as in the evening (6pm) July 28, 2012. From the begining of the planning to the very end, the staff was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Pleasant, polite, accommodating, always servicing with a smile. On the day of the wedding I decided to get dressed there, the air conditioning in the room room originally provided went out, It was like a sauna. But, Mike the General manager provided his own air conditioned office for us ladies to prepare on top of providing an oscillating fan. The ceremony was outside on the grounds, the set up of the chairs, along with the arch and 2 tall tree plants that the Club let us borrow from their lobby and decorate. The decor of the ballroom (including the gift & cake table) was beautiful, the club staff also took care of dressing the tables. We did the hot hors d'oeuvre buffet, which was reasonably priced, plentiful and the guest really enjoyed. Also, we had several elderly or disabled relatives attend. Would you believe the Golf Club staff escorted them via golf cart from the parking lot to the grounds for the ceremony!! Is that superb customer service or what! I'm telling you i could go on and on. But i'll stop here and conlude with If your looking for a great venue at a great price I would highly recommend, The Gauntlet Golf Club. Mike, Ginney, Sicilly and the rest of the crew you guys truly ROCK!!!!. Thank you for your assistance in making my special day a great experience.

rch was terrible. We HAD to rent one. But neither of those things should be a deal breaker. The room to get ready in was so extremely hot it was ALMOST unbearable. But due to the fact that my now husband was already there I had no choice but to stay in there. It was torturous. My bridesmaids were miserable and stuck in there with me because they wanted to be there! The food was great and the staff was very nice. They were also super accomodating when we had to change the times around for the cake cutting and champagne toast due to my sick grandfather who had to leave early. I would recommend this place, but suggest checking out the changing room beforehand in case it is a deal breaker for you.

at the reception for ppl to smoke mingle or whatever. the wait staff was wonderful;one problem was at the rehersal which was at the same palce there were ants all over the ground which we had to complain about. Also there were leftovers of cake food etc which they didn't offer to send home except the cake topper. the times set to do each thing (horderves dinner etc was not spaced far enough apart to allow for photos after the ceremony we felt rushed. the room for the bride/attendants to get ready in was way to small & VERY hot. Had to get ready in the bathroom downstairs. Overall for the price compared to other places was very good.
