UPER responsive, flexible, DETAIL oriented and so much more! By the time we reached out to them we had already booked the majority of our vendors. They helped us choose the right service for what we needed. We choose the "Wedding Management" package. We were immediately granted access to all their resources! And boy were those resources helpful! There was a MAJOR unexpected shift in the wedding budget, and we still needed to book DJ/Photographer/Videographer. They pointed us to the PERFECT vendor that was able to get us all 3 for about 1/3 of the originally budgeted price for all 3. It completely slipped our minds to have dessert trays and/or display stands for the dessert table...they came in clutch with some of their stock items we were able to use. We also lost our sparklers for the grand exit somewhere at home. Kris found some and brought them on his way from another event so we could still have the grand exit of our dreams! We had som sensitive family dynamics, and they were able to accommodate and support the entire situation ensuring everyone was comfortable They were very open to OUR vision, even when it seemed odd. They LISTENED and HEARD us. That is what hit us the hardest. They made it personal. They took time to get to know us, our story and that helped them understand how to execute our day as flawlessly as the circumstances allowed. Texas weather and pets can be quite unpredictable. Our wedding day was everything it was supposed to be and we could not be happier about it. I really could go on and on about these two. But I think you get the idea.....they are worth EVERY PENNY AND MORE! We were waiting to post our review until we had pics to go with it. But we cannot make them wait any longer. The moment we walked in, even though they were still setting up, we were amazed by the attention to detail and luxury they brought. Every want and need was taken care of during the night even before we knew we had them. Kris and Raecca made sure we had moments with all of our guests, while they also made sure that we were fed and enjoying the whole night. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, so we could enjoy mingling and dancing with all of our loved ones who travelled so far to celebrate with us. Our guests took notice and have continued to compliment them and the event to this day. In addition to all of the professional accolades we could heap on Gatherings Reimagined, the team is a phenomenal group of people to work with. Kris & Raecca are friendly and enthusiastic. They were just as excited to put on a great party as we were. We could reach out to them whenever we needed and they were very communicative. The assistant who worked with them at the event was just as lovely as they were, and it was obvious the team worked together well and enjoyed each other. On top of it all, they are just very sweet people. My husband and I couldn’t imagine a better evening and enthusiastically recommend working with Gatherings Reimagined for your celebration!

So yes, trust was a big thing, and we completely trusted them to have our backs and make sure everything was in order for our big day. They helped us made 180 custom tequila bottles as the seating chart, and all of our signage for the wedding day. Our wedding was a two days event and they were there to make sure everything were coordinated both days! They are truly amazing and if you are concerning them to help you with your big day, don’t think, just do it! I promise you’ll be glad you did! P.S I am Vietnamese and my husband is Hispanic, we really wanted to work with a wedding planner that can help marry the two cultures and showcase both of our traditions. The team listened to what was important to us and made sure that it was delivered. We had meetings with other wedding planners in town that was trying to steer us in ways that was easier for them to execute and not necessary what we wanted. So just be mindful of that when you are consulting with your potential wedding planner. It is YOURS big day!

Temps were going to be dropping down into the 30’s, and we were expecting rain (our plan included an outdoor ceremony!). My now husband got on the phone with them immediately, and they quickly connected us with a vendor to bring in some heaters, ordered blankets, and hand warmers and of course there was always a Plan B. I never lifted a finger! On the day of our wedding, everything ran exactly as planned, down to the last detail, and I can honestly say I thoroughly enjoyed our day without a worry or concern. I had full confidence in their execution and that was a huge weight off my shoulders! Raecca and Kris offer a unique set of skills for planning, maintaining great vendor relationships, and helping you stay on track with your timeline and budget. They offer the perfect balance between “don’t panic, stay calm” and “we’ve got this, it’s done”. They were always available when we had questions or concerns and are very flexible and easy to work with. Their services are worth every penny and more! ng day! They brought the wedding of our dreams to life, highlighting what is the most important to us. I met Raecca and Kris during a bridal expo in Austin back in April of 2022. Being Filipino myself, I knew who the Filipinos were in a crowd, and I think this huge similarity brought us together. ;) From the start, Raecca and Kris were so personable and excited to give their clients the best (and easiest) time planning and celebrating their big day. I knew I wanted our wedding to show traditional Filipino culture with modern elements — what better way to do this than with planners with Filipino roots. They provided venue options for us before I fully committed which brought me to a literal heaven on earth venue called Allegro Wedding and Events Venue in Dripping Springs on McGregor Lane. It was an immediate yes for me from the beginning. Once we committed to them, they got the ball rolling for us immediately. Our vision was just as important to them as it was to us. They organized a mood board based on what we talked about, from the color theme down to what shoes the bridal party was going to wear! With the mood board, they created a shared planning worksheet to help organize our thoughts and a shared drive that kept all of our contracts in one place. They were attentive to our requests, our wants, our needs, and our concerns — truly focusing in what we have envisioned our wedding to be. They were proactive in getting the “bigger stuff” done early (venue, photographer, bar, catering vendors) which gave me the peace of mind. Knowing we have a proactive team beside us meant that they strive for the best possible outcomes and that we book early with the best vendors. They were collaborative in that they allowed me to also seek out vendor options. They advocated for us during vendor calls, always going back to our vision. When vendors didn’t work out, they stepped in and represented us in such a graceful way. When I said I wanted to DIY some of our decor, they were nothing but supportive of it. TRUE CHEERLEADERS! When I needed help sourcing materials, they stepped in to help. When we needed help accommodating our guests, they stepped in with solutions. I want to highlight their creativity as well! They were so kind enough to provide us with a backdrop for our audio guestbook, even designed the background of our ceremony space. They found inspiration and turned it into something that made our wedding space so much better. I give them full creativity credit for our wedding reception space because they went above and beyond. When it came to shining the spotlight to my Filipino culture, they were on it. They were a resource to me when I was looking into the arras and unity cord ritual. In the weeks/days leading up to our big day, Raecca and Kris were always present. They led calls and collaborated with each vendor professionally. Their partners are just as lucky as we are to have them. During our rehearsal, they led and gave instructions to everyone clearly. During our wedding day, they worked tirelessly and cohesively with all of the vendors, coordinating the logistics and If there was a fire, they put it out right away — didn’t even notice any of it at all! They listened to any of our needs and concerns promptly. Overall, they made sure we were taken care of as well as our guests. I only have admiration for this duo. I am so lucky to have them as my planners because they made our wedding day unique and perfect. When things felt overwhelming, Raecca provided a calming presence, Kris provided levity, and together, they provided reassurance. Everyone was so impressed with the wedding, thoroughly enjoying how engaging everything was. A lot of this couldn’t be done without the help of Raecca and Kris. Raecca and Kris run a tight ship. I can be a bit of a control freak when things aren't up to my standards, but I never had to worry about a single detail with them. My desired aesthetic evolved quite a bit throughout the course of the event. A week before the big day, I had a mini freak-out about the fonts and colors on my signs. Raecca swooped in and hand-designed new signs and menus that totally matched the final vibe I had in mind. A wedding planner who moonlights as a graphic designer? Sign me up. It's been a month, and my usually hard-to-please family is still raving about how it was the most flawless wedding they'd ever been to. Huge thanks to Raecca and Kris for turning my dreams into reality. You guys rock!

They started setup at our venue at 8am on the day of the wedding and worked tirelessly until midnight to coordinate logistics and make sure that everything ran smoothly. Both our family and friends - one of whom is a wedding coordinator herself - were immensely impressed at their attention to detail and genuine passion for what they do. On the day of our wedding, everything was beautiful and flawless. Many of our family members/friends actually commented that it was the "best wedding they had ever attended." We attribute this in large part to the role that Raecca and Kris played in helping us refine and execute our vision. Thank you again for everything you two have done. itional Vietnamese-Filipino wedding was a 15-hour day that consisted of a traditional morning tea ceremony, Filipino religious ceremony, and a 400-person Vietnamese-style reception. Raecca and Kristopher picked up all the loose ends we had a month out of our wedding date and helped make this very chaotic wedding day run as smoothly as possible. They took their time to understand the Vietnamese customs, made our parents and family members feel comfortable (even with language barriers), and consistently touched based with all our caterers and vendors. You really can’t get any better than what Gatherings Reimagined can offer. We will always be thankful for having them, and we’re sure any other couple will be, too!
