwhelming, Raecca provided a calming presence, Kris provided levity, and together, they provided reassurance. Everyone was so impressed with the wedding, thoroughly enjoying how engaging everything was. A lot of this couldn’t be done without the help of Raecca and Kris. We loved working with them and I can honestly say that Gatherings Reimagined holds a lot of pride and passion for their work. Salamat and mabuhay!

Five stars? Nah, these 2 deserve a constellation! My wedding day felt like something out of a movie, and I owe it all to these brilliant folks. We had a ball planning it together, and my friends couldn't stop marveling at how unflustered I remained throughout the entire process. The secret? Well, it's all in their scrupulous attention to detail. Raecca and Kris run a tight ship. I can be a bit of a control freak when things aren't up to my standards, but I never had to worry about a single detail with them. My desired aesthetic evolved quite a bit throughout the course of the event. A week before the big day, I had a mini freak-out about the fonts and colors on my signs. Raecca swooped in and hand-designed new signs and menus that totally matched the final vibe I had in mind. A wedding planner who moonlights as a graphic designer? Sign me up. It's been a month, and my usually hard-to-please family is still raving about how it was the most flawless wedding they'd ever been to. Huge thanks to Raecca and Kris for turning my dreams into reality. You guys rock!

We hired Gatherings Reimagined for wedding planning and coordination, and we absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough! Raecca and Kris went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations from start to finish - and were very reasonably priced as well. At the beginning of wedding planning, we went in with little to no vision of what our perfect day would look like, aside from "a fun party with our friends/family." Raecca and Kris helped us narrow and specify our vision, created a mood/vision board based on our initial meetings, and then led us through all steps necessary to make it happen. Throughout the year, they were even constantly working on things behind the scenes that we didn't become aware of until later. In the days leading up to the wedding, Raecca and Kris were on every vendor call with us to coordinate remaining details. They started setup at our venue at 8am on the day of the wedding and worked tirelessly until midnight to coordinate logistics and make sure that everything ran smoothly. Both our family and friends - one of whom is a wedding coordinator herself - were immensely impressed at their attention to detail and genuine passion for what they do. On the day of our wedding, everything was beautiful and flawless. Many of our family members/friends actually commented that it was the "best wedding they had ever attended." We attribute this in large part to the role that Raecca and Kris played in helping us refine and execute our vision. Thank you again for everything you two have done. To put it briefly, we strongly urge you to select Gatherings Reimagined as your wedding planners. You won't regret it.

Kris & Raecca were absolutely AMAZING! They sat in on every meeting the month of, were very communicative, and the best of the best on our wedding day. They made the wedding planning process enjoyable, and we could not recommend they enough!

We cannot recommend Gatherings Reimagined enough for wedding coordinating and wedding planning. Raecca and Kristopher went above and beyond for our VERY long wedding day. Our traditional Vietnamese-Filipino wedding was a 15-hour day that consisted of a traditional morning tea ceremony, Filipino religious ceremony, and a 400-person Vietnamese-style reception. Raecca and Kristopher picked up all the loose ends we had a month out of our wedding date and helped make this very chaotic wedding day run as smoothly as possible. They took their time to understand the Vietnamese customs, made our parents and family members feel comfortable (even with language barriers), and consistently touched based with all our caterers and vendors. You really can’t get any better than what Gatherings Reimagined can offer. We will always be thankful for having them, and we’re sure any other couple will be, too!

I simply cannot say enough good things about Raecca and Kris. They were responsive and easy to work with from day one, and we could tell they truly cared about us and our special day. They stayed on top of our vendor needs and found multiple vendors that were amazing that we probably never would have known about/been able to find ourselves. Their knowledge of the wedding industry and the process of planning a wedding was invaluable. They were patient when we changed our minds, and kept the days/weeks/months leading up to our wedding stress free. They were doing so much behind the scenes that we weren't even aware of until later, and for that (and so much more) we are eternally grateful for the both of them. Both my parents and my husband's parents commented on Kris and Raecca the day after the wedding, they were all so impressed with how organized, professional and on top of things the two of them were. Working with Raecca and Kris was such a wonderful experience! They did an incredible job partnering with us throughout the planning process, provided invaluable insight during contract negotiations and did an incredible job navigating us through some sensitive situations with family members. It was great having Kris there to guide the groom, he really made sure that he felt involved in the planning. The wedding was flawless - everything moved so smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing, which was priceless. Raecca and Kris are THE power duo! They get the job done of making sure everyone is informed, included and prepared , while exercising sooo much patience for a frazzled and excited couple.
